This location should be shut down and every individual worker in there should be ashamed. Please do the Burger King name a favor and fire the manager here. They are rude they don’t understand basic ethics. I genuinely think you should have someone check on this crew , can’t be legal.

The hamburgers were all burnt, I wanted to change them but the manager, Mrs. Espelanta Joseph, didn't want to and started yelling with a bad attitude, she said she was going to give me my money back and they haven't done it yet, she stole my money. It was $40.00 dollars I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO EAT THERE I WENT WITH MY FAMILY AND IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE People with that type of attitude should not be in charge. There's the Burger King receipt Wednesday April 3, 2024 I called Ms. Bernice Chatmon and she couldn't answer me. I decided to call back and I'm still waiting. I couldn't eat that day and the receipt that Mrs. Joseph gave me was the one I uploaded Apparently they don't want to give me my money back.

Enjoyed a Whopper Jr. Drive through. Better assembled and hot than other locations. Delicious.

Its a pretty good BK. Service generally fast and good, although sometimes like today it’s not perfect if they’re busy — still way quicker than McDs and staff generally nicer. UPDATE EDIT: I left my beats case here and it got stolen, when I got back 10 mins later it was disappeared. And no one knew nothing. This was shortly after my positive review. Never coming back here. Thieves.

It was dirty and the floor was sticky.

Customer service at the drive thru and customer service at the counter inside. Staff members were rude with the exception of the General Manager who had to come to the register because I had a coupon. The young man who took my order did nor inform me that I had to wait until the GM was available to come to the front counter. Instead he was dancing. Then he was playing with his hair. In addition I had to inquire about my order. My unsalted fries were ready and just sitting to be bagged. And yes they were lukewarm. This team needs additional training on how to serve customers effectively at the drive thru and counter in a more professional way.This applies only to the front counter and the "sassy mouth" young lady at the drive thru. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

The girls are friendly and serve everyone well in general, from the one who takes the order and collects the money to the one who delivers it to you.

The place is spacious and has good sitting options. Unfortunately the staff 50% is usually acting rude in some way or another , but other half is always 100% professional and give a free small cup meant for water but can be used for any soda drink without them giving problems. The burgers 9 out of 10 fresh and cooked fully , all tomato, onions etc inside are stacked good quality. Soda machine been having fresh soda mix for a long time now. Alot of place to park cars etc. Has a decent bike rack too.

I love this Burger King whenever I come the orders are freshly made fresh and the wonderful manager that they have at the window she is so nice, I've grown to know her name is Espe she offers great customer service and always smiling and attentive I appreciate the service they offer here.

I ordered a hamburger and after 15 minutes they told me they don't have them, dirty tables, EMPLOYEES SLEEPING ON THE TABLES. Honestly, if it weren't for the burger, which was delicious, I would give it a 0.

Having been a patron of this Burger King location for some time now, I've noticed a few trends worth mentioning. Firstly, the customer service here is commendable. The staff are generally friendly, which contributes positively to the dining experience. However, I can't help but notice a decline in the quality of the food compared to what it used to be. While it once boasted tasty burgers and fries, the recent visits have left me slightly disappointed. The burgers seem less flavorful. This decline in food quality is somewhat disheartening, especially for loyal customers who have come to expect a certain standard.

Horrible service and will not return. I want my money back and want to report this store. I order online and came in friendly. As soon as I walked in the Employee Dieanna said they only have fries and nuggets and to cancel my order online because she could not do it and that's how I ordered. She needs to be retrained and or removed as an employee because of her rude attitude. Customer service, please get back to me ASAP. I already received an email from Kristen and am waiting for this to be refunded for $14.62 due to not getting my orders since the facility only had limited of food.

I passed through your drive through window on March 13, 2024 around 3:00 pm and ordered a Juniors Whopper Meal and the sandwich was placed in the bag unwrapped. I took it inside to show the young lady at the registrar who claimed her name was Shantel, who was very rude and unprofessional. I give this store a 0 rating because of the service I received which is unacceptable. I also let her know that she wasn't giving me anything that I didn't pay for. She needs to be retrained in customer service to the public. I will not be ordering from this location again. Irene

I’m not one to leave reviews on place’s regardless if it’s good or bad, But I suggest that you avoid this place like a plague.

How this placed has managed to keep running without a drastic change to management or training is beyond me. This place doesn’t believe in customer service and they’re always out of items, like today I went and they had no drinks only frozen cherry and coke.

Only one employee in this entire store knows how to treat customers like human beings (Ms. Irvine), she's so kind and friendly but she can't be there all day, every day. Everyone else is either rude and uninterested or extremely rude and bothered by a customer's mere presence. More often than not the order is not accurate. If you want your food right and not be treated unnecessarily rude because you weren't lucky enough to get Ms Irvine at the drive thru then just keep driving up to the BK in the shopping center off Biscayne and 125th.

I really liked it. The restaurant was open late in the evening. We were reminded to take advantage of a special offer. Our burgers were juicy and delicious.

I wanted to give a compliment to the young lady who were serving the breakfast on 12/24/23 around 10:30 am She was on point and had good customer service only if all the customer service were like this young lady. She were serving the customers inside and the drive thru with a smile on her face and she seems like she liked what she were doing. I got my order and everything were on point, the food, the condiments didn't have to ask for nothing. Love it...

