It is a small place, we had salad and they were good. We have to try other things to give more reviews. We have to try their street tacos to see if they are like what we expect. We went back today and their menu changed and they have a lot more food to offer and they were excellent. We will be back definitely.

They take very good care of their customers. It’s a nice friendly atmosphere and good food and service. I recommend this restaurant.

Really good food and drinks. The enchiladas has a really nice red sauce in them. The charro beans were good, different. It’s beans, sliced hotdogs, beef and bacon. Carnitas were very flavorful. Mojito was mixed well. Sweet tea was really good, some of the best I’ve had! Service was good. Bathrooms were clean. It is a small establishment, but it moves quickly.

They had the best chicken wings I had ever had

Air conditioning not working too well. Had to ask twice for check. Food was muy bueno--excellent!

Very deep menu with traditional east Tennessee favorites and authentic Mexican dishes. Seems like we are there every week or so.

We were driving back to GA and found this place and let me tell y'all the food is great!! I highly recommend this place if you like authentic Mexican food. The Carne Asada plate is amazing and the service is awesome. 🙂

Great food, AMAZING prices, HIGHLY recommended

As a guy from the West Coast, I was surprised to find this little excellent Mexican restaurant here in the middle of Tennessee. My wife and been traveling and missing a taste of home. This was like stepping back into the PNW. Service was amazing, and both of our plates were some of the best food we've eaten in Tennessee. They even had Pacifico. Extremely reasonable prices, and huge portions. We paid half of what we would have back on the Left coast. Well worth the couple mile drive off the interstate. Muchos Gracias!

We stopped on a Thursday for a late lunch and did not know what to expect. From the outside the store is well kept and clean. Wood tables and chairs are outside in the shade and there is a patio if you choose to eat outdoors. It was an absolutely beautiful day and we rode our motorcycles so we wanted to continue to enjoy the weather. One of the servers met us at the door and we sat outside. He took our drink order and quickly brought our nice icy and cold drinks! He was very pleasant and friendly as he took our order. He had brought us chips and salsa. I do not like spicy food and so the salsa was a little hot for me. The chips were freshly made and not the thin cut of chips. We decided to get the chile verde pork dinner. It came quickly and was extremely delicious and authentic!!! The dish was not changed from how it should be made to be authentic. The portion was good.Price was reasonable. We will be back! BEST Mexican food (EVER) in East Tennessee.

Passing by and stopped here for lunch. Food was great and the prices were fantastic. You won't go wrong here!

Very good food and service but.. We came in after the lunch crowd had left and the music was too loud. We asked for them to turn it down, which they did, but then you could hear the loud rap (should have a "c" in front") coming from the kitchen. It was impossible to ignore. Though the food was good, it is questionable if we would go back because of being subjected to this. We didn't ask them to turn this off as the last thing you want to do is anger someone who is preparing your food, out of sight.

Good selections and terrific staff. We were served outside for our Oak Hills Democrat meeting. Perfect weather and wonderful meeting for everyone with two super candidates. I will come back.

Was a great little restraunt to eat at and visit while passing through. Only complaint for me was the charro beans were made with beanie weenies with meat added. Not terrible but not what I was expecting.

Got seated immediately, Fast friendly service. I got excited when I saw a tamarind margarita on the menu, but then was disappointed when I was told they don't have their liquor license yet. Food came out fast and super hot. The salsa was heavy on cilantro. And the chicken in the chicken enchiladas had no flavor. But the rest of the dinner was delicious. We had the enchiladas suprema and the enchiladas rancheros. I would have given them 4.5 stars but not an option. The cheese, bean and beef enchiladas on the suprema plate were good. Just the chicken tasted baked with not much flavor. The pork on the enchiladas rancheros was excellent. Great flavor. Server was very attentive and kept bringing chips and salsa. It was busy, everyone seemed happy. Dinner for 2 was less than 30$ and we had a small box of leftovers! This place is definitely worth a try. I really want to come back to see if I can try the tamarind margarita.

Absolutely loved the meal I had there yesterday! The food is great and it’s all priced great too. We definitely got our money’s worth with the meals we had. Plan to be back soon. The new female that works there, she has a major attitude problem. She doesn’t listen to orders and then gets smart when you speak up. The younger man, he’s great and awesome.

