DO NOT COME HERE. THEY GAVE ME A SIZE SMALL DRINK WHEN I CLEARLY ORDERED A MEDIUM. I ORDERED THE IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER AND I GOT GOOD FRIES EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THERE WAS 2 ONION RINGS THE WHOLE PLACE WAS A MESS, THE MEAT FELT AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MICROWAVED, IT EVEN TASTED LIKE IT. CRAZY, PROBABLY NEVER COMING BACK, THE PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL EVER SINCE A MONTH OR TWO AGO. SERVICE IS JUST SITTING AROUND AND PLAYING AROUND. FINALY, ONE OF THE WORKERS WHERE EATING OUT OF A BAG AND THEN PUT IT BACK INTO THE DANG BAG HOLDER. IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A -5 I WOULD. Idk how to post pictures but believe me this place should just be rundown, or reopened.

The food was edible, but I can’t say that it was great. Unfortunately, that is the norm for Burger King in our area. Also somewhat expensive, especially considering the quality of the food.

All of the tables were dirty but we let it slide because we thought they were busy, however upon ordering out food for dine in we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food because they bagged it and set it with the drive through window, we witnesses multiple employees standing around in the back playing on their phones, the manager came back and appeared to be under the influence of something (bloodshot, glazed over eyes) and proceeded to take almost 5 minutes to count back a different customers change. Finally got our food after having to go ask about it and didn't realize they forgot our drink until after we left since we had already sat in there for so long waiting.

Ordered a whopper with cheese, went thru the drive thru and the kid asked me if everything was right in the bag, I looked inside and saw there was more than one burger so I handed it back and told them I had only ordered a whopper with cheese. They apologized and handed me another bag with what appeared to be correct so I left and when I opened it it was wrong. I went back to the store, they were clearly irritated that I came back and gave me an old burger they pieced together and threw some cold cheese on it and gave it to me without speaking a word

Shambria has a nasty attitude in front of customers because the computer screen isn't working. Don't know if it's normally that way but her attitude made me not want to return while she's here. I'm a Dasher and the whole time I was getting my order to deliver she was fussing and saying she didn't have patience or time for this today. The rest of the staff seemed scared to say anything to her and annoyed with how she was treating them. Please don't fire her but discuss these unprofessional things with her. It's really unprofessional and the employees don't deserve to be treated like that. They were awesome though putting up with it and getting the job accomplished. I didn't spend anything per the question. I'm a Dasher. The order was reba h.

The place was very clean and the atmosphere was very calm. The person who served us today was very friendly and attentive and willing to explain the menu, which in our case was breakfast, which by the way was good, so it is the best option to start the day among the fast food places I have tried.

The frys taste like old oil, and the burger was cold and didn't have any ketchup or mayo.

The dining area needed up keep. Lots of dirty tables. And full trash bins. was very slow but customers at the counter were not being attended to. This was in a lule time of no rush hour. Most employees seem to be uncaring in working with any sense of urgency to help the customers. Seems management was focused on the back. Of just being there. Wasting time...When it was easily seen it was fully stocked with all items needed to produce product. Yet still no sense of urgency. 2 people were on the product line but even the drive through was sending many to the pull up and wait to make the customer wait time construed and invalid in real time. As they just talked and focuses on their phone rather then their job. There is potential in the building itself and could be a good store. But it would need a overhaul of management, and employees.. Imo.. they are all to comfortable in their position and have forgot the ultimate goal of their responsibilities of upholding Burger King standards and processes.. Not to mention the line and back end was a mess and proably should be audited, and have a health inspection. I would NOT recommend !

Mayo slathered cardboard chicken sandwich, cold old fries, after I had to pull some and wait! Not even provided with a receipt by the rude cashier. What a horrible "restaurant". Never again.

Went into the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering. Bathroom had water standing on the floor. Urinal was not functioning. Mold on the tile area near the floor. Food crumbs on the counter and food on the floor in the kitchen. The store was not busy. Left before ordering.

