Best taco place our family has ever been too! Everything was homemade, from the sauces to the tortillas it was delicious.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Oregon - no contest. We have been road tripping for a few months and were missing Mexican food. Reminds me of the LA taco trucks we used to eat often when we lived there. The authenticity and flavor were so delicious. The man running the truck was extremely kind and there was plenty of room to sit and eat our food.

Bomb tacos!! I’ve eaten a lot of tacos in my life and these are the most delicious tacos I’ve had in Oregon so far. Asada, Al pastor and lengua were all cooked to perfection, flavorful and their salsas are so freaking good. We came back a few hours later for another round of tacos 😂 The service was also 10/10. The second time we were there they had run out of the onions and roasted jalapeño and a few minutes later they showed up with a bowl they freshly made for us. The lady in the kitchen was so sweet! My boyfriend is absolutely enamored with this taco truck and said if we’re getting married in OR, they’re catering our wedding 😂

The absolute end all, be all of Tortas in the Salem Oregon area. Amazing customer service and an amazing flavor. If you haven’t, it is a must try. Oh and they have a bbq chicken plate that will blow your mind as well!!!

If more than 5 stars was possible I would do that. That's the best taco I've ever had. Fresh and delicious and served with a smile. I almost didn't stop because it's hard to tell they are open, but look for the smoke by the bbqs. I'm beyond words! Delicious!

Found this on Google maps and thought I'd give it a try. Probably the best Taco Truck I've ever experienced. I will stop every time I pass through town. Both the pork and chicken burrito were awesome.

The location is a little intimidating and it's unclear if they're open. Walk up to the window and your greeted by friendly faces. It's hard to get grilled chicken right and keep the chicken warm and crispy for service. The chicken had the perfect amount of smoke/char, tacos on point, and the red (hot) salsa was FIRE!

Delicious chicken, tacos, everything! They're tortillas are hand made and salsa is SPICY but amazing. If you're going for the chicken, I recommend you call beforehand because they sell out fast specially on weekends.

Delicious smoked chicken! The salsa is my favorite, perfect amount of spicy and very fresh! Tortillas are handmade. Highly recommend the whole chicken meal. My friend loves the burritos, he recommended the chicken for that as well. I live in Portland but love to stop at this food cart when I am in the Woodburn/Salem area. Service is fantastic never had a bad experience! Bring cash.

Me gusta mucho la comida de ahí y el trato que le dan a los comensales, los pollos asados son la especialidad pero los tacos de cabeza y lengua también tienen buen sabor además de las salsas caseras que dan buen sabor. Los precios son económicos. Ideal para pasar en ocasiones no formales ya que es una pequeña lonchera con mesas improvisadas.

La comida es súper sabrosa, el pollo que vende don Salvador es el mejor pollo, tiene un sabor muy bueno. Es un buen lugar para ir . La atención es de 10. La comida es deliciosa. Las tortillas son hechas al momento Y eso se toma en cuenta como un extra. Reconozco que el lugar no es de lo más bonito pero eso pronto se te olvida al instante que don Salvador te atiende. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
