Absolutely AMAZING service. I have Celiacs and was just in the car for 17 hours to come to FL for a cruise. Not only were they able to feed me. But they were kind, got me basically exactly what we wanted, and offered to fix a miscommunication, that only ended in yummy food and full belly's. 10/10

My family of 5 ordered multiple different dishes as well as a pizza. We all shared the entrees and had more than enough food. Good portions, great flavor and fast service considering how busy they were. Pretty pricey but overall good.

Saturday night evening dinner to celebrate with our son, the meal was prepared to perfection, the wait staff was prompt and attentive. I enjoyed the Caesar salads freshness, my wife the desserts

Over all the places I'm standing. The meatballs are to die for. And their pizzas are out of this world. The only knock I would give would be the atmosphere because it is quite loud because they have music turned up a little bit too much. But overall it's still a fun place. I would highly recommend.

I and my friend went here tonight and I had to say it was awesome. I was able to unwind and relax for a while. I ordered a long Island Iced Tea and the bartender named Matdidnt a magnificent job on my drink. We then ordered our food which she had a pizza and I had the seafood with pasta... Wow wow. Is all I can say the flavors were awesome. Our waiter also did a awesome job.... Visit soon you will not be disappointed!!!

The first time we visited for lunch, we dine-in. The pizza was absolutely amazing. We were going to give a 5 star…. The next day, we wanted more before leaving the state because we are not from here. The food was not good at all. We order the dinner to-go. $65 for 4 pizzas was not worth it at all. We were highly disappointed and wished we could get our money back.

Food is excellent, fresh made pasta, everything is well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Service is top notch, everyone was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some Italian.

Not so great but has potential for the pizza . I came in and ordered pastina as a side along with my entree . My partner had the pizza and I tried it and it was good , my dish the Sicilian chicken with veggie risotto was ok but my side of pastina was terrible no flavor and the pastina wasn’t cooked well so the pasta was crunchy . I explained this to my server and she ignored me and brought me the check . L’east you can do it support your customers when something isn’t cooked well and offer a refund or act more sympathetic. This is why I give it 3 stars

I ordered a carryout pizza on a weekend night in July, 2024, not traditionally the peak season in Cape Canaveral Florida, and was willing to wait the 40-minute until the order would be ready. When I arrived, there was another 20-minute wait, and when I got home with the pizza, I saw that the crust was burned. The restaurant was at maximum capacity, and I overheard the hostess telling customers that would be a 30 to 40 minute wait to be seated.. The person that I dealt with at the carryout counter apologized numerous times, saying that they were really busy. I guess that's a good problem to have in some cases, but maybe they need a larger place or even another location?

First time visiting and everything was amazing. You can tell that it's a family run business by the customer service and homemade mozzarella. Nick was great, he gave us tons of recommendations and we'll definitely be back!! The Alfredo sauce with the breadsticks 🤌 The pizza was one of the best I've had in a while, totally recommend! I got the supreme and added ricotta. Perfect!

The best pizza around! I drive 20 minutes each way to pick up Zarella's. Everyone is so nice and the pizza is fantastic. It really tastes like they're using quality ingredients. The side salads are a really nice size and well put together.

Very touristy place. Waitress was okay, food did take some time but understandable. I had a take out box that I needed to dispose and asked the front desk where I could find the trash can, she was rude and told me I they didn't have any trash can big enough for the pizza box. She didn't even attempt to take the box for me or anything. I had to leave with the box and throw it away in my house.

It took almost 3 hours for our food to come out .. over the 3 hrs each one of the 6 of us got our food out at different times. They waited 2 hours to even tell us they were out of the dishes we ordered . 2 of the dishes were left u touched bc they tasted terrible. They stopped filling our drinks we had to ask random people to refill them. It took us asking 3 people and then threatening to walk out to get a manager to our table. The manager claimed we're were told when we sat down that it was a scratch kitchen and that the food comes out staggered 🙄who goes to dinner to eat their meals at different times? One of the children's dishes never made it out .but was still on the bill At first .How is it okay to have people sit for 3 hours and the food isn't even edible. And to top it all off the place is 2 rooms with one tiny portable air conditioner. It was too hot to be trapped there for that long. The manager was rude and upset the customer wasn't being polite when us as customers were hungry .. exhausted and being disrespected. I have never experienced such an unpleasant dining experience such as this.