This is the NASTIEST Burger King in Bay County! The kitchen is absolute filthy dirty including anything that you see where they process the food out hasn't been wiped down in months you can see the filth all over everything. I will never return to this pigpen of a restaurant! My bacon egg cheese croissant was so hard on the bottom I bet it been sitting out for days before they actually put it on a sandwich!

No one came to the drivethrough for over 25min to take our order. They had the lobby door closest to the parking spots closed so the only way in is the spot furthest from the parking spots. Employees shouldn't be hired if they don't want to work.

Trash!!! Do not come here!!! NO ice in the soda machine with the critically over-flowing trash should have sent us away immediately. Then the DISGUSTING, BULLY OF A MANAGER literally swiped a sundae out of my mothers hands off the table after requesting a spoon. They apparently didn't have any spoons, so she inexplicably TOOK the sundae, made a huge scene of throwing it out, and yelling "do you want a refund"? No one asked for a refund or to have their food ripped from them! Just a UNTENSIL! We were so polite, that it was *shocking* how abrupt and mean she was. Meanwhile a HUGE FIGHT broke out in the kitchen with all of the workers in the back pushing, screaming, etc. I don't know how they kept their footing in a fight, even the dining area floors were slick with grease! Absolutely foul place.

Because it is close, I gave them another try. They need to be closed.

No customer service. Long wait. Wrong order. Lacks professionalism. Lacks timely and clear communication. The workers are unkempt - dirty attire, no head overing, etc. Food is cold and tasteless. I wish i could give a rating lower than 1.

Service was subpar as the wait to order with no line in the drive-thru was over 5 minutes initially then after the order is complete, we roll to the window and are advised there is no order in the system and we would need to enter the lobby to order. Understanding of technical issues, we entered and were greeted by staff members making vague derogatory comments about "white people" and took over 30 minutes after entering the lobby to receive our food. After thanking the staff and leaving the lobby, they began to visibly mock and poke fun. The order ended up missing items, and overall, it was the worst BK. Will not return, would not recommend.

I got a Sausage egg, and cheese croissant, and there was no Sausage on it.

Burgers were hot and served quickly. A bit too many condiments overtook the meat flavor. Lighter on the catsup and mustard.

The people were nice, the facilities were awful, no soap in the restrooms, and no paper towels to dry. I ordered a bacon king , it had on one strip of bacon.

Fast and Friendly service. The new million dollar whopper was great.

The food is quick, and fresh. A lot of addicts hang out in the restaurant, and the managers are unpleasant. The restaurant itself is usually quite messy, ley alone the restrooms.

I have visited this location numerous times and just recently within the past 3 months I notice a charge from this store for food that I have not ordered. I called the location and they assured me they would not be able to run a charge without the card but someone has found a way around this.

This one of those BK that does it right. Everything they touch slaps. Check your bag to make sure you got everything, though.

Many times I’ve gotten food from this location, hoping it’ll be better the next time and it’s never good. The workers there don’t seem care about food safety and quality, considering I had just bit into fries that were raw, pale and clearly not fully cooked in the middle. 99% my order is wrong and they’ll give me things I never even asked for instead of the items I paid for. I ordered fries, chicken nuggets, two burgers. Fries.. raw, chicken.. was so tough that I couldn’t even bite a piece off, the burgers were overcooked and had just a really strange taste to it this time.. I just want my fries fried and my burgers not hard and dry!

Every single time I go to this place, they can't get the order right. I'm literally taking the guess work out of your job by ordering exactly what I want. How difficult is that? $20 for 2 cold breakfast meals...at LEAST get the order right. Pathetic.

Diana is amazing!! 10/10 recommend this location. I live on the beach and this is going to be my go to Burger King!! That lady listen and ensured I got what I wanted. Amazing service!! When I tell you we got our meals super fast and they were hot! She’s a gem. That lady deserves a raise tbh.

