A suggestion for this delicious place, in my opinion I would add a carrot to each dish, even if it is small in honor of the name. Thank you 🙏👍

If you like consistency- go somewhere else. It seems like shakes are made following what ever the person making the shake feels is adequate. My most favorite shake is also the one dislike the most cause it all depends on who makes it. Help! 3 stars for service because customer service is top. However the service of making the shake is 0 stars. So disappointed especially when I have a limited time for lunch.

I love eating at carrot but in coral gables the service and food WERE VERY BAD I REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED.

I can’t speak to their food or service in person, but i would strongly suggest never ordering from them via uber eats… i ordered a chicken ceasar salad and added chicken breast for $25. What you get is a handful of romaine, 4 croutons, and a dusting of preshredded parmesan. Idk if this is what they do for uber customers only, but its disrespectful and a rip off for how much you pay (uber fees aside).

My first time ordering from this restaurant, and I am VERY disappointed in the service. I ordered a delivery to my job and it never arrived. On the website it said delivered and I contacted the restaurant to see where they delivered because no one called me as I specified on the instructions to contact me upon arrival. The guy that answered was lost and told me he didn’t have my order.. obviously because it was “delivered”. So I repeat to him that I never received the order and he goes on to tell me that he has no contact for the delivery person… when I ordered directly from them!!! Not from a 3rd party!! He proceeds to tell me my food was possibly stolen and that it happens often. Clearly if it happens often then something needs to be changed! Basically the man I spoke with said they can’t do anything about it and to report it to my card. Ridiculous service after waiting over an hour and $40 for this delivery.

I wanted to love this place because the food on the menu looked great. The food received was bland and corporate. The smoothie was okay.

I place an order on Uber Eats. Carrot express is promoting a BOGO buy one wrap and get the second one free. I was charge for the 2 wraps. Uber eats asked for a screen shot of the promo and the problem was not resolved. Scam alert!!

The food was very delicious. Oriental salad was amazing. Super recommended for fresh and healthy food. Good service!

This place used to be great, but no longer. Can someone explain why they are constantly out of lettuce? I mean, you're a healthy food place, everywhere else has lettuce. What in the world is wrong with the management of this place that one cannot get a salad that has a choice between kale and romaine because you are out of them. I called, and they literally said they are out of romaine. They are OUT. No telling when they will have it again.

Healthy and yummy food. Tried the grilled chicken platter and I ordered a side of turkey patty. Both was seriously delicious. I topped it off with their cilantro lime dressing and it was umm umm good! Would definitely recommend!

I love carrot express, but this location in particular wasn’t good. I ordered a wrap and the rice was hard and old and just lacked overall flavor. I live in the brickell area and always order the “rancheros wrap” and it’s so yummy but the one here in the grove was disgusting. Please get your employees to care more about the food they serve and presentation. I really want to continue to support carrot express I hope it’s not my last time.

I’ve been a loyal client for the past 2 years in this location , order probably 3-4 times a week, lately the food is just bad! Every time I place orders in uber eats they either send it wrong , or incomplete, and today I order a Salad with a side of seared tuna and it was a joke! Like 3 pieces of tuna and the salad made no sense is like they just throw a bunch of greens they’re not even well prepared, wont order again from this store.

My vegan niece wanted to go here, and it was great not only to see a ton of vegan options, but vegetarian, pescadorian, and us old-fashioned meat eaters-- just in a healthy serving!

They care wayyyyy more about their “Uber eats” and mobile delivery orders than paying customers who are standing in front of them inside their restaurant hungry. You’ll be pushed out of the way while they provide expedited AAA service to 10 guys on scooters with their cellphones out and then the service staff get annoyed at you when you ask if you can have your food, which when they do throw it at you will be cold by then. They responded so I think to advocate for their side, they get a lot of volume from mobile orders that they need to turn over fast to make their money and don’t get as much walk-ins of people wanting to eat at the restaurant so it’s better that they cater to the mobile food industry than a restaurant so they can make high volume of food. This isn’t a knock on them, the area is congested and there are a lot of other restaurants to compete with.

