The woman that served me today 8/24/24 was hella rude in the drive-thru

I want to love this place, I really do. The options are awesome, they have amazing coffee. They include some chocolate covered espresso beans with your drink which is amazing and fun- and the drinks are very customizable. I love supporting local coffee shops, but it can take up to 20-25 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get a drink, and I paid 11$ for a medium sized iced latte. I understand it's going to take longer and possibly cost more for a local coffee shop compared to a big chain, but unfortunately The wait time and the cost are why I will only come here once or twice a month versus weekly or daily.

We came all the way from Idaho just to have a Mount Baker Style coffee! My favorite is a Willy White with smooth shots and espresso whipped cream!

I've never been talked to like a child from a person who makes coffee for a living. This lady is lucky I'm from out of town because the customer service is very dis tasteful and not tolerated where I am from. My family who lives here will NEVER go back! Then to top it off she messed up both my drinks. I will not go back to have her remake it because she will probably spit in it. I suggest to go to the diffrent one in the same parking lot! Shame on you Cafe De Lisio for letting your employees be so rude!

7/5/2024: walk in is still my choice to get my awesome SpongeBob. -------------------- Have to admit, my first visit wasn't good. Then my coworker bought me this amazing SpongeBob and I've been hooked. Walking into the Cafe is much better than the drive thru.

The place the locals go too. Holy smokes the options they have are insane. Every single one of them sounds amazing and judging by the ones we got they all are. If you’re on the island make sure to check this place out. Highly recommend

Best coffee bar by far!! Not only are the drinks amazing, but the owner and staff are the absolute most down to earth people you will encounter at a small business. No one is a stranger, and you are always welcomed in with a smile. It's definitely my favorite! I highly recommend it.

Best coffee around! In over 10 years I don’t think I’ve had the same coffee drink twice! That is to say I’ve always been surprised.

This is my new favorite coffee shop in Oak Harbor. The service is friendly and outstanding, and the coffee is divine. I love that the final product is stirred really well -- no fancy latte art -- just great coffee. Get it 'bold' or 'smooth' depending on your taste preferences. All future visits to The Rock ™️ will integrate Cafe de Lisio into my morning routine.

Cafe De Lisio has been a favorite of mine for a long time now, and today they really did amazing with their service! I have a specific drink I get every time I am in there and today I asked my brother while I was working to grab drinks. I was unable to answer the phone to tell him what I wanted and he is not familiar with what I normally get. The ladies inside knew one of the other girls (who had the day off) knew it, and called her on my order so that they could still send him with my favorite drink instead of him having to guess! I adore this place and will forever recommend them!

This place has had the best damn coffee in the entire world period. Baristas are polite it can take a little while due to the constant line on both sides but definitely worth the wait.

Yummy mochas blended or hot. They let you choose smooth or bold beans, smooth makes.jt more like a hot cocoa, bold you can taste the coffee. Both were delicious. First time we went there was a looong wait. Second time we drove right up and ordered. Both times were good coffee and if we're in Oak Harbor again we'll stop by for a cup.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The selection is wild and the coffee is amazing! I wish we had one where I lived!

They make the absolute best drinks on the island. I really appreciate being able to choose smooth or bold shots for my coffee and how sweet and knowledgeable everyone is that works there. And Marissa is such a doll! We don't make it out that way as much as I would like but it's a must stop when we do. Usually I go through the drive thru but with the kids I've been walking in instead for the full experience and now it's their favorite mini date time with me.

I got my coffee next door to this place for years, but THIS place has some of the smoothest coffee I've ever tasted! They brew with Fidalgo coffee beans, and I think that's the ticket! Great staff and the drinks aren't overpriced like many stands these days unfortunately.

Fantastic experience! We arrived on a Friday around 9am during our spring break vacation. The employees were a delight to interact with. They had fantastic drink suggestions. And they were so sweet to our kiddos, offering lollipops to them. The smooth espresso was fantastic! We will surely return. Customer service exceeded expectations and delicious drinks did not disappoint! Highly recommend!!

My go to for coffee everytime I travel to Whidbey Island for work. Marissa and the rest of the staff always brighten my morning and I've noticed they have great rapport with the community. Will continue my patronage whenever I visit.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area - all my other contenders closed down during Covid. Any drink I've gotten here has been just about perfectly made. They've even let me take my drinks without paying (forgot my credit card), and come back later to pay!

Love cafe de lisio. All the ladies are so friendly and they make delicious coffee and specialty redbull drinks. I go there almost every day, and always leave with a smile. I would love to see this place expand to a coffee shop with seating.

This is by far the best coffee shop in town, the only reason why I gave it 3 stars is their walk in coffee shop, I don’t know how the girl there works super slow. It’s ridiculous. I’ve tried few times to walk in but you’ll spend at least minimum of 15 mins waiting and that’s only on 2 customers at a time in the shop, so it’s not like she’s swamped busy.