Worse Burger King Ever. The staff is super rude. The manager tried to set me up with a racist accusation only because I was asking for help about a coupon and didnt want to leave until i spoke to a higher chain of command after being mistreated. After I called corporate and did a report, the district manager called me only to vouch for her employee even tho i had a video recording and there was evidence that showed her employee in the wrong. Avoid this Burger King they are Ghetto for a lack of a better word. Go to the one on 54th and Biscayne. The food is hot and the service is excellent.

Attitude and very unprofessional staff working the drive thru. My order wasn’t correct which in turn I ended up going into the store after leaving the drive thru to pay for more items that were incorrect on their end, however I didn’t want to catch anymore attitude from the employees and just paid extra. I will NEVER return to this location for some quick burgers. There are other competitors on this street that I can give my business to and not receive nasty attitudes from. If you hate your job then quit, simple as that. Highly disappointed.

I like how the manager, Deianna, runs this establishment. She and her staff are friendly and nice. It's rare to come across employees like them who treat their customers like human beings.

Today l order my food and asked for barbecue and ketchup on their speaker and a lady told me to order it at the window l when to the window they always seem with a bad manners and l ask for it but they always seem with attitudes to give what we order as a customer we are and we pay for it they need to change their behavior with how they treat the customer service l be honestly l would not recommend no one to buy food in this restaurant and this happened a lot in this place l would never go back there again.

First off I want to say how clean this Burger King was and how organized they were. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Raekwon and he was super friendly not just with me but with every customer! Very professional! Literally giving world-class customer service! As someone who’s been in retail… he definitely covers all of his basis especially with upselling. (Please viewers don’t take this as a negative). The atmosphere is always pleasant. But it has been a while since I’ve come in the evening time. My wrap was fresh and enjoyable! Truly this location has improved since the management has changed! Please continue to have amazing people like Raekwon! And give him his own franchise! He deserves a promotion! A pay raise and a whole bag of blessings! Truly amazing service! Thank you all!

Horrible experience today 10/2/2023 with the girl running the cashier's area. Very rude, no manners, don't know how to talk to people. They really gotta train these employees on some basic manners. There are ways to to talk to people. And then there's the way they behave here. Ugh.

On Thursday I came here for lunch, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. My food was surprisingly hot and they got my order right. I don’t know the new managers name but she’s excellent.

Talk about unprofessional. The workers at this specific BK wouldn't serve me one bit. I asked to get some food and everyone ignored me and kept staring at me. These workers are just plain petty and unprofessional.

Rude and one of the worst experience today 7/14/23 at the drive through. Waited 10min and can hear employee arguing about no food is cooked. Nobody was in front of me and when I asked should I go somewhere else a rude employee was like we are cooking. I’m taking my nephews to another location. Time currently 7:58pm. Very distasteful.

I barley eat in a fast food place, maybe a couple of times a year, but breakfast probably ones every 2-3 years, but because of Iruine that might change! As soon as I got in to BK she said good morning, she was helpful on guiding me in the menu(it’s need years since I was in BK) and very nice and patience, she even follow up on me in how was my meal and it was good :)…. I will definitely pass by again! Thank you Iruine, you made my day!

The lady in the drive through with the long lashes is really dry and doesn’t like giving you sauce with your food, like it’s coming out of her pocket? On multiple occasions she has either told me I have to pay extra for it, which I did or she will make me drive around the store so that another employee can give it to me? All that trouble for one packet of sauce, plus the attitude is why I prefer going to McDonald’s down Biscayne. The service is better and the employees are nicer.

I went to the drive thru about 8:30am this morning. The attendant was super sweet. I ordered 2 ham egg and cheese croissants, hash browns and oj. I got home and had 2 egg, cheese and very little bacon sandwiches. I have called back to back 4 times. Each time I was hung up on. This is very disappointing. Normally I will go in to the restaurant however I was in a bit of a hurry today. I realize mistakes happen but at least answer the phone to try to rectify the situation.

Got a mobile order through drive thru and was met with terrible service. One of our orders was canceled for no reason, having to wait 5-10 business days for a refund. They closed an hour before they were supposed to. The workers there have an awful attitude and the food was very poorly made. Don't recommend coming here, I strongly recommend driving a couple of miles for the next burger king

I made an order and I asked for a cup of water because I needed to take some medicine for allergy. One of the girls denied to give me the cup of water stating she doesn’t have courtesy cup. I told her that I have a cup in my car to put the water in. She denied me the water because she wants to sell bottle water. Her attitude was very rude. She has no customer service.

This Burger King is truly awful - the burgers are always stale and rubbery, the fries are also stale and old they aren't even enticing to eat. The one nice thing is that this BK is decently fast when you need to get a bite to eat; otherwise, this place is terrible.

Visited restaurant on 10/06. The store was really nice and clean, I just had an issue with one of the employees. I called on 10/10 to report my problem. The General Manager called to resolve my issue. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She listened to my complaints and offered an apology, which meant a lot. I left there on 10/06 hurt and embarrassed but after speaking with the GM I feel better. She genuinely cared about how I felt and assured me that things would be taken care of. She even offered to give my son a complimentary meal for the inconvenience.

I had a very frustrating drive through in this store !!!....at 9 am on july 20 2022 the woman at the window told me that i rushed her with the food and that i had to have the money ready witch i was counting!...i then went inside of the store to tell the manager that she said about me rushing her and that i was too slow!...and i wanted to say that i never rushed her!!!....then the supposedly manager with no manager tag with his name on it told me that she did nothing wrong and that she acted by the policy of Burger King!...so i left and did not buy anything !...i do not trust this store ...it has the worse customer service i ever encounter! I will never go back again and i will tell every one i know about such terrible attitude of the employees there!!!