I placed an order yesterday at the Coral Gables store. I was charged and the order never arrived! The order was for delivery but it was clear that the store’s fault and not a delivery issue because I never even received a link that I driver was on the way like I usually do. To add insult to injury: no one picked up the number provided! I even called another location and they could not reach them either. So at 9 pm they closed and we didn’t have an order. I waited until today to call again and again nothing! No way to reach them, disorganized and bad attitude from the staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst place and service!!!! If I can give zero stars I’ll do it. I asked for the gluten-free wrap. I asked many times gluten free everything. As soon as I started eating it I noticed the gluten. They told me the dressing had it…. What part of gluten free everything don’t you understand? There are some people with allergies and intolerances. If you offer something, make sure you do it right.

I ordered a carry out salmon and tuna bowl and when I got home to eat it I began mixing it up even took a couple of bites only to find a large bug in my bowl. I know it was in there from the restaurant because these take outs are sealed with a lid. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to request a refund for this horrible experience and the phone is not connected or something because I just get an automated message saying sorry your call cannot be completed at this time, no matters what number I press. I’m furious and will never eat at this location again. I guess check your food before you eat, might contain large bugs.

Must try this place when in Miami. 10 🌟 Freshly squeezed orange & carrot juice with liv wrap and carrot and sweet potato soup. The cilantro lime sauce on the Liv wrap makes a match made in heaven.... My soul is thankful for this delicious meal.

Absolutely delicious, great vegan options as well. Had the Veggie Burger(no Mayo) with Sweet Potato fries, the fries were crispy but perfectly fried. The burger was savory, fresh, and nutritious! The vegan banana bread was so good and not too sweet either, you almost can’t put it down!

On multiple visits I have watched employees make my smoothie order and overfill the liquid (almond milk). After filling my cup, they serve themselves the "leftover" smoothie. I don't mind employees helping themselves to food while working, but don't serve me a diluted version of a $12 smoothie. Your product is great, your employees are costing you customers.

Usually I'm not one to make reviews but I had to this time; I never had an interest with carrot express but at work on (sunday) my manager treats us for lunch & we decide to go with this location. Once the food arrived, my order was forgotten. Common mistake so I got over it quickly. Once the driver arrived to the dealership again my order: Chicken Caesar Wrap after taking one bite ! I was searching within my mouth for a very stiff sharp small - mid size chicken bone (trust me; it's a bone!). Thank god I noticed ASAP while chewing & wasn't caught TOO off guard. But to be quite honest it really turned me off. I was very surprised to notice a huge ball drop on a very simple order... In the past I've only heard really good comments from coworkers/ friends but this time, it gave me reasoning to keep my distance from now & on. (Only 3 stars because the food was actually good) GLAD I DIDN'T SPEND MY OWN MONEY & WON'T EVER !!

While the food is tasty and some employees are polite, it’s very hard to order by phone because no one speaks English well enough to take an order. Honestly, I love Miami and am used to people not speaking English. What I’m NOT used to, however, is the rudeness I’ve encountered numerous times from a young male employee. He could not understand me even though I spelled out the name of the bowl I wanted and then responded rudely. He even criticized me in Spanish to another employee. He could not understand Grain (thought I said green) even with me slowly spelling it out and kept insisting there was no Ancient Grain bowl. Sorry for the long review. Bottom line restaurant staff should know the menu well enough to take orders and if they have language issues they should not attack customers who are trying to work with them.

I love carrot express but I really hate places that advertise being open to a certain time, and u get there 10 minutes before they close, and they have put everything away and can’t sell you anything. Specially considering how hard it is to park in Miracle Mile. This location did this to my sister once and to me today when I arrived 8 minutes before closing. They should close at 8:30 if they all want to leave by 9.
