Hot, fast, decent people, and cheap

The pizzas are delicious but the lady who works there is a hateful, rude and ill-mannered person.. the lady. robust. short hair from the night 9021 store

Awful!!! Ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza and got a regular old cold cheese pizza and no pretzel crust or cheese sauce. Do not order here what garbage!!

By far the nastiest little cesars I have been to! No one speaks English. When you call them and they don't understand they get frustrated and hang up the phone. Then they complain to customers without realizing the phone hasn't hung up. They need to clean up shop and hire a new set off staff. Most of the customers are English speaking but no one speaks English. I will be calling corporate.

Always avoid this location, there's never someone in front of the house.

I like to order from Little Caesars, but this is one location that I really tried to avoid at all cost. The service is slow and the people seem to not want to be there and work. I order in person and online. Both experiences didn't went well. Especially when ordering online...but due to my home address this have been the location that my orders keep getting sent to. My last two orders from this one location have been getting canceled. I made a order around 9:30pm and as I'm tracking the order on the app, I'm seeing five changes in drivers who is picking up my order. When I finally contacted the final driver...his reply was that they told him to give them 10mins and the time was already 10:50pm when my order was estimated to be delivered to me around 10:05pm

Pizza had too much sauce on it. There was no one at the front to take orders. I peeped in the back by the entrance to the back, this young man (Samuel M) responded to me when he looked up and saw me, "I'll be there in a minute". That never happened. Meanwhile there are 6 people other than myself waiting to be served. The front counter needs to be cleaned--where they stock the sauces for customers to purchase--it was very dirty and dusty. It appeared that Sammy was working the front counter and the back with several other ladies assisting in the back preparing the orders. Needless to say I would never patronize this establishment again.

Although the food is good, the store staff is deplorable. They take as long as it provokes them, they tell customers to wait and if not, to leave. They must improve customer service.

This must be the worst Little Caesars in Florida. My pizza was rare, the cashier didn't know my order on line, and the self pick up screen was not working. Terrible management! The cashier was not at fault...the system is!

Great place when you are in a budget

Avoid this place. I placed an order online to pick up at 12:15pm, it’s 12:45 and it’s still not ready. I’ve been waiting here for 30 mins for my small lunch pizza combo and they won’t even comunicate that its not ready yet or a simple excuse of why it’s not ready. their attitude is the worst and customer service skills are non-existant.

I bought a cheese bread and paid $1.00 for marinara sauce. When I receive the order, the marinara sauce was only a quarter the way full. The staff was rude and didnt want to give me what I paid for.

Pedí hablar con el manager. Pero este jovencito no me dió solución. No me pudo cancelar una orden que se hizo en la tienda. Mal servicio al cliente. Y como manager no funciona. Deberían de cambiar la forma de atender. Ya que me calgo la llamada.

Excellent service from Amy! It was busy but she held it down and made delicious pepperoni pizzas in a timely fashion. Me and the boys had a great game night.

The first time at this location and I’ve visited multiple little Caesar’s locations, I ordered the slices -N-stix. The cashier was very rude. I asked if she could make some accommodations, since I don’t eat meat, to take the pepperoni off. She said that was not an option. Then I said, can she make it all stix without the slices? No I can’t. I asked how is that possible at other locations they are able to accommodate me! I asked her for her name, which is Daphnly, and my receipt says Amy A. You don’t have to be so rude to a simple request to the customer that came in before me. She was able to accommodate, but when I requested such a thing I got a no with attitude!

If you value customer service don’t get your food from here. They have no since of service for their customers you can’t even use the restroom it has a sign up that’s only for employees which I though was for the unwelcome people from the streets. I wanted to buy something to drink but I quickly changed my mind after I asked the associate if I can use the restroom she said No so please let me know if this is Little Caesars policy.

I will never return to this Little Cesar (located on 96th St, Biscayne Blvd) again, the person making the pizza does not wear gloves, you can see him through the glass touching other things with his hands then placing the toppings on the pizza, the cashier hair is hanging in his face, just nasty!!!

