Tried the kickstarter and the blueberry muffin. Super chill environment. Highly recommended. They use local coffee roasters in Bastrop so a big plus!

I love this place. It's inside a garden/community center, and the Cafe has a comfy seating area with lots of tables, chairs, bench space and plugs for working remotely. I live about an hour away, and have to bring stray cats into Bastrop to be spayed/neutered from time to time. To save myself four hours of driving in a day, I just drop the cats off and come to Carafe to work remotely from my laptop. The atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. The Cafe has big picture windows overlooking the shaded garden center, so it's nice to just gaze out the window at all the happy green plants. I feel like it's good for my eyes and my soul. The plants are all very well cared for, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I love buying plants from them and just asking a million questions. They always seem genuinely happy to help. There's also a bar and a restaurant, but during the workday I don't see a lot of activity in those areas. It's kinda open concept layout, so it really has a community center vibe, which I think is nice. There's usually some kids and puppies hanging around, and cats in the garden. 🤗 They don't have much food available to buy in the Cafe, but the coffee drinks, frappes and smoothies are great. Everyone is just really pleasant and helpful! Can't say enough good things about it! 😁

Ordered online through Seamless for pickup. Unfortunately the barista indicated when I got there that online ordering is not tied to their system. This occurred on June 25, please verify that the seamless connection is not active as I ordered through Seamless on 6/25. We chose to order an afogato along with different drinks, and the flavor we selected was not available in store.

I wish I would have found out about this place earlier, what a nice little place full of mixed spots and really good treats

Not sure why I thought this was a sports bar. It’s not. They didn’t have the Cowboys preseason game. No local tv. 🙄 Unfortunately I ordered a bucket as they gave me a remote to find the game. Finished my beer and caught the last were of the game down the road. Service was great though

Great place! Excellent coffee, but also offers cocktails, shuffleboard, darts, and a wonderful assortment of plants. Staff was friendly and the environment is neat. We will be back

A very unique place to have a coffee. Comfortable seating and good atmosphere. Prices are normal for what you get similar to higher end chains. Good quality product decent variety. Gelato is also available and some food items.

Beyond great people in level professionalism and also check out their new sports bar and restaurant everything about this place is beyond and the people are so friendly and so cool so you're missing out this is the only real sports bar in Bastrop, all the beautiful.

So far my experience has been excellent. From a friendly and warm welcome, to assisting me with selecting a beverage, name, presented himself in a professional and relaxed manner demonstrating his vast knowledge in his occupation. The facility looked deceptively closed so early in the morning but wow the place is gorgeous. I've been looking for a hang out spot for after I get off nightshift and if the service is usually so hospitable I might have found it. Im not a really a coffee person but I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I tried there drip black and sweetened and either way ot was a great blend. Would recommend Cafe Aroma for those looking to leave the house for a bit and maybe enjoy a good book.

One of the workers is from Italy, I think. Overheard them talking on the phone. This may explain why I had the best cappuccino since my visit to Naples. First Paul Oakenfold comes out here, now we have Italians setting up cafes. This is a gem.

Beautiful place to hang out and roam around looking at plants and drinking coffee. They also have bar and restaurant. However, I have not tasted their food yet but the coffee tastes godo! They also have events so don’t forget to signup in their newsletter.

What a jewel! Such a great atmosphere with places to meet with friends and chill with good coffee. I’ll be here many more times in the future.

I lucked out and found this little gem on the way to Houston right before Bastrop on the right side. There's a demo swimming pool I'm the front and a big USA flag for Pulisic and the USMNT!:) It has great espresso drinks and Dolce Neve gelato. I think they are going to have a new bar and restaurant open up soon. The couple that run the place are super nice and they speak Italian if you want free practice or free advice of what to do or not do in Rome. I think that's where he's from... There is a lovely quaint garden in the back. Anyone with a green thumb will love it And if you like cornhole, they have tournaments there. I never knew that was a thing. I just thought people played to do something while drinking at bars. It's "horseshoes with beanbags". They also have food trucks there. It's really a place you can take the family and spend all day there and go home relaxed. I think they also show all the AS Roma and Austin FC matches. So if you can't get to Rome or Q2 Stadium, this might be your best bet. A presto!

Fantastic coffee and a super cool place to hang out. I thought it was farther out but, it was only like 4 miles from town. Definitely worth it!

Its a very fun and loving place, I absolutely love the brownies!! They are always very nice and happy. They make me laugh all the time!! Definitely worth everything!

Café Aroma is my new go-to coffee shop! Great range of teas, coffee and SMOOTHIES. I recommend the Nunya Business 🤣 smoothie since it can be made with a shot of espresso! They have the best muffins and the staff always greets you with a smile.

Truly great coffee and super nice staff. I am so happy this place opened up in Bastrop because it’s truly quality!! The taste of illy coffee is so different and so so good!! My usual is a vanilla latte with oat milk. 🤩🤩 thank God for this place!!