Stopped in with family on Saturday night and we were all blown away! Place was busy (and hot -AC was not functioning) but I’d go back at any temp lol. We started with the best calamari we’ve had in years. Super fresh and melted in our mouth. Entrees were fantastic, from my fav chicken parm to spicy chicken, vodka pasta, carbonara and the salmon special. All 5 dinners were perfect! Top that off with our great server/bartender Matt who was friendly, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Will surely return soon!

i ate the chicken parm here and i genuinely threw up 8 times in a row. the ladies who work there are so nice though. the appetizers were good, main dish disgusting.

We had a good experience in June 2024. We stayed at Springhill and this was with in a very short walk! I thought they were busy as it was the night before cruise left. We got a table right away and our server explained the dishes that were on special. Good food and atmosphere!

We love Zarrella's! It has never been bad and they have a great Old Fashion.

Pizza is fabulous! Sauce & cheese perfect. AC was not working but the fans helped a lot.

After a round of mini golf, we tried this restaurant for lunch because there's a souvenir store next to it, and we were very pleased with our experience! Our waitress was very nice and explained everything is made fresh and not kept warm under heat lamps, so when it's ready, out it comes! 😀 This is a welcome approach to cooking the food as the crispness of the pizza crust and the temperature of the food wasn't affected by a delay in serving it to us. The pasta was al dente, the sauces robust, cheesesteak tender, and Buffalo chicken pizza had a bit of a kick! There's a full bar, plenty of room and parking, and the bathroom was clean. Definitely recommended!

The pizza and cheese curds I had were good. The restaurant itself was extremely warm though. Could not finish my food as I was sweating. Ended up getting a to go box and leaving.

Let me start by saying the food was good and the service was good. The restaurant was so hot, it was hard to enjoy the meal. It actually felt cooler outside than in the restaurant. The server apologized for the heat and when I asked if the AC was working she mentioned that it was broken and had been broken for awhile. The AC should have been repaired as soon as it went out. Needless to say the experience was not as good as it should have been.

Service was poor, and the food was just ok.

What a TERRIBLE experience tonight! $81.00 for 2 people and they still can’t afford Air Conditioning in the building? Even the hostess had sweat stains on the back of her dress it was so hot and miserable. We waited 2 hours for our food so by the time we got it, we just boxed it up and left. Our server tried to apologize saying they had a party in the back so the kitchen was backed up. The restaurant shouldn’t be taking in more customers if the kitchen can’t keep up with the ones they have. Not to mention the disgust I had with the “All Gender” Bathrooms. 🙄 Once I saw that, I triple regretted giving them my business.

In town for a cruise and walked here from the hotel. Matt from the bar was very hospitable, beer was ice cold, pizza was delicious

Individual pizzas are nice but they only do full size pizzas for take out...odd but I'm not hating. We had 3 different pizzas and they were all delicious. If you want a dinner salad, be prepared for a to go box, they are huge!!

This pizza place was amazing. The pizza was delicious and so full of flavor. The calamari appetizer was delicious. Excellent place to have lunch or dinner. The staff was very friendly.

We hosted a small gathering at Zarella's (party of 50) and Brandon was superb helping us with the menu, amount of food and hosting. We were able to relax and enjoy our company while all was taken care of for us and of course the food was excellent as always!

I came here in rush i got only 1,5 hour to eat and go to work . However the service was Incredibly fast and the food was amazing . The portion was massive so it is better to come with group

Hailey? Was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Brought out refills without having to ask, was prompt, efficient, and took good care of my daughter and I. The food was fantastic! We had pizza and the chicken parm. The sauce had great flavor and we were very satisfied. The only downfall was that it was incredibly hot inside and it being an open kitchen the staff wasn’t very cognizant of what was going on outside of it. But overall I would deff go back.

We had the meatball appetizer, chicken Parmigiano, risotto, cabenara, cannoli, lemon cake. We were seated right away, the server was the gentleman who sat us and he had great recommendations. The beer was cold. Everything was amazing. New local favorite for me and my husband.

So good and beyond delicious! I wish they were in North Carolina. Everything was so tasty, smelled great and the pizza was divine.

I really love this Italian restaurant in Cocoa Beach. The staff is great. Super friendly and efficient. Food is made to order and comes out as soon as it is ready. The portions are large, the entrees are absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is good. Their side salads were huge. Enough to share. Tje calamari was also quite tasty. The Veal Parmigiana was tender and fantastic. Very crowded usually, but that is a testament to how good this place is. My only complaint is the large back room we were seated at, the temperature of the room was a bit warm for indoor seating. The staff mentioned that would check on the thermostat and turn the A/C down, but we were pretty warm the entire time. But again, the food and staff were great and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Outstanding private event Brandon with Zarella's organized and tended to. We held a luncheon for 60 people in Zarella's private backroom. The delicious food was served fresh salads first followed by hot Chicken Piccatta, Risotto, and Pizzas with Cannoli's for dessert. The servers brought drinks and cleared the plates. I would highly recommend you contact Brandon at Zarella's for your next event.