I went to this burger king store 11693 on 12-4-23 to get a very simple order small ff and whopper Jr w cheese no onion. The fries were perfect but the burger was so cold seriously that it was like someone had it in the fridge first, bun was so stale it was unchewable, lettuce wilted and brown (the texture was that of wet paper uh yuck) and the tomato was on the patty with ice cold cheese on top of the tomato. I tried to eat it really I did, first bite was so gross and I foolishly thought it's the bun, so I removed top bun, another small bite same gross-Ness, removed bottom bun and I truly didn't think it could be worse but boy was I misguided. The patty itself smelled old and really wierd needless to say I spit that bite out and thought well I guess I will just be hungry and was going to let it go but my body decided much later that I was a dumb@#! for even trying to eat it so here I sit at 11pm (ate it at around 1045 am) sick and miserable. Wow way to ruin my most favorite burger in the world BK. The staff was so polite, genuinely nice, cheerful and just great people at the 2 drive thru windows, but the District Mgr that's not checking up on freshness and allowing food below dumpster diving food quality to be served shame on you or shame on corporate for giving you more stores than you could possibly check up on. Again the two ladies that I dealt with I would try to eat there again just bc they are so great and nice, wish I knew thier names. But I deserve free food for life that was so bad, I mean I do not exaggerate saying these things I was amazed that you could pay someone and get food that horrible. Again ty a million times BK for ripping me off.... with this economy I can only afford to eat 1 time a day and had to eat out bc I had Dr appts. But if someone is looking for a good way to throw away 8 dollars please visit this BK, at least the front line ladies will make you feel good with all of thier feel good attitude and warmth, again THEY ARE GREAT and the best part of the visit. The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. Two customers and two staff members were rude and disrespectful to me, two employees were unprofessional. All four were making me feel very uncomfortable.

The manager was kind and no nonsense beautiful inside and out the order was made perfectly and as ordered custom piping hot though they don't have butter to give to customers she was like let me think a minute and put some of the butter spread into a ketchup cup as they don't have real butter nor anything packaged to give out to customers great customer service great accommodating the customer kind and friendly and yummy food great value on top of that cheaper by 29 to 69 cents then McDonald's for two breakfast sandwiches

They have the worst staff that you can think of. I sat there for literally 10 minutes about to place my order, and they just sat there and talked, looked at me and then sat there and walked away. They are very unprofessional each one who is their job because I suck at it. Very rude and the food is always Rowan terrible tasting.

Attempted to pick up 4 chicken wraps, 1 fry, & 1 drink. It’s currently been 30 mins & it is still not ready. Instructed to pull through the drive thru + park by the door, they will bring it out… 20 mins in, I went inside for the guy “taking orders” to tell me it’s not ready & then cuss under his breath. He’s sat on his phone since then. I gave them 3 stars for food in hopes that it’s edible whenever I do get it (:

For being extremely low staff my girl had an amazing job working drive through window front counter and making the food at the same time keep your head up things might be hard now but will pay back before you know it 😉

A medium Whopper meal cost me $15. The ice machine was empty, The floor wasn't clean, All the tables were still dirty from the day before, The ranch cup they gave me looked like it had a booger on it. I went to use the bathroom before I left and there was no soap and noticed an employee who smelled like they didn't shower for 3 days exiting the bathroom without washing his hands and going directly into the kitchen. So gross

If every Burger King could get their act together like this location has . . . .Burger King would have a much better reputation. This store has a pretty diverse crew. Each shift I have dealt with for various meals throughout their business hours has been a nice mix of male and female, white, black, and Hispanic workers. ALL have been professionally and EVEN GOLD OLD FASHIONED FRIENDLY! What a difference!!! They all speak English and you can understand them when ordering and when paying or picking up the food. I know this location (15th Street & Lisenby Street) is under fairly new management and is a fairly newly remodeled store done so because of damage done from Hurricane Michael. However, there is a brand spanking new BK store in Callaway and it's not even in the same Galaxy as this store. My order is ALWAYS CORRECT, they always put everything in the bag. I have only had to go inside for my order being shorted something (1) time. And it was an honest misunderstanding on the cooks part. But they were absolutely professional about it. They made it right, did so with a smile and offered to be me a complete new order because of it. Talk about a breath of fresh air! I politely declined and told them the drinks and fries and other burgers were all correct so there was no need to replace those. I just needed the plain Cheeseburger to have its cheese put on and it was a wrap! There is now a black lady that seems to be late 30's to early 40's that works the drive thru orders going out. Not sure if she is the manager or not, I've honestly haven't had any reason to ask. But she's a very dedicated employee. She checks and double checks before the order ever leaves her hands. If it's not right, she doesn't hand it to you. If she's not the manager, BK better treat her right and keep her around because I will wait and drive past the other Burger Kings and order at her store because of the friendly staff, CLEAN STORE, and my food is always right and tastes good! I had the BEST Double meet whopper Jr yesterday from there, and I couldn't get over just how good it was.

