I love thier Mini Tacos! Great food!

New to the area and stopped by because of the location and good reviews. I’ve had my fair share of street tacos in central TX and these were not good at all. Nothing tasted fresh. I got the Al pastor and beef street tacos. Beef wasn’t even hot and was very dry and flavorless. The Al pastor was the same. Meat wasn’t hot and had literally no flavor. The quesadilla was pretty good but then again it’s literally cheese and a tortilla. For a cheese quesadilla, an order of street tacos, and 2 Mexican coca colas it was $40! I don’t think I’ll be back due to the food quality and prices of food. There are tons of options for street tacos and the alike all around the area. Not sure how this place has such good reviews. I would recommend looking at other options if price and flavor are important to you.

Good overall experience. I was atvworknand wanted to call in my order for a quick pick up. The phone number didn't work and the worker admitted that they keep the phone off because they can't always get to it. Other than that, good food, good service. Just make sure you have a few extra minutes to place your order when you arrive. I'll be back.

Good Birria Tacos!!! 🌮 I saw this place passing by and just decided to stop & eat here. Great atmosphere to bring your kids so they can play while you eat!!!

I love this place! The Al pastor is very good. My go-to is the mini tacos, although I wish there was more food with it, not enough to fill you so definitely order something else on top of that. Also I wish they were open more often. The google hours aren’t always accurate.

The food here is fantastic! Ernesto prepared my meal today and was very kind, and makes some great food! Plan to try the whole menu here eventually!

First off absolutely amazing food truck park! Parking was super easy which was a major bonus, loved the atmosphere, they have a canopy over the tables with fans and tvs, definitely kid friendly with a playground and outside toys soccer ball and such, but most impressive was the staff at the truck, they were beyond helpful and friendly. Today was the first day that they sold Birria tacos, so they seemed a little concerned about it but they were some of the best Birria tacos that we've had, they were nice and crispy and full of flavor my 14 yr old son who doesn't like Birria tacos begged me to get more. We will definitely be back to see them 100% worth it!

We took a small detour off the highway to reach this place and I would definitely do it again! It is located near other food trucks. Food was authentic, friendly staff and great atmosphere! Fresh ingredients, flavorful salsa(not spicy, but full of flavor), large portions for the price in my opinion.

AMAZING tacos! Always craving them and coming back and they do great each time. Really friendly service and everything always taste fresh. Very happy about this taco truck, it is usually hard to find a good tacos truck but this is my top choice!

The only problem I had was deciding what to eat. A great big order of tacos right off the grill was my first choice and they were perfect. The grilled onions are an excellent touch and the salsas were great. We went back for more and glad we did. The family that runs the truck are nice and we noticed how focused they were making sure the food came out to their delicious standards. Presentation is very well done too. Muy sabroso y gracias!

I went to Calaveras tacos y Mas and I was well taken care of I was greeted promptly and ordered the mini tacos 🌮 with mix meats I really liked the pastor the flavor was on point and I'm quite particular about my pastor I also loved the green and red sauce I will definitely be ordering again and bringing my family great food amazing mini tacos 🌮

This is my new favorite taco place! The service is fast, the tacos and sauce are so delicious that I went back a second time in one day.

Decided to come out and try this trailer for the first time and I loved it! I got an order of the six mini bistec tacos that were topped with queso fresco, avocado and came with a side of grilled onions. The green and orange salsa were so yummy too!

Was there for the park’s grand opening and loved all of it! Loved the decor, i felt at home! The owner checked up on us, made sure everything was perfect. THE FOOD!!! next level delicious! Tasted just like my mother’s cooking (and not everyone can cook like that). Will definitely be making the 3 hr drive from DFW again!

Some of the best bistec and Al pastor mini tacos in Austin, Texas. Tacos came topped with cheese, cilantro, onions, and avocado. They also give you a side of caramelized onions. The tortillas tasted homemade and fresh. I will be back for sure! Instagram: food_and_travel0

We tried the tostadas and the mini tacos and really liked them! My husband is Mexican and we were both happily surprised by the flavors and service! There is parking, shade, looks like soon there will be a playground and a stage! This is a promising spot! Happy to have such place in south austin! This was much needed! Will come back for sure!

I’ve been here a couple times will be back today as well. The service is always top notch. And the bistec tacos are amazing! It is a little pricy but the quality and service you get makes it worth! Specially for the area we don’t get these types of tacos here in south Austin. You’ll find these more in east of north . Glad to have you guys here!

Nice new food truck park. I really hope they are able to keep these places running. I never really see anyone there, but the food was fantastic! I got the al pastor tacos, the flavors were perfect! They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. Hopefully the heat is the only thing keeping people from coming out here, because they are worth coming out to.

Great tacos, similar to my hometown of Brownsville. These style of tacos are hard to find in Austin so glad to have a spot now. Wish they would come to Del Valle!

I'm obsessed with this place! I love the aesthetic, and the staff is super friendly. Not to mention that it's in a very convenient location, the parking was stress free (which is SO HARD to find in Austin), and the outdoor dining area is amazing! I had the mini bistec tacos and a mexican coke but I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu. I'm so excited to try the flautas!

Love this new spot!!! So excited about this food truck park and Calveras tacos y mas did not disappoint! Food was delish and the set up at the park is wonderful with games to play while you wait for your food. It was about 104 degrees when i got mine and the lady at the truck was SO nice and brought my food for me in my car!! 10/10 will def be back and highly recommend!

I had just finished up at the gym and I was very hungry. I ended up at this amazing food truck and the was so man good choices I wanted it all!! I choose a Al pastor quesadilla and wow was I impressed. So cheesy, with perfect amount of crisp on the tortilla and the tenderness of the meat was on point! Definitely recommending this spot to all of my friends and family and you should to!!!!!

Really yummy! I heard their menu is full of family recipes so you know everything is good. Got their bistec mini tacos and loved them! Comes on very yummy mini corn tortillas. Cute brand new food truck spot too with plenty of parking. Can’t wait to go back!

As someone that grew up eating authentic Mexican tacos, these are some of the best tacos I’ve had. They’d easily compete with the tacos from back home. HIGHLY recommend anything off their menu, delicious!

So worth trying, the food and service was great! I got the mini tacos al pastor, crazy fries al pastor, and a Mexican Coke. The crazy fries went crazy and were big enough to share. The area is really cute too, with ample parking, shaded picnic tables, and music playing. Recommend!!