The only problem they are short of help but overall is good location I will suggest to order online an pick up at this location

Takes a REALLY LONG time to just to order the food. The line was ridiculous just waiting there. I figured I’d make an online order to pick up so I do that and return at the time it says to. Of course, the young man says it’s in the oven. So 35 minutes after placing the order it’s just NOW in the oven. The place is understaffed and under-cared for. No one seems to want to put the effort in this restaurant. If you come here, be prepared to wait an absurdly long time for a box of pizza.

Food always takes longer it should smh, the food is always done correctly but they wait is ridiculous. If you order here just know you'll be waiting longer than you're pick up time.

Always understaffed and employees are getting abused non-stop from the customers because the wait times from being understaffed. Always prep yourself for a hour plus wait for a hot and ready. Been coming here for years and it’s always been this way.

They need some more employees it was only two workers in store to help speed up orders owners need to give them two employees holding it down a big raise

Good Detroit style deep dish pizza

I order through the portal & it was ready about 15mins after pick up & the pizza was cold & wasn't cut well. Update I don't know why I let anyone convince me to come back here again. I've been here nearly a hour and a half after ordering on the portal. The time says 15 mins but more like 2 hours. I'm still waiting as a man who was here before me demands his refund from the manager. They need help! A food pickup guy warned me it's like this here everyday no matter the time.

This location is horrible, they're slow, the customer service is terrible & they don't know how to make pizza. I don't recommend this location 👎🏽

Good Little Caesars! They usually have a pizza available when you walk in, but they are terrible at ordering. I placed an order with them and they said something like the computer system was down so they couldn't make the pizza? I didn't know the computer made them!

I ordered the pizza online for pick up. Came like 20 minutes after they said my order was ready and they still said my order could not even be found when I got there. I had to wait another 20 minutes and they didn't even try to make it right.

Ordered 3 garlic bread but was cold, not even warm

Usually have bad experiences here but today Jamarcus made it all great. He came in made calm out of chaos and even remembered me and my order. He even stepped up to help the people in the back by helping cut and box the pizzas. Jamarcus five stars!!!!

Over an hour for online order and it was wrong and cold, called to complain hung up on me. Keeps getting worse, counter employee told women to apply for a job if she didn't like that her order was over an hour while all the employees were texting on thier phones.

Bad customer service. They let you waiting without anybody taking care of the customer you call and they keep ignoring you. Than if someone shows up it is going to be with attitude.

1st and last time at Little Caesars. I got there to pick up my pizza and was told that they forgot to put it in the oven, no biggie , mistakes happen,but the employees were so rude and uncaring that I was shocked.

I order 2 pizza today at your shop Miami Shore, one with cheese and one with beef, the lady make the mistake she put the sausage on my beef so I need to wait until she redo the pizza and when I guet home I just have 2 CHEESE PIZZAS !!! I call the shop 20 mn waiting and the lady answer me to come back I told her I’m not living close so I ask a credit she told me it’s fine when I come back and when I ask her name she hangs up on my face !!!

Some very good and inexpensive Pizza

This Little Caesars is walk-in only. The pizzas here are not hot and ready. They were slammed and not keeping up very well. However, I can cut them a little slack because they clearly need help. I won't rake them over the coals. Just a heads up, you may have a wait here. A drive-thru would be faster.

I'm giving this place 4 stars only because the kid was polite and the crazy bread was delicious. It's been nearly 2 yrs since we had LC. The store itself was tired looking.

If you buy from this store, I recommend checking your pizzas before you leave. I ordered from this LC on Saturday. One of my pizzas was overcooked, almost to the point of being burnt and the other one was supposed to be an Extramostbestest but it wasn't. When the young lady handed me the boxes, I didn't see the bright orange Extramost box so I asked her and she said that she just put it in the wrong box but that it was correct. When I got home and got a good look, it was apparent that it was not Extramost anything. In all fairness, it looked like she was there by herself and I've never seen her before so she might be new and the pizzas were still good. That's why I'm giving 3 stars.
