Absolutely the best Mexican food I have ever had! Everything is made in house including their signature salsa's. Everything on the menu is Amazing, the staff is friendly and the place is very clean. If your looking for Authentic Mexican food for you or the family look no further.

Great tacos, recommended if you're in the area

12.99 for a single torta is really expensive. I asked the young man if that was meal price and he said no. I will never go back for a 12.00 torta when other places charge almost half the price. Really disappointed.

Picked up an order to go for 12 people and it was excellent! Pork in red sauce tacos, all the fixings along with chips, rice and beans. Everything was so good!! Friendly people as well!

The food here was so amazing!!!! Very authentic and love that it’s a little while in the wall place. I got the burrito and it DID NOT disappoint!! So yummy!!! And they have Gluten Free options!

Came in with a party of 4 five minutes before they closed on a Sunday. They never disappoint. I don't like red sauce and as an Arizona native, They have the best enchiladas in Washington, possibly even in Arizona! It's worth the hour drive from Seattle

Out of the way for the average person, but not that far. Great burrito and really friendly folks. If your out looking at tulips and need a place to eat, this is a really good place.

Best breakfast burrito in the greater Skagit area! I'm a bit of a breakfast burrito junkie and I full time RV so I've tried breakfast burritos from all over northwest Washington and this place makes the best one I've found hands down. Get the avocado sauce to go with it. Btw, I didn't see a breakfast burrito in their menu so just ask for it.

Best shredded beef anywhere. I always get a tostada. But after reading reviews going to have to try a tamale and everything else. Price is still cheap. Great atmosphere for a mini market. But it is still a mini market.

First time here and I didn’t find the taco and burrito overly exciting. But the Menudo with foot was to die for. It was that good. A bowl full of tender beef tripes and top with (just as tender) pig foot. The soup was not only very tasty but very filling too. Will definitely be ordering it again. The tacos and burrito, not so much. Will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.

Absolutely blown away by the food, I had the Birria consume, and man I'm speechless. Fresh made corn tortillas 🤤, and not just 2 but 4! Also their avocado salsa was delicious. Definitely worth the price

I've been coming here for years on Saturdays. It's a taqueria not a restaurant. The family run business is one of my favorites to support. The staff is always nice, the space is always clean. The food is always good, and it's always consistent. I first went there with no expectations, I wasted time not going sooner.

This place rules. Searched high and low for a nice, relaxed spot for a casual birthday dinner and Cady's was PERFECT. The prepared food is simple, but well made. The candy selection is bonkers. The drive there (from Mount Vernon) is beautiful and, on the way, one passes plenty of farm stands. Could imagine doing the bulk of my food shopping in close proximity to here. A region best, easily.

I have ordered and eaten all the burritos on the menu. All good. All fresh ingredients. I will start trying other items on the menu. Their burrito de lengua was excellent. They are a bit more expensive than other taquerias, but it's worth the fresh ingredients! I love that the entire family seems to work there. The service is always friendly. I also love that they have three choices of agua frescas. Love the Jamaica water and it is NOT icky sweet. It is SWEET, but so much that you can't drink it like other places. Atmosphere at a convenience store is NOT what I call atmosphere, so I always take it to go.

Between COA and this place, those of us in the valley are spoiled with some of the best Mexican food in the PNW. The people who run this place are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Definitely worth the stop.

To preface, we already had Mexican food the last two days before this, so having it 3 days in a row speaks volumes about our Cady’s experience. This was our 2nd time here (after an hour of Tulips just as it started to rain). Cady’s Cocina has really stepped it from our last visit 4 years ago! The ingredients were so fresh, accompanied by clean, bold flavors. The enchilada sauce had a really nice roasted chipotle flavor. We used the extra tortillas to scoop up the enchilada sauce 🤤. The chicken quesadillas were perfectly tender and cheesy inside, with that nice flaky crunch outside. Love the super cute and flavorful carnita tacos. The pollo asado was on point with a little spicy kick. All the accompaniments were of perfect proportion and presentation (ie. the lovely flower sour cream atop a slice of avocado, tomato on a bed of lettuce with radishes). This has now become one of our favorite spots whenever we make it out this way. Oh, and to top it off… they make their own tortillas. Homemade tortillas, need I say more? Delicioso.

