The owners lead by Mom Maria do a wonderful caring job of food preparation plus service…great pasta like Italy and amazing salads…I was by there just today…they really care about the quality

It was our first time here and we loved it! The food was awesome and great service Felt homely!

Only giving 3 star for the service - the food is incredible. They are taking the Tri-state attitude a little too seriously 😂 You might almost feel like some of the servers are racist if you didn’t know better, but it’s not a problem as long as the food stays good we will keep coming back.

Casa Nuova is the best Italian in the area! They are also incredible supporters of our community! They donated the pasta for the Cambridge Cross Country Pasta Dinner before their first meet just because they want to give back. The service and people that work at Casa Nuova are amazing. I've been eating at Casa Nuova for years. Maria and her whole crew are wonderful, the food is excellent (try the scarpariello, the rack of lamb, and whatever they have on special). Help them out with their Purple Pansies foundation and funding pancreatic cancer research and treatment.

Amazing staff, we got to meet the owners and they are so fun and genuine. Definetly worth going, order the Diablo if they have it.

We arrived without a reservation, but the service was great. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the environment was really nice. Would recommend getting a reservation since it’s usually busy. The food was also great though the main dishes do take a bit longer.

My first time here and what a wonderful meal our party of five had. The service was excellent, and the food did not disappoint. I had the eggplant Parmesan as an appetizer and it was delicious. My entrée was the special halibut and it was cooked to perfection. The desserts were delicious as well. We will all be back without a doubt! Just know that even with reservations there may be a wait as it is a small restaurant. It is well worth the wait.

Besides going to Casa Nuova for a monthly date night with my man we just got married and had our wedding catered by Casa Nuova. Have also had them catered for my mom’s 70th. Unbelievably cheap for the quality! Food is super fresh and oh so delicious! Most importantly I love the Casa N. family and the environment they create❤️

I recently moved in the area and noticed that this place is always packed stopped in once and it was too packed to wait so I decided I will come back me and the wife ordered ahead of time. I wasn’t completely awed with the food we ordered (Spaghetti and meatballs & The Tortellini) that night so we left a review about it, IMMEDIATELY after the owner (Maria) a very nice Italian lady contacted us back and invited us for the dine in experience. So we went back the following day, and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. The ambience was amazing, the staff treated us like family. I had the special of the day, Crab stuffed salmon in a lobster bisque cream sauce, which was very delicious and fresh. My wife ordered a classic chicken parm and was also very much satisfied. The drinks we had were unique n tasty as well. Upon leaving, my wife was gifted some freshly picked flowers to take home, which I thought was a nice gesture. All in all I’ll give this restaurant a 9.2 out of 10. WE WILL BE BACK TO TRY THE DESSERTS. THANKS AGAIN MARIA🙏🏾for a wonderful dining experience!!

Would like to talk about the food but couldn't even get seated after over an hour!

We were in Atlanta for a concert and chose to dine at Casa Nuova. This was the best dining choice we have made in years. From the garden fresh vegetables to their homemade cheeses, everything was great. The flavors were were so good they were stunning. We live in a different state, but if we are anywhere close, we’ll drop by again. It’s that good. I'm 67 and have dined many places. Casa Nuova is definitely a top shelf favorite.

Maria and all staff were incredibly hospitable to me and my mother. Food was delicious and they left us with sunflowers and fresh squash from their garden. What an amazing and warm family atmosphere!

We just got back from Italy last month, and Casa Nuova is truly the closest thing to Italy that you are going to experience in Georgia. The aperol spritz, wine, food, and service was impeccable. The staff sent all the girls in our group home with fresh bouquets of sunflowers. We love our Casa Nuova family!!!

Celebrated my anniversary tonight at Casa Nuova. It was our first time there and I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The decor is warm and styled with paintings of the owner and his family. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, and the service was 5 star! We started with appetizers of calamari, escargot and mushroom soup. All were great tasting. For entrees we had penne and meatballs and breaded tilapia with champagne sauce. As a side note, the vegetables are grown on their own farm that is located not farm from the restaurant. Dessert included cannoli (2 to a plate) key lime pie, and flan. Each one was better than the other. Don’t get me wrong… the food was great, but what really wowed me was the service! Not only did the owner & her son visit our table (Pepe owns the wine shop next door) but our table was “touched” by no less than 7 people. Reese and Emerson were just two of the servers, but the woman who made sure our glasses were never empty gets a special mention I just unfortunately didn’t get her name. The evenings special offerings were almost as expansive as the regular menu. And to hear the owner proudly explaining it to every table she visited was as my daughter eloquently stated was like hearing the restaurant sing. The owner Tony who started the restaurant over 22 years ago, unfortunately passed a few years ago. But his family along with his restaurant family should be proud to know his legacy lives on. Recommendation: Highly Recommend

This place came recommended to us, so we gave it a try. I must admit it was excellent. The food was perfection as was the service. Highly recommend this, for a date night.

