I love this drive up coffee spot! So convenient and great options! Usually the customer service is great, but my experience this morning was not great so I’m deducting 1 star. Update: I spoke with the owner, Jason, and he was incredibly kind. He addressed the customer service issue and all has been resolved. This is a wonderful establishment with obviously very dedicated and caring owners.

Why every time my boyfriend and I come here to get coffee, (I get an iced latte which is usually good) but he gets a hot latte and the espresso is luke warm ?? Like they’re making the shots ahead of time and letting them sit there so they can just put the coffee together really quickly when they get a customer. That’s the only thing that makes sense! Espresso comes out HOT! I don’t understand. We had JUST left the drive thru and he goes “see I’m not crazy Everytime I come here for a hot latte it’s room temperature”. He said that was his 4th time now. What’s going on B&B ??

One of my favorite coffee shops in Charlotte. I visit several times a week and the staff is always kind and prompt. Great cold brew, muffins, and donuts on the weekends, you also can’t beat the chocolate espresso bean on top. Highly recommend.

The baristas here are so kind even in the briefest interactions. And the coffee is delicious! 10/10 Edit: since my first review I’ve had several very not so great coffees so I adjusted the stars.

My husband and I moved here from Florida in December & we found this coffee shop & it is UHHHHmazing!!! Chubby bunny is my current fave! & my husband loves the Mocha blended cooler (frappe)! We love it! Totally recommend!! This shop is 20 mins away from us & it’s worth the drive! 🥳

Great little coffee stop . Lots of options and the staff is knowledgeable to suggest things if you are intimidated by all the options.

Went to Burr & Berry today after a much-too-long hiatus. I had the Bee's Knees latte - it was so delicious! My sister got the same thing and we couldn't stop talking about how good it was. They were pretty busy, so they sent a barista to take orders from the cars in line; she said she was fairly new, but she did a great job. Lastly, they chocolate covered espresso bean that they give with the coffees is a really nice touch. See you again soon!

Always top-notch coffee. The Carolina Blonde is the best! The Indian Land location is mostly a drive-up order window located in the parking lot of a church. There are a few benches to sit outside and enjoy when the weather is favorable. No internal seating.

A cute shop, but the coffee is horrible.

This place use to be so good. What happened. Our order was wrong and it did not taste very good like it use to. Seems that they aren’t sure what the right ratios are anymore. No carmel and no marshmallow. Very flat of flavor. There was a strange off taste to the bake goods and the coffee. Don’t know what it could be but coffee beans and bake goods will suck in whatever is in the Environment. It almost tasted like vape chemicals smell. Not saying anybody was I doing that am just trying describe the off taste. They don’t give you a wonderful chocolate covered coffee bean anymore. I won’t be back. That really is sad because this place use to be incredible.

Wow! My wife and I have been trying out various local coffee shops all over the Charlotte area for the past few months. This little unassuming drive thru spot is at the top of our list for coffee now! We tried Cold Brew, drip coffee, and the Snickers Mocha. All were outstanding. Some of the best drip coffee I have had in the greater Charlotte area. Super smooth. This for sure is my new favorite coffee spot! You can't go wrong here.

Update: Still great and has gotten even better. Staff as really gotten to know me as a regular customer and always deliver quality service and drinks. I’d highly recommend. Also, donut Saturday is highly highly recommended. Consistently good. About the same price as Starbucks and Sweetwaters but friendly service and good options. Have never had a bad experience.

Burr & Berry in Indian land. It’s Saturday morning and the line is wrapped around. Love how they have XL size Iced Americano for people like me who sips whole day. It’s crispy light tasting with a little smoky aftertaste and price is unbeatable, $5.06 for XL ❤️. Also, 6stars for service, it was drizzling and the young lady was taking orders for the customers in the rain!! Super job Burr & Berry💯✅. Right here on 521 highway, don’t miss it‼️

Visiting back home from Seattle and so amazed to have a great coffee stand here with Lotus plant-based energy too! Good coffee and not overly sweet! Great service and kind too.

Loved everything about Burr & Berry Coffee! It's such a cute drive-thru and they had some fun Halloween touches for the season. The staff was so friendly & helpful. I decided to try the Caramel Apple Spice Latte which was AMAZING! Look forward to coming back to try other options!

Simple, small drive-thru coffee shop with lots of coffee and other drink options. Good customer service (quicker than the Starbucks down the road and usually with only one or two people working) and great tasting coffee.
