The best store I have ever visited, super clean, excellent customer service. I didn't know what to order, and they recommended exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I had a very disappointing experience with Smoothie King. My items were significantly underfilled, which is unacceptable, especially given the extremely high price of your products. To address this issue, I recommend implementing a policy where employees must take photos of each order before it leaves the store. This could help ensure consistency and prevent similar issues in the future. I hope management considers this suggestion to improve quality control and customer satisfaction. We expect value for the money we spend.

The employees were friendly, and my angel food smoothie made with almond milk was just what I needed. I just wish they had inside seating, because it is hot out here!

My first time at this store, and my last time, terrible attitude from the staff, when I left I threw the smoothie in the trash 🤢🤢🤢

I walked in at 4:35 pm looking for a smoothie for both myself and nephew. Individual attending me didn't even acknowledge me for 2 minutes or so. Upon acknowleding my presence he did not even greet me as a customer. I felt like I was bothering him, and it was a very awkward silence. In the end I said thank you upon final being served. Yet, again he walked away without saying or acknowledging my business. Suffice to say I will not be spending my money going forward at Smoothie King.

I visit this Smoothie King almost daily. Today, I had the worst experience. I ordered my usual vanilla Gladiator with double banana. I was given frozen ice. I told the young lady the shake didn't taste like vanilla or banana just frozen ice. She took my shake back and put it back in the blender after I had already sipped it and added more powder to it. I told her it had my saliva and she said that she'd wash the blender. I have been there when they wash the blenders. They only rinse them with water. I am grossed out thinking this could happen to anyone and they put the shake back in the blender after the person has already tried it. I will NEVER go there again.

Horrible. I asked for a pb swizzle with extra peanut butter….. they never put peanut butter. When I called to ask why they said they don’t know let me call my manager. Don’t order from her and don’t use Uber eats……people are useless when these apps are involved. I can’t even get my money back.

Order a smoothie bowl for pick up. When I arrived it was in a fridge and extremely watery. I could have drank it through a straw. Some of the fruit was warm some was frozen. Not sure who dropped the ball here. Did not enjoy.

Drove all the way there. Arrived 15-20 before closing at 8 and they already had the doors locked. The two girls working yelled out they were closed even though it wasn’t 8:00pm like google and the door said. I work in a restaurant down the street and I treat my team with Smoothie King. It’s filling, delicious and a quick meal. The customer service isn’t always the better but the speed they have is great. Anthony specifically has been amazing every time. He has amazing customer service skills, polite and a hard worker. I keep coming back just for him! Thank you for all you do.

Never had Smoothie King before and must say it was very very delicious! I went with the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate, I felt it was filling and both refreshing and great tasting! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