Kids no more than 10 years old running the cash register & a 7 year old running food. No taps for beers. Tacos & burrito absolutely destroyed my guts.

Friendly people, tasty and authentic Mexican food, and a wide selection of beverages & desserts make this a worthy stop for any meal of the day. I will be back! Second trip, two years later. Still delicious, maybe a little bit more expensive than it used to be, but everything is these days. If possible, an even wider selection of beverages and desserts than before.

Wow! My best friend and I have been searching for the perfect middle location restaurant for years! I live in Whatcom country and she lives in Snohomish County. We decided that Mt. Vernon was the middle ground but where would we go for our meet ups?!? Well…we found it! We are going to Cady’s from now on! Prices were reasonable! We got birria de res en consume and carne asada tacos. The homemade corn tortillas for the birria was as big as my face. And I have a large face!Probably the best restaurant birria that I’ve ever had and the tacos were perfection! There was ample parking and a wide selection of drinks! I could not recommend this place enough!

Best AL Pastor tacos 🌮 in the Valley. I spent a lot of time in Mexico, so trust me when I tell you their tacos are legit.

I always stop by this spot for their AMAZING tamales. Everyone there is super kind and the food is perfection. They even sell frozen tamales you can take home! Worth the hour drive from Seattle

The food is real authentic Mexican food and tastes super good! Me and my boyfriend went there for lunch and it has a really cute shop with a bunch of Mexican snacks for good prices. I got some street tacos and my boyfriend got a huge burrito for only $20. I do recommend.

Excellent mini mart with a large selection of typical goods but also a wide variety of Mexican and Hispanic foods. They have a great Mexican kitchen as well. I tried the pollo, asada, carnitas, and adobada tacos. All of them were great, I especially loved the adobada tacos. I plan to return any time I'm back in the area.

Driven by so many times and finally stopped by today. Great tacos!! Been here three more times since the initial post. This family run joint sure does put out some fantastic food. Best sopes I've ever had. My friend had their steak burrito today, he loved it!

Located inside of a small, clean convenience store that had a fun selection of Mexican candies. The food was very flavorful, fresh, and bright. Loved all of their homemade hot sauces. Ordered tacos, burritos as well as birria de res and de chivo. A+.

This is a restaurant out in the farm fields of Burlington, but it's worth the detour. The tacos are excellent and the people are incredibly nice. The tacos came with four types of salsa. I like the one that is orange and smoky and it packs some heat too!

This place is shockingly good for being so out of the way. Their mild avocado salsa is incredibly delicious and their carnitas are really good. Their birria and asada were also tasty but not exceptional. Super wide menu too with a lot of soups

There's nothing like this Tienda between Federal Way and the Canadian border. Sopas, tamales, carnitas res, tortillas, all house made. $2 for a carne asada taco. $11 for a shrimp platter you can't finish alone. Cold beer and sodas. Indoor and outdoor seating. In the middle of quiet nowhere.

AUTHENTIC delicious Mexican food! My biggest concern for taquerias is that many do not have the authentic flavorful meat; Mi Cocina does not fail to deliver- best burritos and plates by far, as well as tamales. I could eat here everyday!

Tacos are off the hook. Fabulous. A destination taco experience. You won't be disappointed. The red sauce is excellent!

I have travelled a thousand miles through Mexico and this place is as authentic and delicious as any place there. The tamales are soft and flavorful. The tacos and quesadillas are delicious. And the sauces AMAZING. You can always tell when a place is born out of the right intentions. You can always tell when love is the reason why someone cooks. This is one of those places

My taco was good but the chicken was in big chunks and that I didnt prefer. The hit sauce was DELICIOUS and the market itself had quite a wonderful selection.

Tacos are pretty good. Especially carnitas and tripe. Salsas are pretty decent too. I vouch this place for tacos, though the rest of food is a bit americanized (understandably), so don't expect very traditional things such as mole, stews, etc. Also, I'd like to have more lemons with my tacos.

Tamales for breakfast, the best!

Absolutely delicious and well-priced. The staff are really nice and the food is prepared quickly. Right in the middle of the flowering fields, so you don't have to go all the way downtown. I will go here first every spring! The only downside is that they use styrofoam. Once more of you go there, I hope they can use their profits to purchase more sustainable packaging.