As a New Jersey transplant, this felt like a true Italian restaurant. It had the old school decor and the quintessential rat pack music playing. But it was really the music of the servers that made it feel so alive. At every table, each server had an intimate knowledge of the menu and painted a picture of each dish when describing it. They were attentive - I don't know how much lemonade I drank because the glass never got to a point it was empty. They kept refilling it!. They made jokes, told the history of the restaurant, and all seemed to enjoy what they do. I will make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in town. My mom and I got the tilapia special but the real stars were the appetizers. Delicious escargot, calamari, and mushroom soup. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used this restaurant for catering service recently. Maria was amazing and helped me to determine which dishes to prepare for the celebration. The food was delivered and set up on time and the server was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use Casa Neuvo again in he future for catering needs. Thank you all so much!

Excellent meal, there is such a wide variety of traditional Italian dishes. The rack of Lamb was the very best I have ever tasted. Everyone at the table raved about their dinners. Large portions and very personal attention from the wait staff.

I come to Atlanta for work and have been here multiple times. This place is consistently one of the best restaurants we go. They treat you like family, feed you fabulous food and always have amazing specials. It doesn't matter if you are a larger group celebrating or a couple for a nice evening out, you can find what you want at every level. The bar is varied with spirits and wines. The Italian selection of vino is better than most surrounding places too!! (At all price points) I had the rack of lamb tonight (New Zealand of course) and it took me back to my summer in Como. I think I enjoy this place more and more each time I go!! I will be back next time I am in town!

We held a surprise birthday party for my husband in the wine room. From the beginning, Maria and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were superb! They made us feel like family! Our guests raved about the party! Would definitely plan to host another event there. If you want to eat GREAT Italian food outside Italy, go to Casa Nuova Italian restaurant, and if you want to remember your visit for the rest of your life in your best memories then make sure your waiter is JUAN CARLOS!!!!

Casa Nuova is OPEN for Mothers Day Today!!!

We have been meaning to try this place for months based on recommendations from friends, and finally went. It was everything we hoped it would be. Charming atmosphere, welcoming staff, and delicious food. We can't wait to eat there again soon!!

Had reservations last Saturday for 8PM, my wife's choice for her Birthday. Arrived at 10 till 8 and left at 8:45 without being seated. Was told numerous times we were the next table - for 2. Tried in vain several times to get drinks in the bar, which has no access to the bar itself since the seats there are reserved for dinner as well. The two women bartending were surly at best, and made no bones that they were making drinks for restaurant customers and would try to get to me, but never really managed it in that hour. Been here before numerous times, food always great. But they cater to "regulars" so your reservation may not really matter. On the bright side, finally went to the Vietnamese restaurant at Avalon, wonderful experience and they salvaged the night, great food and service.

Not recommended for events. The food was average at best. Service was lacking and the interior is very cramped due to the tight spacing of tables and chairs. For the high prices Casa Nuova charges, there are far better options in the north metro.

What a wonderful place!! We have passed this place for years and always wanted to try it. Well, we finally did, and we were delighted. Maria and the entire crew were so attentive and welcoming, the food was great, and the overall dining experience was simply amazing. We had the fried mozzarella, the veal and eggplant special (aka the big mac😂), shrimp and scallops in a spicy marinara sauce over linguine. The lemoncello cake for dessert and a digestivo. Oh, and that garlic bread, outstanding!! Will definitely be going back!

Went here with my wife tonight for dinner. So upset that I haven't found this gem until now! Staff was awesome from arrival through dinner. we had Clams Casino appetizer that was fresh and paired wonderfully with the garlic bread on the table. I had Veal Pizzaiola in a crushed tomato sauce and tender veal that was fantastic. Wife had Chicken Scarpiello that was cooked perfectly. We got to spend some time with the owner Maria who was attentive to everyone's needs in the dining room throughout dinner. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we actually booked a catered dinner that Maria sat down and walked us through each step of dinner!! Cannot wait till we get back there. Thank you Maria, Pepe (her son) and staff!!!

Our first visit here was many years ago, and we didn't think this visit could be as good, but it was even better. Our waiter, Juan Carlo was extremely helpful. The hostess, Carrie was great too. The owner even helped us with our water selection - we went with sparkling. Food was amazing too. Seafood over linguini and grouper. Wine was excellent too. Prices were high, but not out of line. We will go back to Casa Nuova.

