I own my own cleaning business so when I have clients this direction I always pass this place, So today I decided to see what it's all about and let me tell you the cupcakes 🧁 I purchased were delicious and the lady that waited on me was so nice and welcoming!

An absolutely adorable bakery!! Their Strawberry Cream cupcake was so amazing and their Cranberry Oatmeal cookies were so so good!!

It is my opinion that when someone is looking to celebrate a once in a lifetime event, they should support an establishment that will set with you and show you just exactly what you are going to get for your money. I did not get what I was expecting nor did it compare to what I have gotten elsewhere. I asked for a white cake with white icing." Like a wedding cake" I said. The cupcakes( 24 also on the order) tasted fine, but guests stated that the cake was heavy with almond flavor. The cupcakes were not. Cake Creations said it was the same batter for the cake as well as the cupcakes . Clearly, they tasted differently. I have seen, bought, and eaten white cakes with WHITE buttercream icing many times in my life and this is the very first time the white buttercream icing was yellow. When asked (per phone conversation) why didn't you say it wasn't what you wanted when you came to pick up? " I answered "my daughter(was with me) paid for it because she wanted to support a small business instead of a big box store or chain" "I was not about to break her heart" and mind you, this was one hour before close on Saturday. Our celebration was the next day. They are closed on Sunday. And it was paid for long before it was made. I am 100% certain that my daughter's money would not be returned. And there was no time to remake the cake even if they cared. I don't expect to have a 75th celebration, but if I do, my cake will come from a supermarket where they have a customer satisfaction policy. On the phone, I could hear the baker saying "you go ahead and give a review I don't care" it was made very clear to me that I (the customer) was wrong... end of discussion.

First time customer!!!Bought a birthday cake from here today and that has to be the most delicious cake I have had in a long time. I have to say that Mama Miss Nancy loved it as well. Thank you for the beautiful cake and helping make her 76th as wonderful as she is. We will for sure be ordering again.

I asked when I ordered if it had dairy. I was told icing made with margarine. Was told everyone loves the icing, by the clerk. When I picked up, asked again. Was told no eggs but used egg powder. I said eggs are not dairy. The cake was sloppy. The icing’s taste was terrible. It was a two-flavored cake which I wanted the two names be on the corresponding flavors. Not hard (I used to do cakes .) The staff was rude. They seemed a little put out to open the door since my hands were full. They did open my car hatch.

My go to bakery. The cakes are always beautiful and delicious. The workers are so kind and helpful.

We ordered a birthday cake for my daughters first birthday and I am so impressed! I told them what flavor we wanted and what the cake needed to have written on it. Then I gave them creative freedom with decorations. They did SO good. The cake was beautiful and tasted so good! I highly recommend this bakery.

First visit and was very impressed by the selection of baked goods. And they were delicious! Will definitely be back!

We had some brownies and cupcakes brought to us from here and they were soooooo good. Will definitely have to stop in to get more.

I stopped in to this bakery on the way home from breakfast one day to see if they had donuts, cupcakes or pies for later in the day. What pleasant surprise when I stepped inside. The show room was a little small but there was 3 or 4 cases of cupcakes and cookies looking at me. Jackpot. There were probably 10 to 12 different kinds of cookies. Maybe even more and probably 40 kinds of cupcakes. I chose 4 cupcakes. A cinnamon coffee cake, a German chocolate, a chocolate with whipped cream center and a chocolate with peanut butter center. The cakes were excellent in taste and freshness. They were not overly sweet and just the right amount of flavor. I also saw some cakes for purchase but didn't get one. I will be back to get more of these little jewels.

Delicious cupcakes & plenty of flavors to choose from. Very friendly & helpful staff. Just a few dollars will make your family very happy.

I called Friday around noon to see about picking up a birthday cake Saturday at 10am. They were super friendly as always and were able to get me exactly what I needed without much notice as I was behind getting everything together for our party. We had a Flash theme and I told them to just do what they could and if it wasn't much I'd add my own touches if needed. When I picked it up I was so surprised with how well they did a Flash theme and the cake itself was delicious! We got the whipped icing and all the touches were added in butter cream. I highly recommend them for all your cupcake or cake needs!

Best cupcakes in the midwest. I stop whenever I am in Ohio and take some home. I have taken a cooler on business trips just for these cupcakes.

Drove 36 mins from my house to here and lord it’s so so so good! Literally everything was delicious and not dry at all! Literally the best brownies, fudge and brownies ! Everything we got was $23 and delicious! I wish it was closer to us if anything ! Only down fall is no public bathroom

These guys are so close to Joy Anne's bakery thtst we used to have flavor wise. Their cupcakes are awesome. Need to open a store here in Richmond we would love you.

My nephew loves coming here but for the past several years, they run out of donuts before 10am and are just out for the rest of the day. That's annoying. But they do make amazing tasty items.