Very courteous excellent customer service

Very friendly lady that works in the back, well I think she does anyway... She greeted me with the nicest smile and went out of her way to ask how I was doing, showing genuine care and concern during a tough time in my life... Not even knowing what that small gesture meant to me. I didn't see her name though she was wearing a name badge, she is truly a beautiful person and I wish everyone could be as kind hearted as she was to a total stranger. Thank you ma'am and God bless you, and whoever is reading this God bless you all as well!

I went to this Burger King on 15th and I saw that the drive thru was busy. Surely they have someone at the window taking orders and someone at the counter taking orders. APPARENTLY NOT. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes and nothing. Just saw them run around working. Finally gave up and left. I told me the woman coming in as I was leaving and said "Good luck." Worst Burger king in bay county.

Went in for scheduled interview and the manager was very rude about saying she wasn't doing no interview regardless of the physical evidence I showed her of the interview

Today I decided to pull up to the drive through to pick up my husband and I a breakfast sandwich. A woman comes over the mic asking if she can help. There's no one else even at the restraint much less in line behind me so I ask for a moment to decide which sandwich I want. Not even 30 seconds later the woman was back with an attitude. Rushing me. Asking if there was something on the menu she could help me find. Not even 8 am and the rude attitudes flood out. There just isn't a need. Getting me through the line 15 seconds earlier really isn't hurting your day.

Great customer service from lucien. Wish there was more people like him in the fast food industry. He will definitely make that location a 5 star location

I will never give a restaurant more than 1 star when I go through a drive thru and get an incorrect order. It is a waste of my time. Employees are paid to get orders correct.

It’s Burger King. The interior has a modern design which is very nice. You’re able to watch the employees make the sandwich, and it may or may not be a bad thing. The person dressing the sandwiches had gloves on, but no hairnet to cover her long ponytail which, when she would turn, would swing over all the sandwiches. I’m surprised her ponytail didn’t have mayo on it. There were about three other employees without a hairnet on. The cashier was really nice. Your order number was called, and you must get up to get it. As soon as the bag was set on the counter, they would turn back around. It’s understandable, they have other orders to make. However, when a customer is obviously standing there to ask for something else (for example: condiments) the employee should address them. Otherwise, the customer stands there waiting to be addressed, before they can start eating. The fries were overly salted and would stick to your fingers, annoying. It’s literally visible how too much salt is present. The burger was mediocre, not sure if it was “100%” beef. Again, it’s fast food, and it’s Burger King.

Unprofessional employees. A friend of mine asked for her money back because she had waited 15+ min and never received her very small order. The employees seemed upset about it and especially the manager, I believe they said her name was Crystal. I understand they're understaffed,but there are far more ways to deal with the situations. It's a shame!!!

There again Burger King's a step up from McDonald's as far as quality the burgers taste really good they're usually having good food there but I've had very bad experience with the help and I travel across the country many of the Burger Kings have very bad health and very good burgers so it's kind of mixed

Drive thru unable to process online orders with certain code numbers

I have to say I am not usually a fan of burger kind because of the service. However tonight (10pm on Halloween night) when things up front were looking like a hot mess. The man in the back cooking (I think maybe the manager) was awesome! He made sure we had fresh fries and informed us the reciept machine had been down. Despite that he was so kind and you could tell he was working hard and if he was not running things he absolutely should be!