The food was good, prices where good service was all good. But someone was blasting Spanish videos on his phone in the corner and completely killed the experience for me.... I'll never go back

Great carnitas! Charro beans and fajitas are always great too. Good salsa and queso and the hot sauce they serve with their street tacos is delicious!

What you see there is fajitas guastecas and sopes.... by the way sopes are not tiny as nashville sopes my wife ordered 3 thinking they were about the same size but surprisingly she could only handle one, michelada was also great my experience there lit so I do recommend eating there if you get the chance

Cozy hole-in-the-wall; don't let the humble exterior or tiny seating area fool you, this was the best molcajete I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Lot of authentic Mexican food, and it is GOOD.

Best Mexican food around! Authentic, great price. Make sure you try their homemade hot sauce. You'll want to take some home!

I as really impressed. This was my first time here, and will not be my last. Food was delicious as was the service. I don’t know why some people comment about the prices. They were more than reasonable I thought.

The food was really good. Good portions too. However, the day we visited, the AC was out so we ate outside on the porch. Being July, it was extremely hot. Whether it was worse outside or inside would be hard to say. But I'm sure they have already gotten the AC fixed. This is a good Mexican restaurant.

Service is top notch. Food is excellent. Prices are fair. We have eaten here several times and always enjoy the experience. They have really done a great job renovating place.

Couldn't get to five stars simply because competition in Oak Ridge is tough to beat. Service was the best part for me, however food was good just not great. Restaurant is clean and comfortable, but felt a little tight in there due to lack of extra space. If you're claustrophobic, sit near a window. Chips were warm but not the thinner variety that we prefer. Price point lands in between El Cants (low) and El Jinete (high). Location is only convenient to extreme West OR like the Preserves.

had the sopa de Pollo (chicken soup) yesterday. wonderful! an excellent eaterie... had chili relleno and tamale combo plate, both excellent. the salsa that came with the chips had just the right amount of spiciness. quick, friendly service and good prices. thank you for a wonderful meal!

Seasoning was Americanized. Not authentic to food. Salsa and cheese dip was good.

Cazadores offered an outstanding treat of authentic Mexican food. The service kept our drinks full and meals hot. Atmosphere got a "4" for seating area size, there isn't much space throughout the seating area. During busy times it would be a bit tight. The meal: We started with the queso and salsa with chips. It was great, the queso had the right amount of spice and the salsa was delicious with perfect consistency. Their tacos were simplistically delicious. Pollo and carne asada hit so good! I took home al pastor sopes which reheated perfectly. With the meal they bring very tasty sauces, great spice and great flavor. Before leaving I ordered two additional tacos for take out. They send you with a bag of chips and sauces to pair with your order. Unfortunately no pictures...

Great pit stop for traveling! We had a delicious, quick, and affordable meal. The beer was ice cold and cheap. It was very clean and we'll be happy to return when we pass through again.

My friends love this place and eat here often. I finally was able to try it. Everything was great! I had Carnita chimichamga.

Okay, this is a great place to eat Mexican fare. The location is in an area where restaurants are few and far between. Plus it is associated with Taco Boy in Knoxville. The staff make it a point to give the best service. You will like having a meal here.

Ate here the second night they were open. Food was great. I had the steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas, very good. A week later I had their carnitas and it was great. I ask for and received some diced, fresh jalapenos which set the pork off perfectly. My third time, the steak and chicken fajitas hit the sweet spot. Tonight I am going back and why not? Cazadores is my neighbor. I own Frontier Firearms and Frontier Outdoors USA.

Excellent Food and service this evening! We enjoyed meeting the staff as well. Super friendly and attentive folks. Will be return customers for sure. Tamales are spot on too! 👍 happy Cinco de Mayo! 🍻

Busy place...make a reservation

Food is very good! Fajita nachos look more as a half order but still very delicious. It’s a new spot so it’s always been busy when we go but not too long of a wait. I would avoid busy times to get right in and not wait though as the building is very small. Staff is nice! We live right down the road so a good spot for us sometimes but for better pricing / food portions I still think El Cants in Harriman wins. But definitely still recommend eating here as well!

Great food but a take out order of fajitas should have more than 3 Tortilla shells.Needs more like 6 or 8 for the amount of food .Other then that good food.