After visiting Sands Space Museum, we went to Zarrella's Italian for a quick lunch bite. The restaurant was clean and it was not busy. This was around noon on a Tuesday so.. that's to be expected. I had the eggplant stacker and a diet Coke. $18 It was really good! I wasn't expecting it to be (I've had eggplant dishes before and they're either hit or miss) this was a hit! 🎯 I attached a photo of my eggplant stacker. We're not from the area so I'm not sure when/if we'll be back but for those passing through, definitely give it a try!

Tonight was my first time going to Zarrella's and I already know that it is going to be one of my go to places. The food is great and all made on-site. The staff are excellent.

Update 6/2024. Food is still amazing! Don't miss this spot! Just left this place 10 mins ago (thats how happy I am). Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. But the food! The FOOD! We started with the meatball ricotta and calamari. Perfect! My wife ordered the NY strip steak (we shared). NAILED IT! And I ordered the pizza.. ON.... POINT! We are here from CO. We will be back before we leave. Seriously. We left no food for take-away.

The food was alright. Would eat there again IF.... 1) they would turn down the music. It was music I listen too, but I had to yell in order to hold a conversation with people at my table. My ears were ringing once we left. It was loud. 2) it was slow. The kids meals came out quickly. But the adult meals didn't come for another 45-60 minutes. We were hungry and the kids were ready to leave.

What a change in today's restaurant world... so glad we stopped... the food and crew were outstanding

Veal Sinatra was very tasty. We had a couple apps too. The fried Mozzarella was so good. Incredible sauces.

Waited and waited and waited after being told it would be 10 mins. That’s understandable. What’s not is they totally forget your wife’s order and tried to give her a plate she never ordered. Super busy and that great. That said you really should take care of your customers. Pretty embarrassing and not cool everyone finished their dinner and my wife was never served

So super mixed review on this one. The food was good. However, the hostess was, IMO, in over her head. We were quoted a 20 minute wait for a table of 4 (even though there were many open tables). After 30 minutes and witnessing 4-5 groups come in after us and get seated almost immediately we finally asked for an update and thanks to a couple of observant wait staff we were pretty much put back in the list (note I was sitting right there by the reception desk where I was directed to sit the entire time). Approx 20 minutes later we were seated in the back room where it was about the same temperature as outside (hot and humid). Zane was our waiter and he was good but everything took a long time. We had a couple of apps and pizza. The pizza was decent but definitely for the thin crust fans. All in all, we were there about 2 hours and 10 minutes for a straightforward dinner for four that, with an expected 20 minute wait for a table, would have been a one hour meal.

Food was average; the place was incredibly loud to where you couldn't have a conversation with the person next to you.

Both my children had multiple pieces of hair in their food. They took the plates back to remake them & one of my children’s plates came back with 3 hairs in her plate. My husband’s chicken parm was visibly burned (charred black)- and dry. They took his plate back, but by then we were done with the meal. Only 2 plates were comp’d. I think the 2 plates with hair & the burned chicken should have been comp’d. But we paid for 2 plates & the appetizer. Completely overpriced & not authentic at all. Nothing to write home about. Chicken piccata I could’ve made much better at home. Be very careful if you go here. No one in the kitchen is wearing hair nets. We are very disgusted!

Stopped by here right before they closed on a Saturday night. They were completely accommodating to our hunger after a day of flight delays. Great pizza, great drinks and great service. Would 100% return again on a future cruise.

Went for dinner and this place is amazing, the hostess greeted us immediately and in a minute or two, we were sitting at a table for 5. The food is wonderfully made and the drinks are great. I wish I had pictures but I already had 2 espresso martinis before I could think of doing it and totally forgot. The reviews before me are exactly what I would have written too, you’ve gotta try this place. If I cruise again, this is going to be my spot for food. Friendly place with friendly people, a family restaurant that serves up good drinks, food and good pizza.

The food and experience was absolutely amazing! Brandon waited on us and was the best waiter I have ever seen at any restaurant. After our meal I asked him if I could speak with the manager and he said I was lol. If I’m in 100 mile radius of this restaurant I am stopping in every single time.

