So I definitely understand being short staffed, but this entire experience was as though there were 1 million people needing to be served and only three people in the back preparing. But this was not the case there were only two other guest outside of me and all I ordered was a salad a Caesar salad to be exact and the picture below plus the 20 minute wait is what I’m left with and then I wasn’t greeted by other staff -guess you learn to think before just choosing a random new pizza spot

If you like boneless wings, DON'T get them here. Literally spit them out and threw them away they were so bad. On the other hand, pizza is pretty darn good - we're here almost every other week getting pizza. Cauliflower crust, extra crispy, w/ hot honey drizzle for the win!

Crust has the best crust ! We moved from Fort Smith, Arkansas about a year ago. Hideaway Pizza was our go to. We shopped around here in BR for a great pizza place, finally found it ! Crust Pizza is by far the best !

Pizza had no flavor, and the crust was too thin. The pizza was soggy with too much flop. If you're eating a thin pizza, it should be thin and crispy. Disappointing.

We wanted something different and tried out Crust! The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!

The pizzas are huge and ingredients are fresh. My son got a sandwich and he said it was delicious as well. I had leftovers, he did not.

Top tier pizza in Baton Rouge, La. Quite frankly a hidden gem. Consistent, premium toppings, great service & atmosphere.

Was in the mood for pizza so decided to try here. It did not disappoint. BBQ chicken was amazing. They forgot the garlic, which only downside, but they didn't skimp on any toppings. Lot of places seem to be getting stingy with toppings, but not here. The garlic knots are unique and really good, and the kid said the spaghetti and meat sauce was delicious. Highly recommend if your in the mood for pizza. Staff was friendly, food came out quick, andall was good.

My husband and I experienced Crust Pizza for the first time this week and we were extremely satisfied. I've never seen my husband eat an entire pizza AND salad. Furthermore, he actually COMPLIMENTED the salad (crunchy and fresh). My husband never compliments a salad!! He ordered the Hawaiian minus cashews add bacon. I had the Blanco and we shared the garlic cheese bread. Even as leftovers our pizzas were delicious. THANK YOU CRUST PIZZA STAFF. We will definitely be repeat customers. Gotta try this month's Pinky and the pepperoni rolls.

I subtracted a star for the Service Fee that I paid when I ordered to pickup. I picked up my order myself in my car and was charged to do it. I love the pizza, but the fee offends me. I won’t be ordering again.

Really enjoyed eating at Crust. We are a family of four and our kids are young at 2 & 3. Order a 10" Blanco, and a choose two for $10 special with a 6" pepperoni pizza and bowl of Mac & cheese, plus a beer for husband and I to share. It was $33 with tip and I'm quite pleased by that. The staff were super nice and just very congenial without being bothersome. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place since it is near Target, where we do our grocery shopping. The menu had a lot of good looking options, but we stuck to the basics for the first try. BBQ and classic pepperoni. Both were delicious!!! The sauces were flavorful, lots of meat, and the right amount of cheese. The staff were all nice and were keeping the place tidy as guests came and went. We will definitely be going back!

The best pizza I've had in BR so far! At this price of pizza you can't get any better than Crust. It's not thick and not too thin. Crust is always crispy and the cheese always gooey. They have never let me down. Also great choices of flavor combinations and the build your own you can add plenty of toppings for the standard price. I have nothing bad to say

Crust Pizza is the best out there. On Wednesdays they have half off all their wine! I love the CARL’S KING pizza and the Caesar salad.

This was my very first time going to crust ! I did take out but the area was nice and clean and the food came out fast. Well I am in love with the taste of the tomatoe soup and bread . I will be back for sure to try something else

The food was phenomenal! I got the Hawaiian pizza on gluten-free crust and was very pleased with how different and delicious this pizza was. The server taking our order was very efficient, but the cooking staff tends to be slow. When one of our pizzas did not arrive, it took almost 20 minutes after everyone else got their pizza to get that pizza. The accountability just wasn’t their feedback was given and we are hopeful for changes in the future. Service is slow but that’s because they’re busy. Great bang for your buck pizza, the atmosphere is better than jabby or lit pizza. The toppings definitely taste fresh. They have cheese for the lactose intolerant too Highly recommend

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. We had pizzas, cheese sticks, and dessert and it was all delicious. They have a game outside the kid’s or adults can play and they also gave all of the kid’s a dough ball to play with while we waited for our food.