So Oct 27 for a late dinner I bring my kids to get food. We order I order a double whopper add bacon nd Cheese what I received was a regular whopper didn’t notice till I got home because I’m trying to get the kids feed before we get home. I get home get my food out and what do you know my order is wrong I call they assured me that I come in the next day and I’ll get what I ordered the person took my name and everything now today I’m here and what do you know they saying since I have no name nd my name isn’t in the book now I have come to this Burger King once or more a week but I won’t be coming back

The food was delicious. Service was not up to snuff, but that was probably because it looked like they only had two employees working.

The dining room needed a good cleaning, didn't have a clean table to sit at. The food was warm and tasted old.

I went to Burger King on a Monday night around 8:00. I ordered the two for $10 and 2 orders of eight nuggets. When I got home I noticed I only had one eight piece nugget and my burgers just didn't look like I expected. I decided to drive the few blocks back to Burger King and show them the sandwiches and let them know about my 8 piece nugget missing. The gentleman,Lucia(sp?)working the window remembered me. I told him I only received one of my orders of nuggets and the burgers looked sloppy. I handed him my bag and he remade the whole thing. Even the fries. He didn't have to do that. He actually thanked me for coming back and letting him fix it. Lucia made the drive back worth it and you could tell he actually cares about his customers. Thank you Lucia for service with a smile and for being so polite and cheerful. It's makes a difference.

This place was Awful. My lady and I walk in to order iit was around 8 pm we stoop at the counter one table was eating.. We stood there as workers walk by not even looking at us.. After 5 minutes we realized we were not getting service we went another place.. Racism at this place massive... Don't bother eating here.

They served our family 3 raw chicken sandwiches tonight. The kids didn't notice until they ate half this mess. You will definitely hear more from me if they end up sick later. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money going to this place. Garbage. I did make them refund our money but will never eat there again. Do better BK.

Horrible drive through service! The only customer @ 6:50 pm and had to wait to put order in..waited 10mins then left. Some fast food restaurant this place is..this place sucks!

The first time my fiance rode thru the drive thru we were told the system was down, which that wasn't in their control so I came back,after I dropped my fiance at the job site, I went inside to order , I got ready to pay and realized that my debit card was with my fiance, on the way outside to my car the door was locked , I unlocked and went to get my card to pay for my order, when I pulled back into Burger King I attempted to go inside (since that's where I had placed my order before ) the door was locked 🔒 again , there were people in the dinning area eating but none would come and unlock it so I pulled thru the drive thru a lady came on said the greeting and that someone would be with me shortly, so when another voice asked for my order , I began by explaining the dinning area was locked when I was trying to come inside, I was interrupted with a third employee asking what I was going to order;I ordered my food for the second time and payed and got my food , I checked my bag and had to drive back thru to get the correct sauce! I was polite despite the rudeness from everyone that had taken my order, she replied pull to the window, I did and she handed me my sauce as though it was a bearden, I said thank you have a blessed day she closed the window! Now that is awful customer service on so many levels, if you hate your job don't work there, or at least don't show it to the customer, next one may not be as kind as I was , saying please thank you and an apology is something we should have learned as children, I mean it's ridiculous!

I waited ten minutes in drive thru before I was able to give them my order. This was around 2 pm. I assume they were short staffed but it will make me think twice about going there for a late lunch and having to wait a full 20 minutes to get my food.

Bad service . On 07/31/2022 10:25 pm, a person of color attended us through the window who behaved in a racist manner, we wanted to add drinks to the order and he told us that it could not be done very rudely! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL GIVE BAD RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIS SITE TO EVERYONE I CAN! Mal servicio . Standing in line waiting for somebody to finally man the cash register. Many employees behind the counter, pure disorganized chaos. The TV in the dining area blasting loud rap music. Now employees arguing with each other. Whoever owns this mess needs to stop by once in awhile. Deserves ZERO stars.