I am Italian and I am very fussy about Italian food. The food at Casa Nuova is fantastic. I am always leery about recommendations about restaurants but you can’t go wrong eating here. The food is amazing, the service is second to none. The pastries are not to be missed. Casa Nuova also did a catering event for us and it was awesome. I highly recommend them for a wonderful meal. Their staff was very professional and worked very hard the food great was served hot. I recommend if you are looking to a have an event catered check with Casa Nuova first.

We not only frequent Casa Nuova for dinner dates, but we were lucky enough to have them cater our wedding in October! We were blown away by the incredible service: the hors d'oeuvres were served fresh and with a smile, our guests raved about the pasta, and we were truly made to feel like a part of the family. Make sure to grab a bottle of whatever Pepe is recommending. And our personal favorite menu item is the veal rollatini. Thank you, Maria and Casa Nuova for making our special day that much better!

Everything was fresh, awesome and perfect! I'd give 5 stars if they'd serve freshly grated Parmesan cheese instead of the powder version...

I've never left a bad review, but the food was so bland. I got salmon with sautéed spinach over pasta. It came out with corn in my pasta, and no seasoning on anything. Also the ravioli entree was good but only came with 5 ravioli, my husband left hungry.

Amazing authentic Italian cuisine

I absolutely love this restaurant. I just moved to the area and this place was highly recommended. My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice since I’ve been here in Alpharetta. If you love Italian food, this is the place. We really like the mozzarella appetizer and the veal piccata is out of this world. They did a casino clam special the other night and they were awful (very fishy) but, that isn’t something they serve on their regular menu from what I recall. They make their own homemade cheeses and have a fresh garden for their vegetables. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. Also, as a nice touch , one of the owner’s walks around and greets her customers with a friendly rundown of the menu. Additionally, her staff are all also friendly and very good at making sure you always have what you need. My favorite place so far.

This was our second visit to celebrate a birthday. The service here was amazing. The people were so nice and friendly and not only did the owners come to our table multiple times to share the specials and check on us, the wait staff always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, every part and detail was perfect. We will be back, for sure. Our 10-year-old says Casa Nuova is a 10 out of 10!

Very cozy atmosphere but very cramped for a party of 8 on Saturday night. Booked reservations in advance but still waited 30 mins. Service was very good. Dishes were quite small for most of us and didn't think the taste was that great for an authentic Italian restaurant. Appetizers and deserts were excellent though. Really miss the original restaurant. Mammas Onesta is best around now.

This restaurant serves authentic Italian food. They don’t make you feel like a customer, they make you feel like family.

For our first time coming here, the food and ambiance was good, however, the waitress was not attentive towards us. After our food came out, she did not come over to ask us if we needed anything else. Also, we tried to get her attention for almost 10 minutes but she did not even spare us one glance and we felt invisible. We saw her later on talking to other customers. The waitress who came to our table later on was nice, but we did not appreciate the first waitress as she was very unwelcome towards us. -kiran.

The food and service are incredible! I have no idea why we haven't found this gem of a restaurant until today but we had the best dinner here. The biggest difference is that everything we ate was made with fresh organic ingredients. The baked rolled eggplant appetizer is to die for. The chicken special rolled with prosciutto and sundried tomatoes is brilliant. And the piece de resistance was the mushroom ravioli (the mushrooms were fresh)! For dessert, the tiramisu was light airy and absolutely delicious. We'll be back and everyone reading this should book a table immediately.

The food was underwhelming and lacked flavor. I had the veal Florentine and it was very bland as was the sauce. You could get a better jar of sauce at the grocery store. The dessert was a small portion for the price. The family is lovely, but for how much the menu items are, they could hire a few better chefs or invest in some culinary training.

First I would like to say the food was very good. But our server seemed to have an attitude. I still think overall this restaurant is a great place. The management did reach out to us concerning our waiter, which I appreciate. It show they care about their customer's dinning experience.

Everything about this place is incredible. Maria is an absolute doll of a human and listed off endless homemade specials of the day, including her homemade bruschetta and rolled eggplant parmigiana which was made to perfection!! Every server, busser, and waitstaff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We used to live in the area, but we drove from Canton just to come here because we love it so much.

We had a great time here. They really make sure you are having a good experience. Our server, Juan Carlos, was such a great host. The owner will check in on you as well. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of and are welcomed back. The veal piccata was cooked perfectly - we also had the rollatini special and artichoke salad - all wonderful. Will definitely go back the next time we are in town!

