Delivery guy was was awful! What am I giving a tip for when he calls me to walk to his car to get my order?!? Then, when he's told the soda is missing, he says there wasn't a soda on the order when there was and on the pizza box it CLEARLY says on the sticker "diet soda" his response then was "oh there wasn't anymore" so I told him this is our 2nd time we didn't get the soda ordered. I called the location and got lucky they answered and gave my order number and was told "the delivery guy will bring it." The delivery guy called me again saying he has the soda. I looked out, didn't see a car but walked down the driveway to see his car at the neighbors house. Just curious what my tip to him was for since both times I had to go get my order! I paid a delivery fee and I gave a tip. There was nothing blocking the driveway, there was nothing listed saying for him to call me so I can walk out for me to get my food. Did delivery change at papa johns that it's no longer delivered to my door? The food was correct and tasted fine. But, the delivery was so awful I would sooner order from other pizza places. In the past if they didn't have the type of soda they'd call and let me know and say what they had available. Annoyed I tip someone who didn't do there job, if they don't want to verify to make sure they have everything for the order before leaving to deliver and they don't want to get out of the car to deliver the food then don't be a delivery driver! I don't usually write reviews, but this is the 2nd time this happened. I had ordered a couple of weeks ago and was called to come out to get the order which was the first time the delivery person forgot the soda which was never given.

Awful. Disastrous and useless staff. They breathe because it is automatic because otherwise they would die. Unable to seek an order or serve it. Place orders one hour in advance.

as I walk in and I say hello no one greeted me there was a gentleman standing there looking at the other guy. The other guy did not even turn around and say hello. Another one came from the back and asked me for my name this is my first time ordering here in this location it will be my last time, my order took forever. I placed the order online to pick up. I spent $78.02. I paid the total at the when I start going through my pizza. They did one of my pieces wrong. I told the guy I ordered a chicken and bacon light sauce, pizza and he was not there. The man told me oh you can wait 10 to 20 minutes. Mind you they knew that I already waited longer enough to come and pick up my order. I will never come back to this location, customer service needs to be better , at least they gave me my refund back for that pizza they they messed up coming from the end if I could give them zero stars, I would not give them nothing at all. Worst customer service ever don’t waste your money here go somewhere else.

There was hair in my food. Possibly a pubic or armpit hair. Delivery took way longer than estimated. They also did not seal the boxes with a safety seal for delivery.

After 45 minutes my order never arrived. I called and was given rude customer service from the manager. They canceled the order and gave me information that did not match my order to then blame me for the order they cancelled.

Only online orders. Do not stop by to place an order

Customer service skills is bad, the girl that took my order doesn't have communication skills with the customers and she drags her feet and she was wearing sneakers..smh. everybody acted with attitudes..smh. this store need to b adjusted get ppl that wants to work and not lazy ppl with attitudes

I called to order a large pizza and the person taking my order was so rude and disrespectful...I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out it was the manager being rude and disrespectful.... shouting and having a nasty attitude...I simply said you dnt have to be so rude and yelling when Im paying money....never have I experienced such bad service...I will never spend my money here again...the worst!!!

Terrible customer service very rude representative, Jeremiah the manager was rude. they charged me twice and said there was an issue, when the delivery came they said I need to pay in cash and after being charged they didn’t even want to give me the pizza. I will never order from them again please do yourself a favor and don’t as well If I don’t get the money back within the next few days I will saw you.

The worst location ever. Do not order from here. I placed an order on Uber eats and they sent me nothing that I ordered. I’m allergic to chocolate and they included Oreo bites but left out everything else that I ordered. When I called the store to get clarity and to see if I could come pick up my actual order, they told me it was not their problem and that the Uber driver should have double checked my order. Extremely rude.

I bought the 1-topping garlic epic stuffed crust pizza and sausage and jalapeno papa bites. It tasted horrible I bit something hard like a stone but I don't know what it was I just spit it out into my plate, I ignored it and I continue eating my slice of pizza when soon after I bit a piece of (fairly large), green aluminum paper that was mixed into my pizza it gross me out. (It was the aluminum type that they use around the wine bottles). I ended up throwing the whole pizza away. The next day I call to complain (I didn't want my money back), But the manager didn't seem to care didn't ask me for my name or what time did I get my pizza to see who made it. (I just don't get it). Anyway I will never go back to Papa John's... (I'm so disappointed)...

I don’t know who that little girl is who answered the phone but she gotta go!!! She is extremely rude and inpatient. I asked for some marinara sauce she act like I was speaking a whole different language and then say the order is completed we can’t do nothing like huh boo I asked for a side stupid and she proceeded to put me on hold and come back like “hello can I help you”. Y’all need real people with customer service cause she ain’t it!

