cuban coffee is my fav coffee in the area. I have tried so many others in florida and this one is the best by far. I am a regular here and I adore the staff!

This is a hidden gem! We have been coming to Cocoa Beach for 14 years and just found this place. We will be back every year! Cuban sandwich is incredible and service is top notch. We talked to a few locals that came in and some of them eat their multiple times a week. Excellent variety on the menu too!

Came in for a quick bite and coffee before heading to work. Was met with a surprising wall between me and the barista/cashier, making it feel more like I was at a currency exchange or movie theatre. The fare was decent choosing, so I went with a croissant breakfast sandwich. The barista was not pleasant at all to converse with, was very short in responses, and with a reasonable request of if the place had wifi, was met with a terse 'no.' What was worse was the friendliness he met with the following customers that strolled through the place, clearly having a strong preference for regulars. This is no way to grow your business! The last thing to mention my iced coffee coming in a Styrofoam cup, who does that? Needless to say I won't be going back, and I suggest you don't either.

The feeling when you first walk in felt a little uneasy and the coffee wasn’t the best for my morning, sorry to say but I wouldn’t come back.

The croque Madam I ordered tasted good, but the overall atmosphere is not inviting and I struggled to eat my breakfast with the flimsy plastic fork and knife I was given. I would not return.

Staying in the Cape for a summer vacation and was very pleased to come across Cafe Monte Carlo on a morning walk. The cool air, retro theme decor, classic music, and outdoor patio gives the cafe a fun character. YUM 😋 the food is absolutely delicious!! 💯 and the Cafe con Leche is so good 🙌 ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ Organic Guatemalan 🇬🇹 Also, it makes a big difference when staff is polite.. and they have a genuinely kind staff. 10/10 recommend 👌

Food was mediocre, place was weird and I hated the paper plates. Ordering thru a glass and waiter wearing a mask. Never again

If I could give this place more stars I would everything was amazing ! If you go try the Cuban sandwhich it was hands down the best Cuban sandwhich I’ve ever had !

Unbearably SLOW. Came here for 4 coffees and took a 35min to get them. Not sure how it takes that long to make simple cappuccinos. Could have driven up the street 10 min to Starbucks, waited in line there and gotten my drinks quicker

I’m a first time customer and I will be back. My cafe con leche and croissant were good. I do hope this cafe can transition from foam and plastic to something biodegradable or reusable. I would pay more for Cafe Monte Carlo to do this.

I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before coming here. Creepy as hell and a very weird vibe. I felt weirded out by the walls they had up between you and the cashier and then he would come out with a mask on. Everything was served in Styrofoam!!!😒 Not an Earth friendly restaurant. The religious and other weird decor everywhere made everything else I was feeling about this place, feel even more uncomfortable. Plus the coffee was terrible, no espresso machine! We took our food to go as soon as we could!

Stopped for breakfast after returning from a cruise. This place is cozy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had biscuits & gravy and an iced mocha. Particularly delicious after a week of mediocre cruise food. Love the atmosphere too.

Quirky little hole in the wall place. Good coffee. Fair prices for the area. Not a massive menu but lots of options for each selection (eggs style, variety of cheese and bread options). You come in and are immediately greeted to a mannequin "waiter" - past him, you order at the front and can sit along one side. Staff is behind the counter which is still walled off with plexiglass (probably a COVID-19 renovation.) Staff is friendly, though it must be odd working in what looks like a fishtank. Decor is walls painted to resemble space video game screens which was funny when one family with kids arrived and the kids started "playing" the games.

Neat little hole in the wall local place for a simple and tasty breakfast with decent espresso. If you're in a rush and just want a cheap quick breakfast with good espresso to jolt you into the game, this place is it. Ordering is really weird. You order through a glass window like a ticket booth at the movie theater.

This is our second visit in three days and both times were delightful. Service was prompt and the food excellent. Don't let the strip mall frontage stop you from exploring the interior, especially the urban-esque backyard patio with ample shade and morning sun. New Englanders note, they have excellent Ice Coffee.

This place is still beyond crazy masked up. There are hard plastic barriers up everywhere. The person taking orders talks thru a screened opening and literally stepped back when I got closer to tell him I cant hear him. Rude as hell too. Simply walked away, masked up and started talking with another worker. BEYOND crazy!!!! Walked out.

Loved their coffee. Staff is very friendly - went three times. Best coffee out of the four places that we went for breakfast during this trip (Dec 2023).

I don’t know if they’ve been robbed before, but the kitchen, order area was plexiglassed in, you had to talk through screens. The food was good. Staff curt. Not a large place. Sign about how to help homeless people posted inside.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but this is a great, simple breakfast spot! Enjoyed my latte and breakfast sandwich, and there is nice covered back patio (and some indoor seating) if you’re dining in.

They will only serve an Americano only in a foam cup, even when I bring my own steel mug. Bummer...

Great hidden gem in Cape Canaveral! Our family stopped in for breakfast and are glad we did. The coffee is amazing, I had the Cuban Espresso. The sandwiches were great and you can order lunch options early as well, which was great for my wife who hates breakfast. If you're in the area make sure and stop by! Also the outdoor area is nice and clean.

Loved the croquetas and the Cuban coffee. Hubby had the cappuccino so good. Service was great and so cutely decorated for the holidays. Would definitely come back.

