What a surprise of a delicious drink! We were just passing through on the way home from vacation and I was tired needing something to wake me up and saw the sign for the exit. Thought it would be cool to try. Wow, glad I did! I got an iced chai latte with shots and yummmmm!! Very fresh and delicious chai as well as fresh espresso! Wasn’t super sweet or fake tasting. Very pleased!

Canal is my favorite coffee chain. Dark Chocolate mocha, iced, can't go wrong.

Food and drinks were excellent!! We got the caramel 30 below and added banana syrup to it - mannnnn so good!! Service was wonderful too! Definitely will come back!

Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A lot to choose from, very convenient drive-thru. The coffee was great, and there were plenty of flavors to choose from. Definitely stop by on your way, and you won't be disappointed.

Pulled up at 15 minutes prior to closing. A lady leaned out and said we can only do cold brews, we have cleaned all others up. I said okay can I get a ice coffee with 2 vanilla shots. She said yes that's fine. She served it and shut and locked the window. The coffee was awful , I do not think it had 2 vanilla shots. I will not ever stop by anytime close to closing and probably will not tip.

I love coffee, so I had decided to try Canal in hopes of finding a new favorite coffee shop. I was greeted by Amari, who was so incredibly warm and welcoming. Her positive attitude and her kindness was something that stuck with me. I love going to canal, especially if Amari is working, because I know she will provide a warm and welcoming environment and also make a really good coffee!!

I was recommended the Spicy Sausage Biscuit and a Pumpkin Caffogato by Amari. She was incredibly nice and efficient. I would come here again.

My first time at Canal was an amazing experience, especially because of Amari. She provided the best attitude and service. When I encountered something I didn't particularly like, she immediately solved the issue! 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted to give a special shout out to Amari! She always recommends and makes the best drinks! Additionally, she is always so positive and greets me with her contagious smile each visit! I truly love this coffee shop, but especially if Amari is working because I know I can depend on her for her recommendations for my needs!

Had a great experience the other day! I'm not a big coffee person and I was worried everything would be too sweet, but the employee who helped me, Madds, gave me some great suggestions and I got a lotus with coconut--it was delicious! I really appreciated their help, super cute place.

Canal coffee is great! Any time im able to go there I do! Not only is the coffee good every time but also the staff there is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful such as Amari! She remembers my order when I go and if I ever want something different, her or another team member is great at suggesting new ideas! 10/10 recommend Canal

The service from the batista Madds was awesome. It was quick and they were able to answer all mu questions easily. As well as made an excellent sweet and salty mocha. If you go make sure Madds is working, they'll get you in and out quick

I sometimes struggle when I venture outside my comfort bubble of just having Dunkin. Kira was so wonderful and patient with me in helping me figure out what to order. And it was fabulous an amazing recommendation. You guys have a wonderful worker in Kira!!

I love this place. I knew nothing about coffee before coming here one day before work. Amari was very helpful with helping me navigate the menu. She recommended the Graham Cracker Breve and it is now my go to drink.

Amari is always super friendly! She always recommends item even when I do not try them. However one day she recommended the waffle breakfast sandwich and it was very good. My youngest daughter always orders the strawberry acai referesher but will get it if Amari makes because he says she makes it the best!

All the staff are top notch. I would like to give an extra shoutout for Madds and Amari. I was so impressed with all the little things, like remembering what I order and how I like it made. Amari always remembers to throw a knife in the bag for my morning sandwich.

I stop in Canal Coffee quite a bit in the mornings. The service here is quite excellent. I am considered a regular. I give a huge shoot out to Madds, Amarl & Brittany for their awesome coofee making skills and extremely great people skills, or you may call it driver thru skills. You girls ROCK!!! I will say at the beginnig be these 3 girls started working here,I have had maybe 2 or 3 orders of coffee that were not quite right, BUT upon returning to have the order fix I had speedy service and back on my way.

This place is awesome. I go there several times a week. Today I went and they were super busy but AMARI, MADDS, and BRITTANY totally knocked it out the park. They are always talkative and in great moods. Awesome team!!

Visiting this area and am addicted to finding new coffee spots everywhere I go and lemme tell ya THIS IS THE SPOT! I got an iced caramel chai with oak milk and a shot of espresso and downed it within about 2 minutes. I didn’t try any of the food, but it all sounds amazing, and the workers and the building itself are so cute!

If I’m going west on 26, I will always stop at Canal Coffee Company. Their bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich is superb. The salted caramel is fantastic hot!

Great place for quick, delicious coffee

I got my order fast, staff was very nice, they did their thing with the Caffogato, don’t get me started on the Blondie, YUM!

The coffee is absolutely delightful. Don’t get me started about the food. It’s absolutely scrumptious. Spicy sausage biscuit is soooo good. Perfect amount of spicy to savory. The triple C cold brew balances all the spice and washes it all down. Service is immaculate. I got my food and coffee in no time I’m even in rush hour.

I’ve only had the Iced Sea Salt Caramel macchiato and it was delicious! I couldn’t help but drink the entire coffee within a few minutes… the manager, Emily, I think that’s her name - she was so nice and very helpful with finding me a drink that she thought I would enjoy. She did not disappoint! I try coffee places all the time and I was impressed with Canal Coffee. I will be back to try more!!

Always delicious, not too much wait

Used to go pretty often, prices have gotten insane recently. I used to get a frozen hot chocolate, the second largest size (I think 24oz) with two shots of espresso used to be about $8. Now it’s $9+ for a 16oz… and the quality has bounced all over the place. I’ll just make my own at home for the prices now.

Don't waste your time trying to order coffee as a walk up customer, their parking lot isn't trailer friendly so we decided to park in the food lion parking lot only to walk over & was told that she couldn't accept walk up as she just finished a drive thru order which didn't have another vehicle waiting until she told us she couldn't serve us. Get a better coffee on the road elsewhere, this place was a total waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would period Before the building became canal coffee. This building was the human bean. It was excellent service and excellent product every single visit. I was a regular at the human bean and planned on doing the same here but after my first two visits I have delt with a very rude male batista and was served beverages that were practically un-drinkable. Will absolutely not be returning business

Took a road trip to Myrtle Beach this week and stopped here with my husband to stay awake while driving. We ended up stopping on the way back home as well since it was so good! This place reminds us of our absolute favorite coffee place back home in Illinois. Quality places like this are hard to come by! Staff is extremely friendly and they all looked like they were genuinely enjoying their job. Mocha and macchiato were super tasty. Also tried 2 food items today and they were delicious! Will definitely be coming back next summer!

Recent transplant (2 days ago!) to Irmo, & ordered doordash delivery from Canal Coffee on our very first morning here. I was very impressed by the sheer number of options available from which to choose to start our day — rivaling Starbucks in number only, as Canal EASILY surpasses the 'bucks in all other areas – most especially quality, flavors + kindness. There was clearly much care taken in the making of our coffees, & the pastries were extraordinary. Our hot sandwiches had unique twists, which set them apart from other coffee companies, & flavors were DELISH! Food arrived hot & was fully enjoyed by all. Will be ordering again this morning, as we continue unpacking from our move. Definitively (+ highly) recommend this 5-🌟 delight of a coffee shop, & I'm thrilled not only to have found it, but also that it's a mere .4 mile away. You definitely will not regret a stop at THIS shop! • It's 💣 💣 💣 •

I wish this place in our town! I had a cold brew, triple C, and also 30° caramel . All of them were absolutely perfect.

We were traveling and getting really hungry and ready for coffee and we saw the sign for this place and we were not disappointed!! The atmosphere was wonderful and the baristas were so sweet! Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops :)