Ordered my food , was asked was I paying over the phone, I declined stated I’d wait until my food is delivered. She made a little sound and then hung up. Didn’t give me an estimate a bye a nothing. That young lady was very rude. Waited for my pizza to have the delivery driver call me and say they don’t deliver to my location. I was mad because I know I gave this girl the correct address, the delivery driver trying to coming at me like I was the issue. i even stated the hotel name. So i hang up with the driver since he can’t deliver my pizza. I just went out to eat. The delivery driver had the nerve to call me back. Like sir you made it clear you wasn’t delivering my way. Very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t pay before hand

Called to order pizza and hung up on me. Called again and was put on hold until they hung up on me again. Called a third time and rudely claimed that they couldn’t make the pizza. Disrespectful and rude. Never coming here again. Workers don’t wanna work.

This is the worse experience I ever had. Bunch unfit employees. I get there 6 people trying to figure all kinds mistakes made of other customers. When they finally get to me they asked my name twice. The second time they told me I had an attitude problem. The girl making pizza starts putting her middle finger at me. It’s just ghetto!! They don’t get any stars!!! Don’t go there !!

I went to pickup my pizza and it looks horrible. It looks like someone put their thumb on it and the garlic sauce was opened, spilled all over it. The Juan the closing manager was very nasty and needs to be fired. People stop going there to buy pizza, go somewhere else.

I have never had a issue with this Papa John's however. I don't do delivery anymore I just come and pick it up.

Pizza was ok. They sliced it with some weird pattern instead of square cut. There was still a wait although my order was suppose to be done at a particular time. A decent crowd just sitting there waiting for their order. Not worth sharing pictures.

Papadia was soggy , and garlic sauce looked very old and tasted weird.

They've gone downhill unfortunately. Everytime I come to pick up my order they always, always miss something and the pizza that I get is somtimes soggy or not cooked properly at all. One time they put way, way too much sauce on the pizza and it was completely soggy and tasted horrible. Avoid this place.

Service was horrible, the delivery driver deliver my order to the wrong address and when they remake my order it was something that I didn't order plus my food was cold. I'm so upset, because I waited for 3 hrs.

We brought the New York style pizza. It was good but who ever cut the pizza need to be fired and send back to elementary school to learn how to divide a pie. The way they cut it just ruined it.👎👎

What a great experience tonight at Papa’s house. I ordered on the app got a large pie with knots and 2 liter soda. I had a promo code with the Heat win last night. I could not have been happier. I order during peek dinner rush and the whole thing took less then a half hour. Mind you I do live only five blocks away but still that’s GREAT service. So I had asked for light sauce and the opposite was done but WOW I couldn’t even complain because when I bit into the pizza I was in HEAVEN the sauce tasted great I honestly didn’t mind that it wasn’t light! Truly, it was AMAZING & the cookie was baked to PERFECTION! SO SOFT! & I can’t forget the wings WOW they were just AMAZING! GREAT SERVICE & GREAT JOB!

The driver was extremely nice but my food wasn't warm. LASTLY I ordered 2 PAPADIAS & 6 wings. I was quoted it would take 35 -40 minutes but unfortunately it was 30-35 minutes late. Besides those mishaps I love Papa John's pizza. I gave 4 stars because of how nice the driver was. Thanks

I am trying to find a papa-johns that will deliver a consistent decent meal! So far at least they are polite. But no praise for this store or the Brownsville store. Pizza hut still holds top spot.

Just like any other Papa John's and the employees are really nice and attentive.

The pizza was ready with in 5 minutes of my arrival and the place was manned only by 2 people ammazing pizza and such nice and upbeat people the workers were great job.

Papa John have a good Pizza and we enjoyed it, however as a Chef, I'm always concern about who's preparing my food, do they wash their hands after using the restroom, taking out the garage, opening the refrigerators, handling money, wiping sweat off their face, digging in their hair and other body parts, if I walk in and observe this behavior, I just walk out. This time around I can say the worker that handled my money did wash his hands. But I did observed the delivery man putting pizzas in boxes for delivery and didn't have on gloves and he didn't wash his dirty hands before handling pizza. IFORD

Had an office party and placed a few orders. Everything was perfect. The staff is upbeat which is awesome to see employees happy to be at work.

This papa johns used to be a hassle to deal with but Thank God there’s new management, If you go. Always try to ask for the manager Roxiel He very nice, always try’s to work with you and also when I have problems which is rare now, he would always admit his faults unlike others and actually help Most definitely under good leadership now (Seems like they always have the customer interest in mind)

Better ingredients better pizza papa John's. (Lol) what more could say. It's cheap food that also taste good and they also deliver. So when your on your last couple of dollars from your check and need cheap food head into papaJohn's you can't go wrong.
