I loved the pho and the banh mi. The soup was hearty and full of meat. The spicy chilli sauce was truly delightful. The banh mi was not dry as it is at a lot of places. I loved the food and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to try Vietnamese food.

The staff seemed very warm and friendly but the person taking my order didn't tell me that the soup would have to be put together at home before submitting the order. This was a problem for many reasons and the whole thing ended up being at nightmare because I tried doing it in my car since I was a bit famished. Things were spilled out and tge whole thing wound up being way less than satisfying. Please next time don't wait to share important info with a customer. Bad business!!!

I literally order from here once a week. Customer service is beyond outstanding, the food is phenomenal… I mean really over the top delicious. So fresh..and if I could eat here every day for the rest of my life I would.

Banh mi is my reason for going. Staff is always nice and provides good service. Banh mi is the only thing i get at pho places. It is good and consistent at Pho Kim Loan.

What an amazing little pho place!! The staff was super friendly, greeting us as soon as we walked in. The man who seemed to be running the place was super friendly to our children and didnt mind that they were looking at the fishtank. He answered every question we asked about what to order. Our food was delicious! It tasted delicious and the meats were so tender. Everything was super clean. We will definitely go back the next time we're in town visiting!!

The shrimp vermicelli is amazing. We also had a shrimp and pork spring roll. It was delicious. The service was incredible. The waitress and waters were friendly. I will definitely come again. Such a great experience overall.

Nice spacious interior, we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. The food came out in less than 2 minutes and was delicious. The pork spring rolls and pho were both great, we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to go to get a quick lunch. Lots of tables so you can just sit and there is no wait. Food comes out fairly quick. Food was good, although the pork slices we got in our rice dishes and even in the bahn mi were very fatty and you can see lots of oil seeping out. But overall , had a good experience. Service was very good. I will have to come back and get their pho.

BEST service in a vietnaese resturant EVER! My family eats pho every place we travel. This is by far the best pho and service we have ever had while traveling.

The grilled beef spring rolls were good. The pho broth was good. The hu tieu broth was yummy, but it was supposed to be served with clear glass noodle. We were disappointed because it was served with rice noodle. We also waited a while before someone came to take our order. The appetizer came out after the entrees. Definitely would come back to try out their other dishes.

The Pho was outstanding!!! The customer service was and the people were great as well. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The pho came out extremely fast. It actually came out before my appetizer which was no problem. The Pho was hot and very flavorful. The roll/wrap was good as well. Would recommend a visit.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the area

This place has the BEST BANH MINH on the WESTBANK. The Vietnamese poboys here are Light years ahead of Hong Kong Market. They also have great Pho, delicious Vietnamese coffee, and I highly recommend the Lemongrass Chicken PoBoy. Definitely a without a doubt a 5/5 stars Restaraunt.

Place was clean, staff very friendly and quick, food delivered within a few minutes of ordering. It's difficult to get great tasting pho, however, this place delivers beyond expectations. Highly recommend. I ordered the No. 1 and left happy and stuffed like a tick for a reasonable price. 5 stars all the way.

09/30/2021 fist time in NOLA on business. There are many pho places around this town and i decided to give this place a try. Overall the pho tastes pretty good and the service is great. server keeps checking to see if everything is okay. I’ll give it 5 stars for their service and the pho.

It was good I at it all, but I will order again and take picture. This is my first resteraunt that I want to eat more (2nd round). I ordered Com Suon Bi Cha and its freaking good. The best part is its open early compares to other resteraunts.