I came in on Tuesday at around 6:00 p.m. The chicken parmesan was great! A nice quiet place with fantastic service. I have to go again!

Highly unsatisfied with this restaurant with long wait time and portion size. I had called them yesterday at 8:17pm to place a pickup order. The hostess that took order was nice and took the order without rushing. We were told to pickup the order at 9pm. We come to pickup the order the hostess serving at the front said they are still wrapping up the order. Our order itself wasn’t ready till 9:28 ~ 9:38pm and somehow the payment system didn’t work either. I understand the restaurant is highly busy and breaks can occur but the restaurant really needs to adhere to the pickup times they tell that to the customers. Our order was only created when we actually arrived at 9 and the portions size weren’t worth the price that they charge. Please do better!

When we lived in Atlanta, our go-to restaurant for over 30 years was Alfredo's, an old-school Italian restaurant in a nondescript building just around the corner from our Intown neighborhood of Morningside. Our kids grew up going there, the owner and servers all knew us and our friends, we celebrated every special occasion, birthday, anniversary and more there. We were heartbroken when it closed to make room for a new apartment building a few years before we left. We had heard that some of the original owners had broken off in 1979 and opened a sister restaurant in Alpharetta, about 40 minutes north of the city, but never made the trek to visit it. Until tonight. Back in town visiting family for the Holidays we finally made it by - and really glad we did. Talk about bringing back old memories. Everything from the food to the team service was outstanding. And they had my favorite, Linguini Pescatore! Bonus: we met the founder's grand daughter, who shared some of the restaurants' history and reminisced with us about "the old days". If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we'll definitely be back.

From the moment you walk in, you can sense this restaurant is special. From the atmosphere to the staff, to the care in each hand crafted dish - this location is an experience. Knowledgable servers, quick responses, and cost is comparable to quality and portion. Food and wine parings to suite any pallet. The lobster ravioli and homemade sausage and peppers were perfection. Alejandro was on point with recommendations even with the Malbec to connect the flavors. Perfect environment for an after work meeting, family in town, or a special dinner for two. They made our visit on a Friday evening before Christmas unforgettable. Looking forward to another meal where we’re treated like family.

This is the second time I have dined in at this restaurant I was super excited to show my mother in-law a "good" Italian restaurant, because the first timee and my wife ate there spending over two hundred dollars it was lovely everything was amazing, including the food. Tonight however I had bones in my chicken special kinda like Marsala but a special had multiple bones in it then my wife ordered the seafood special ( because the first time it was amazing) was terrible all the seafood was way overcooked was nothing but rubber tasting meat. Was extremely disappointed in thinking that I had found a good Italian restaurant near us. Hopefully this will save someone from spending way to much for way to little care spent by the chefs tonight I won't be attending again.

This restaurant is a cut above the rest. The staff, the atmosphere - I cannot say enough to explain. This restaurant is family owned, and I think that is what really gives it a special feeling. There is a sense of home you simply do not get in chain restaurants. The food is unbelievable. The service is outstanding. I truly hope they never change a thing. Kindest staff I’ve been around in ages. LOVE this place. Alejandro is a phenomenal server, but he feels more like a friend who is hosting you. Same can be said for Alex, and every single person we were able to meet tonight. We will be back, and we will bring as many friends and family as possible. And trust me, try the lobster ravioli. You will NOT regret it!

Had a dinner reservation. I was recommended to go here. All aspects of our visit exceeded our expectations.

Not impressed overall to be honest. Food was mediocre, not as great as you'd hope for a place that is this highly rated. I mean I can cook, I expect better for this price. Service is good, I guess that's the only significant part. Environment didn't work for me at all. Overcrowded little place, many little tables too close to each other, too dimmed lightning(tables had no extra lightning to see anything) and A LOTTA noise. Ugh!

Casa Nuova catered our 135-person teacher luncheon, and we could not have been happier with the event! Maria met with us ahead of time to make sure the menu was not only perfectly balanced but also accommodated several allergies and dietary restrictions. The setup crew was on time, so friendly, and kept the event running smoothly - we didn't have to do anything! It truly made it such a great experience not only for our staff who all loved the wonderful meal, but also for our team coordinating the event. Thank you, Maria, Ivan, and Juan for supporting our community and school!

We had a very special Retirement Party and we ordered Casa Nuova to cater. Wow!! Maria the owner was amazing, so great to work with. Juan Carlos her assistant delivered the food ON TIME, set everything up and even came back to help us clean up! The food was absolutely AMAZING, the BEST Italian food I've ever had! If you ever need to cater an event, and you like real authentic Italian food, call Maria at Casa Nuova. EXCELLENT!!