Visiting FL from UT... This is by far the best food we've had while here! It was an unplanned stop for late lunch that turned out to be the best one we made! The food was fresh & delicious! The staff was friendly! If you're a local you definitely need to make this a regular spot!! Update 5.17.24: Loved it so much the 1st time, it was actually on our planned list of places to eat on our return to FL trip this past week! & we went twice! Nice Cozy restaurant. Meals were tasty and prices were reasonable. Service fell short. Our server was in such a rush, she asks how is everything. By the time we utter the first word, we are already talking to her back. We were a bit disappointed at the desert options. No Tiramisu in an Italian restaurant?

Zarrellas is the place to be for a fantastic meal! Seriously, their breadsticks are like little bites of heaven, and the Caesar salad is so fresh and zesty. And don't even get me started on the penne vodka, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth! If you're craving some amazing Italian food, Zarrellas is the spot to hit up. You won't be disappointed!

I had the shrimp carbonarra, my father had the meatball Caesar salad. Rich and wonderful flavors for the carbonarra and the meatball was well seasoned and plentiful. Matt the bartender was friendly and always kept our glasses full. We were able to watch the ball game from the bar. It wasn't too noisy and the decor was wonderful with photos of past astronauts adorned the walls and some mob quotes as well. Would love to try more of the menu

Our server was courteous and attentive, but the chicken parmesan sub was way overcooked. It had the appearance of being reheated rather than cooked fresh.

Always good to stop at Zarrella's. I drive an hr bout on e to twicea month and some months more just because it's worth it. Love the food. Ans the way the cooks apin the dough is very entertaining. The Chef is incredible!! Great job y'all.

Walked in several tables empty in front area..they were booked? No reservations usually allowed unless its a big party-these tables were scattered she would not bend by the way I got up to look and they were not taken..she put us in the backroom with karaoke..it was awful if you wanted to talk to each other..too loud but the singers were great I will not go on a Thursday night again And the hostess is not the mostest

Disappointed. We've eaten here a few times as well as recommended to others. We got a sour note in December when they told us it would be over an hour wait, when they had several empty tables and no one waiting to be seated. We were a party of 6 and they refused to put two tables together to accommodate us. I thought this was strange so we left to find something else. We tried again for lunch recently, since this was one of our favorites in the area. I ordered the meatball appetizer and garlic knots, and my husband and grandaughter both ordered pizza. Both pizzas came out with burnt crusts, my granddaughter's was so bad she only ate the sauce and cheese on top. My husband ate his although it still had a burnt taste. I brought the issue of my granddaughter's to the waitresses attention and she said she'd give a 10% discount. I said that wasn't acceptable and asked if I could speak to a manager. She then stated I was rude to her. The manager came out and offered 50% discount. We were finished eating and the waitress said the garlic knots would be out shortly and I told her to just cancel because we were done. She brought us the bill and said they did the 50% discount on the one pizza and didn't charge us for the garlic knots (well, we never got the garlic knots, so glad they didn't charge us). We left half of the burnt pizza. I'm hoping they were just having a bad day in the kitchen.

We ordered two Alfredo pastas. The pasta and sauce were amazing, but chef refused to saute any vegetables with the pasta, so veg options would be limited. It's a good place if you wanna try a nice fresh pasta.

Did not appreciate wasting 30 min of my time waiting for a pizza an extra 30 min than what they told me. It’s not that great. Management could care less. On a good note..The guy at the front was very nice.

I don’t get the good reviews. We were sitting in a massive hall which gives you a cheap industrial vibe with excessively loud music. In addition they started a with a short light show out of the blue. During the whole time there was no possibly for a normal conversation and the food was below mediocre. The “wood fire pizza” is worse than a frozen home made oven pizzas. The dough was almost like eating a thing an old slice of bread. Additionally, the pizza was small and over priced. About the other dishes I can’t judge. At least the waiters were polite and considerate! Overall, who ever thinks it’s worth their time and money should do so but I cannot recommend this place…Neither to treat yourself nor to have a nice dinner with friends.

Service was neglectful. Waited 45 mins for pizza. Had to ask for silverware and salt and pepper after our apps and entree was served. Minimal word exchange. First and last time there. Expensive

We have been missing good word fired pizza since moving from Massachusetts 2+ years ago. It took driving to Florida and coming here to take care of that longing. We got the Meat lovers with hot Cherry Peppers added, and it was fantastic! Our server was amazing also. Definitely coming back wherever I am near here!

So the server brought our drinks; got our apps through the expo; no salad that we ordered then entrees arrived; meanwhile drinks are empty, I mean something about the back room just be special and then oh you didn't get your salad was her response nd oh you need a refill dude really your table your responsibility

Excellent meal, large portions and a great simple dining experience. Personal pizza was great to share as were the bread sticks and meat ball.