Very clean and well kept, and the food was delicious. We had a croque, an Italian pressed sandwich, and two lattes, and they were all great.

Just the cutest little place. drinks were good and food was perfect.

Food was above average but service was below average. We were the only customers and it still took upwards of 20 minutes. Not a good place for a speedy takeout on your lunch break.

Their “cafe con leche” is the best

Cute cafe to grab a quick bite. You can dine-in or get takeout. Space theme decor that reflects local community it’s in (Space Coast). Cashier thar helped me had cool earrings. Someone said in a previous review they didn’t like the clear boards that separate the cashier & customer, but I didn’t mind. I appreciated that he walked over to me & dropped off my order. They do bring food on a plate to tables if you dine in. I got a medium-sized cafe con Leche & smoked salmon bagel. Cafe con leche was okay— wakes you up & nicely sweetened. I don’t think it was the best cafe con leche I’ve ever had but it was good; I would order it again! Smoke salmon with everything bagel. I’ve never had a smoked salmon sandwich. Usually I get nova lox, but why not try something different? It was tasty. I kinda liked how the tomatoes were cut up instead of sliced & the salmon was broken up. It doesn’t overwhelm your tastebuds when you bite into it. Cream cheese was a good amount.

Awesome little breakfast cafe! The guys working there were super nice and the food was just what the hangovers ordered! From the cool space murals and the decorated back patio; home to two fat lizards that like to bully you into giving them pie, you can tell they put a lot of love into the place. It was a treat to visit!

Nice cuban cafe with good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The staff stay behind plexiglass as a holdover to COVID times but they were friendly and I really enjoyed my visit.

Good food, server/order taker is behind a glass wall which is not very inviting. Personally find it off putting. Food is delicious. Atmosphere was impersonal.

This is my go-to place for my quad-espresso w/ whipped cream.. heavenly. Food is prepared to order... always fresh. VERY CLEAN cafe. Friendly crew. Great place to meet folks who often become friends. Great patio space outback, too.

Don't let the outside fool you. My husband is a very picky eater and very much enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. I loved the choice of breads. Coffee was very good. No cheap brand here. We sat on the patio which was lovely and relaxing. I'm a fanatic about cleanliness. This is one of the cleanest places I've been in and that includes the restroom. Staff was friendly. Food came out quickly. Unlike the first place we tried that had a long wait, we were able to sit right down here. I'm guessing the food at Monte Carlo was better since it wasn't the same old thing. We'll be back next time we are in town.

Relaxed little cafe without much fuss. Latte and french toast I had were both great, and reasonably priced.

A good breakfast location north of Ron Jons I was driving by headed to the port when I saw this place on the east side of A1A. It is in one of the many strip centers as you travel north on this road. This restaurant has only a few parking spots directly in front of it but it shares the lot with other businesses and there are more spaces in front of the other stores. As you enter, the counter is directly in front of you. They have totally enclosed the counter so you order through a window. The menu was a simple trifold paper affair. They have lots of coffee and tea choices and several breakfast options. The prices are very reasonable with everything from a $3 bagel to $10 for a smoked salmon sandwich. I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The food came out quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Inside seating is about 6 4-person tables along the left wall. I believe that there might be more tables out the back door but I did not check on that. The decor is space-themed (appropriate for their location near the south end of Cape Canaveral). The store was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and nice. It was a very nice place. I plan to visit again and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Amazing little hole in the wall cafe. Came here with my family and it was very causal, walk up to order and it gets brought to your table. We got sandwiches from the lunch menu and they were amazing, the person taking our order was so nice and even explained to us the home made dressing he was going to make for us. I highly recommend for a quick bite at a local cafe :)

Really good sandwiches and great breakfast. Run by two people so it is slow in getting the food and drinks to you. They use styrofoam everything which sucks. All and all a good place

We loved this place! My boyfriend and I got “stuck” in Florida for a few days after our cruise and found this cute little cafe on the way to our hotel. He ordered the breakfast sandwich and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. We went back everyday since! It was amazing, I love that they serve their breakfast and lunch sandwiches all day because I personally am not a huge breakfast sandwich person so the all day lunch option was great. The hot caramel macchiato was incredible as well. They have the cutest little outdoor seating area decorated for Christmas! Easy to park too!

A cute little cafe with space themed decor. They offer limited indoor and outdoor seating. Great customer service, the guy who waited on us was very friendly and made sure everything was right. The iced mocha and sandwiches were excellent! My husband had the Italian and I had the grilled cheese with bacon. They do use disposable foam plates.

Coffee was good and strong. Regular bagel and croissant were nothing special. Not bad but not impressive. Store bought rather than bakery quality. Biscuits and gravy… the gravy was great. Full of sausage but the biscuits were terrible.

Hands down the best chai latte I've ever had was here, overall a nice cafe that I would go to regularly if I lived in the area.

A true diamond in the rough! Don't judge it by the outside. Inside is very clean and well kept. We had the pressed Italian and it was FANTASTIC! Our friends that we were with had the Cuban and they said it was amazing as well. Great little spot and great prices too. Not to mention the staff was very friendly too. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

This was my first visit to Cafe Monte Carlo. A friend recommended this coffee shop. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and salmon. It was extremely fresh and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I will certainly eat there again.
