The food was so delicious, and Charlene, our waitress, was so very nice and efficient. Pascal, can sure cook some good food. We had to come back to Texas to get good food been in Colorado where the food was generic.

We were on a road trip, passing thru early in the morning and craved a country breakfast. This place was about 2 miles off our course but reviews said it was worth it, and BOY HOWDY! My husband had the chicken fried steak breakfast and nearly broke himself trying to finish it. I had a 2 egg, biscuits and gravy with hash browns and bacon. Neither of us could finish and we sure tried! Delicious food. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and fast service. Quiet, hometown atmosphere. We would stop here again, for sure.

What a great place. The waitress was so nice. She welcomed us in with a smile and before long we had our food. The food was wonderful and the portions were big. She was also very accomadating to our four legged friend. She even showed me the new baby goats in the back. Great experience. I will be back next time we are in this area.

Old school cafe at the stockyards. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had the hand battered chicken fried steak, mash potatoes with cream gravy, green beans, and a side salad. Plenty of food at a great price. Thank You

Stumbled upon this gem while traveling. Excellent food, GENEROUS portions, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely stop in again next time we come through.

Not too fancy, but a nice place to eat with truck parking in Dalhart. The ladies serving there are very friendly and it's what you'd expect from a stockyard cafe. I'd definitely eat there again.

A simple cafe/diner with a small town feel. You can easily drive by without realizing it is there. Food was good. Staff was friendly and attentative.

Waitress was awesome. Food was decent. Hash browns and cowboy potatoes were amazing. Pancakes and omelet were also really good. My only complaint was the over-medium eggs I ordered were undercooked.