Kinda my new favorite pizza chain! Online ordering through Toast is a breeze, with a generous rewards program thrown in. Every pizza we have had from there has been great - even the plain pepperoni. Their cauliflower crust is REALLY good! And service has been fantastic every trip!

We live across the street from this Crust Pizza on Millerville and we were pleasantly surprised by this place! We’ve had excellent service, love running into our neighbors here and the food has been soooo good! Such a welcomed relief from having to eat other chain pizzas which we don’t enjoy anymore. Crust Pizza is our new favorite. So glad y’all joined the community!

All was good, pizza was really tasty, I didn’t care for the cinnamon bread they had though, but that’s just a personal preference.

My husband and I came here a lot starting when they first opened and there has been a steady and steep decline in food that we can’t ignore anymore. You’re better off going to Lit or Jabby’s where you can actually see and tell them what you want on the pizza. Not having this available is just asking for errors to be made. We have had multiple orders at Crust screwed up, and they’ll fix it, but if you order two pizzas one is going to be cold by the time they fix the mistake. They also have given less and less toppings over time. Tonight I got a pizza with barely any cheese and sauce that was so utterly pathetic, dry, and disappointing. It really sucks because all of the employees are so nice and friendly, but after half a dozen screwed up orders, all of which we have tipped, I would have to be a complete and total dummy to walk through the door and spend even a penny here again.

Pizza tasted great! They have some unique pizza combinations like the Mr. Potato Head which is actually quite good. The crust and sauces taste great as well.

Wife and I did a lunch date here with the baby. The food was great and price was reasonable. We split a lunch special and a the goat cheese salad. We both left feeling full and satisfied.

I expect much better for an $25 ten inch pizza. It tasted like card board and they skimped on the toppings. In fact, ground beef would be better described as “a dash of ground beef sprinkles.” Never again.

My husband and I came on a jam packed Friday night and we were initially disappointed because every table that wasn’t occupied had mountains of trash and cups on the tables, we had to push pizza trays to the side to make room for us to sit down. It wasn’t until Leah stopped handling food and apologized to every table for the lack of service that was provided. Her speedy actions to clean the entire guest area and true professionalism made up for our initial encounter. Had it not been for her, I’m sure more people would’ve been upset, though there were other workers that could’ve cleaned the space that wasn’t handling food. Great job Leah!

No week is complete without my favorite restaurant with my favorite person. Every week me and my wife HAVE to do our crust date. The food is always amazing but the cherry on top is the service that we can count on from Tori and Leah. They both make the weekly experience worth wild, they’re extremely personable, fun and always make us feel like the crust royalty! Wouldn’t want to experience it any other way with any other people.

Veggie pizza has loads of toppings, tangy, thick flavorful sauce and perfect crust. Spinach w/ chicken salad is a must try. Nice to sit outside with friends and have a glass of wine or beer. They Are chinchy with the wine. Barely 1/2 a glass as a serving.....

genuinely some of the best pizza ive had. i got the caesar salad and the mr potato head pizza and also built my own. the caesar dressing was perfect and the salad was a great size. the mr potato head pizza tastes identical to a loaded baked potato. the green onions on top were the best. will be coming back <3

On my recent visit ( my third) my grandson enjoyed a custom pizza and I was able to stay on track with my diet by choosing a delicious Greek salad ( and one little slice of his pizza 😉)!

Great food and very tasty. If you are interested in ordering the cinnamon sticks, I will say that the name cinnamon sticks may not be the correct title for them. They are more like cinnamon cheese cake sticks with a chocolate drizzle. They are amazing, if you like a warm cheesecake like me. Enjoy and let me know what you think 😊

Terrible service...the time I went to the place I waited a long time. Besides, I talked to a lady who is Latina and is racist towards other Latinos. I went because of a relative who worked there and who, by the way, was exploited at work with a miserable salary and bad treatment.
