Our first time visiting this cafe and it is very quaint, the ambiance is what one would expect, clean and simple. The staff and service is friendly and the food was tasty. Unfortunately they are only open for breakfast and lunch. My suggestion is get there before closing time as you won't be disappointed.

If there were 6*, I'd happily give it! We had finished a 4 day hike in the mountains, hadn't planned our food well and I had had altitude sickness. We hadn't planned to be there at all! It was short of a miracle to find this café and we both had the vegetarian sandwich. This was AMAZING! The best sandwich I ever had, lots of lovely green stuff and a great salad. My husband had fries with his and he thought they were the best he ever had, brown and crispy, really tasty. Do go there if you are in the area, you won't regret it The staff are super friendly too.

Go on in for a nice view, decent diner food, and 100 Mexican employees standing around with loud Mexican music pouring out of the kitchen into the tiny dining area WTH!! BTW not my 1st time hear been coming for 40yrs as my father and grandfather did wasnt always like this

Here's what you get...nice view of the lake, good service, decent but a bit pricey diner food ALL WITH LOUD MEXICAN MUSIC FILLING THE AIR!!! What happened to this place???

This is about the resort and store. We did not eat the café, but it has the reputation for being good. The little store is perfect for snacks drinks fishing gear and even ice cream. After that, a short walk over to Silverlake with its beautiful views and easily accessible lake for swimming, floating or kayaking! Also about Reynolds here are a great price. Such a beautiful spot. Friendly service as well.

Perfect stop to eat, was a suprise on our Tour

Stopped in for lunch. Decided on a burger and fries. Staff is welcoming. Service was quick. Food was prepared as ordered. Fries were cooked just right. Stopped in the gift shop for fridge magnets. Setting is amazing located across the street from Silver Lake. Have driven past here for years and am glad I finally stopped in to experience the Silver Lake Resort Cafe.

When you make up in the campground and the temperature has dropped to 30degrees and you have a bad headache and…..you really need a place like this cafe! Warm coffee, good food, pleasant folks all around. Yep! This is definitely the place to go!

This is a very special place with very special people! It is very small and you can expect a wait, its worth it, enjoy looking around!! The owners are great, kind people and they really care! The food is great made with love! We are lucky to have them, only open in summer months, don't miss it!

Small cafe with amazing service and delicious food. Very limited seating available but worth the wait. Tried the biscuit with gravy and that alone would have been worth the trip to Silver Lake. Parking can be difficult but if the immediate lots are full there is another parking lot by the boat launch that is a very short 5 minute walk.

Order the Jones Boys breakfast: ham, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy. Sooo tasty.

Stop no further if you want the best breakfast or lunch in the eastern sierras. Been coming here for years and every breakfast and lunch item tried is outstanding. View of the lake while eating is great and the service is excellent.

Walked in at about 11:30 for a burger and onion rings and was handed a breakfast menu, i found out that lunch wasn't served till 12:00 so i couldn't get my burger and o rings because i was a half hour early, i walked out mainly because of the attitude from the server, i will never go back there

Cute small cafe serving delicious breakfast & lunch. Portion sizes are large and staff is friendly. Expect a bit of a wait since the space is limited as it’s inside the grocery store. Overall, it’s the best breakfast spot in the area. Highly recommend!

Very small, Great place to grab a bite to eat. I will be happy to stop in here again when I am close by. I would have liked a refill on my iced tea. I wasn't offered any, but the meal was great. I had the bison burger. It tasted really good.

Nice cafe, open in the early morning. Great atmosphere. Basically, it's the best place for breakfast in the area. But do not eat too much - You should hike and try to catch this trout.

Loved this find in the back of the 158 June Lake Loop. Sooooo beautiful back there and this was a GREAT breakfast at the end of our camping trip!

Who serves the best country gravy outside a Firehouse?… you guessed it, Silver Lake Cafe. Who serves 3-ranch fresh eggs standard with every breakfast, your 2 for 2, Silver Lake Cafe. Who serves the best cowboy steak, ham, sausage & bacon in the Eastern Sierra’s…damn you’re good! That’s right, SLC! Where’s is the best stocked camp store, fishing tackle and trophy trout? Yup, SLC. I found a new go-to fishing destination. Thanks Jones boys!

Stopped in for a late breakfast! We snagged one of the tables by the window and enjoyed a view of the lake. Service was fast and friendly! I tried the veggie burrito and chocolate chip pancakes. Both dishes were delicious!

Excellent breakfast but I'm still trying to figure out why the breakfast we had at a couple places only gives one slice of toast you gotta have 2 slices to finish a breakfast off.

The breakfast here is outstanding! Delicious and seasoned perfectly. I had the the omelette called “The Garbage”. I left full and satisfied. Husband had steak and eggs and raved about it. Very reasonably priced as well.
