Bristol's real life version of 'The Bear' - this place is old skool, bare bones, and a bit intimidating at first, but delicious! Serving great food to great people by great people. Well worth overcoming the fear factor.

I used Cabral Gourmet Chicken to cater a fundraiser and they did a terrific job and was reasonably priced! The food was delicious and ready on time. I highly recommend then for catering and take out. I did not eat there so I can't review the Atmosphere.

I think that you would be hard-pressed to find a better rotisserie chicken. The wings are awesome! Big supermarkets can't touch the quality. Also, excellent fish & chips on Fridays!

I've been going there for 40+ years. It is under new management, and nothing has changed. The quality, freshness, and plain old good food are still some of the best take out around. Great whole rotisserie chickens. The wings are still the best around. (Hint) If you get the chicken, ask for some sauce on the side. Thank me later on that one.

I can’t rate food or atmosphere (actually service either) . I’m planning a surprise birthday for my husband. 3 tours of Vietnam, nearing end of life. I wish to keep it local. We were regulars before the change of ownership. Please!!! Accept calls on your answering service! If I can’t reach you, not only can I not fulfill a wish but it’s impossible for me to do so.

Chicken Pot Pie and Meatball sub are my go to meals multiple times a week for lunch break, owner is super friendly and involved with every customer, nice to see someone with a smile on their face!

Been going to Cabral's Chicken for 30+ years. Ever since the owner sold/retired, its been terrible. Been there twice in the last month and they were out of chicken wings both times. Really? Your a chicken store for God's sake. It's dinner time MAKE ENOUGH CHICKEN WILL YOU? Not making any more trips to this place. Obviously the new owner doesn't know how to run a business.

Cabral’s chicken has great wings, dinners and a host of delicious sides. Their quahog stuffies are the best and all these items are reasonably priced. I often get their stuffies and serve with fresh lemon, cocktail sauce and sometimes hot sauce. Unbelievable! We love them. Tonight, my wife and I had fish and chips to go another awesome meal. If you are having a birthday party, graduation party or any event they will package everything up in tin foil pans, give you plenty of utensils, napkins and most generous sides. They will also help you plan the meal and coordinate a pick up time. All of their side dishes like macaroni, coleslaw, potatoes, to name a few are fresh, and always a diverse lineup to pick from. I would suggest ordering ahead of time as they get busy.

If I could eat at one place in or around Bristol for the rest of my life, it’d be Cabral’s. That’s not an overstatement. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and nothing falls short of perfection. I’m a connoisseur of few things, and they are fish and chips, rotisserie chicken, and chowder. I’ve stopped looking after eating here for a year. There is nothing better, I promise you.

The BEST rotisserie chicken around! Once you try it, you will never buy another rotisserie chicken from the grocery store again. Chicken was juicy and full of flavor. And it had SO MUCH more meat than a rotisserie chicken from stop and slop. And the Chicken wings are the best in the East Bay, hands down. Crispy on the outside while being tender and juicy in the middle. This is an easy family dinner for a busy weeknight. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm still having trouble deciding who has better chourico and peppers - Cabral's, or my family recipe. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent! Get there fast, the owner's retiring this month (12/25/2020) and they are closing. Very, very disappointing! I really hope there's a chance someone in the family will take it over. I know I will be there as often as possible until then. I still have so many things to try before they close.

Awesome food at great prices I like the idea that you can call ahead and they will have your order waiting for you to come and pick it up Everything is homemade fresh daily they also offer 2 types of Lasagna, Ribs they also sell fresh sides to enjoy with your meal ...ie coleslaw potato salad and others you can eat there or take it to go.

Great little place. I love the wings and chicken from the rotisserie. They have great sides and I have liked everything I have tried. When I'm in the area I will definitely be going back. It a true local favorite. I'm really glad a friend brought me there.

Meh. rotisserie was kinda plain but decent but the wings were straight up awful seemed like they overcooked like 2hrs to long. idk if it was just a bad day bc everybody else says they love it their. Went it their thinking it would become a regular spot then I ate the food and unfortunately wont.

This place is top notch for rotisserie chicken. Wings? The wings are unbelievable, crunchy outside and tender inside. This is truly a Rhode Island treat and one of a kind. You must order ahead and order early on football Sunday.

I live in NY but work in Rhode island 5 days a week appearance may not be the best but this place is hands down the best chicken spot I've ever encountered here and in NY. The staff is friendly every time I come in and the food is top notch.

By far the best wings I have ever tasted!! The skin was so crispy but the meat so tender it falls off the bone. If your looking for great taste for a good price this is the place to go! Get the BBQ sauce and mix it with red hot!! The lady that served us has a heart of gold she knew her products and let us sample as well! Thank you so much for this amazing experience we greatly appreciate it! I don't get out much so this made my day! By far the best mom and pop place in Bristol!

Okay this isn't the kind of place you stay in and eat if your looking for something glamorous, but this place has the best wings I've ever tasted!!!!!!! This is more of a order your food and eat it at home or a picnic table at Colt State park on a nice afternoon place. I'd never say this place is dirty looking, its a busy business, never really seen anyone eat in it's just not that kind of place but the food is EXCELLENT and my son is a picky eater and he loves this place. We've recommended this place and the people we've sent there loved it also.

I've been eating Cabral's chicken since I was 5 years old. It was the best then and still the best! Who cares what the inside looks like it's what the product tastes like that is important! Fond memories of my grandfather whenever I come here, a family staple!

Simply the best wings I've ever had. Yes the decor is simple, but you go in order your wings and leave.
