Best service and the food is so tasty!

This is the best Cava in Baton Rouge!! Workers are super friendly and kind. I am always greeted when I walk in and the food is always fresh!! Can’t wait to go back. 10/10 :)

Amazing experience! Every person was extremely helpful and kind. They gave suggestions and allowed me to sample sauces and dips to build the perfect bowl. I will definitely be back soon. Must try! Edit: I had to come back and add to this! This was my first time visiting, but definitely won't be the last. That was the best bowl of healthy goodness I've ever had! And the pita chips were delicious. I could go on and on. Just try it! The end.

Incredible food. Made me feel like I was eating healthy and treating my microbiome the right way. Many options, including spinach and arugula- great for someone like me that doesn’t eat traditional lettuce salads. Yummy chicken and sauces. Wish they gave me more chicken but it was a very filling and delicious meal.

Zack has never disappointed us. My girlfriend and I come here often enough to see that he is genuinely a fantastic worker. I always enjoy going to this location; the service is always great.

This location always gets the order wrong. They forget dressings and pita bread in the mobile orders all the time. Sometimes there’s toppings on there that I didn’t select on the app. Please do better.

It’s just like Chipotle but a Mediterranean version. It’s super delicious and the food seems really healthy. My wife and I love this place. We usually do the Custom Bowl and we often get two meals out of one bowl. I highly recommend it

Had a bowl at Cava. So full of flavor and absolutely delicious. I have Celiac disease so I’m allergic to gluten and they had an allergen menu available. I was Able to eat safely and it was just SO yummy!!!! The blueberry lavender lemonade is divine!!!!!!! The lady recommended the dressings that tasted so good. 10/10 highly recommend

Waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating, food came quick, and it was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quick vegetarian options in the highland area.

I have ordered online over 5 times and my food has never been ready when it says it is. The order onling and drive up pick up stinks. Ordering at the restaurant is way faster.

I mistakenly made my order for the wrong Highland location and the lady there WAS AMAZING!!! Theresa made my food and called the other location to inform them I got my food. She was super kind and made my experience 10000000x better!! The food its self was DELICIOUS! It tasted so fresh. This was my first time there and I will definitely be back. It is now one of my favorite places.

Very good food, excellent service and Miss. Haylee went above and beyond to help me with the nutritional part. I have to watch what I eat and with my limits I was still able to enjoy a meal.

I really love it here. The service has always been excellent, all of the employees do a great job keeping the store clean and making us feel welcome. One of the managers, Haylee, does such an excellent job here and we love coming to see her. The food is really wonderful and I love their drink selection too. Tasty ingredients, healthy options, and a range of flavors for different palates makes Cava a good option for something quick and decent. Prices are on the high side for what you get, and it’s inconsistent how full a bowl will be even if you’re ordering the exact same thing. Despite that, I still go back fairly regularly when in the mood, and the harissa bowl always scratches that itch. Staff at this location have always been friendly.

The food is good but the portion sizes are so inconsistent. Sometimes the bowl is completely full and other times like today it’s maybe 1/3 full. I don’t understand. And when I order online it tracks the calories. There’s no way this is 900 calories. I wish I could give this place a better rating but it’ll have to wait until they are more consistent.

First time coming cava. The food is good, the vibe is nice but the customer service is exceptional. I had the true pleasure of being assisted by Key. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had. Key was very happy, personal, helpful and most importantly kind and caring. Making great suggestions and showing great passion. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about this place. Will most definitely be coming back. :)

Pretty good. Pita wraps are a little messy, but they are good.

The atmosphere when I went was mainly 30- something year old fit looking men in business casual attire. I got a wrap with hummus, cucumbers, harissa, honey chicken, lettuce and corn. I asked them to cut it in half and she said she only does it when they’re not busy. Which was, okay. Great meal. Great price. I split it with my coworker and we had a very filling and energizing lunch for $10 Love that

Let me just say ! Out of all the locations in Baton Rouge. The highland location is my favorite ! I look forward to see Mrs Theresa on a regular! Her and her staff is doing phenomenal and the food is always fresh !!

We have a new favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. I love all the healthy choices they offer. Let me just mention one of the the drink options! The cucumber, lime, and mint drink is amazing! The service was super friendly! Needless to say we will be back 😊

First time trying CAVA!! My bowl was absolutely delicious, so flavorful. I was blessed with a love bowl and my dinner was on the house! Staff very pleasant and patient with my questions as a first timer. The little lady who came from the back told me she was trying to spread some love! Made my night. I’ll be back!! Thank you again❤️

Cava is good, this location is great, but I miss Zoe's. Not this locations fault. I feel like they don't give enough kale/lettuce per bowl, and there isn't a way to mobile order extra vegetable base. I feel like my bowls at home are more satisfying, but it's a good on the go option.

Pleasantly surprised! I met a friend for lunch. I walked in and looked at the menu and I made assumptions that I should not have. Each item had a lot of ingredients and I didn’t think that I would like any of them. I got the Balsamic Date Chicken bowl. My friend got the Harissa Chicken bowl. They were both very good and filling! I tried two of their juices. They were a little on the watered down side and were just ok. The restaurant looked very clean and well organized. Staff were all nice and helpful.

I loved my experience at cava. This was my first experience here and the food and service was top notch. Everything was very fresh and there was an amazing selection of juices that reminded me of aqua frescas. I had the cucumber mint and lime. Very refreshing and worth every penny

I absolutely love Cava… I was introduced to what I call this Mediterranean Chipotle first in Baltimore Maryland! As soon as I found out one came to Louisiana - I go twice a week & try to tell all my family & friends to experience it! I hope they open a Mezze soon!

Love the food but the portion sizes continue to decrease. We always carry out and in the past few months everything has gotten smaller for the kids meals and the bowls. Cannot speak for in house dining but it’s aggravating. Barely any rice!

It was pretty busy on a Friday at 12pm. The wait wasn't too bad and I got through the line in a pretty decent amount of time, maybe 10 or so minutes. The workers were cordial and offered a recommendation when I asked. The portion was alright, I've had less before. Nothing to complain about. The food was good. Always have high expectations for the flavor with Cava. Pretty satisfied. Would go again. As for my go to order: Splended green mix, right rice, half chicken, half falafel, hummus, tatziki sauce, corn, tomatoes and onions, tomatoes and cucumber, pickled onions, pickled cabbage, pita crisps, garlic sauce, and pita on the side.

Really enjoy having a good healthy option for lunch. Unfortunately this place is SO SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. I’m currently in line with 20 others. Line is wrapped around the place. There are 6 people waiting on pickup orders that are not ready. The team is furiously working to keep up. It is like this anytime you are here for lunch.

Cava I love you. I come to this location 3 or more times a week. This is the 5th time my pita bread was missing from the bag. Please include my pita I break my fast with these meals and I need a little carbs. I don’t understand how the pita keeps being missing.

Love this place! The employees at the front counter as well as the workers in the back gave us a warm welcome! The employees who prepared our food were very kind and patient with us as they explained the options to us newbies. I appreciate that Cava is safe for individuals with food allergies because they itemize and post the ingredients for each item so they can be seen clearly. The food was fresh and delicious!

Fresh and neat concept with lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Super friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Clean atmosphere with all the ingredients in display so you can see how fresh they are. Reasonably priced and generous serving sizes.

I’ve come here a few times since they opened and I love it. The bowls are delicious and fill me up every time! I’m a huge fan of Mediterranean food, but this is nothing like the other places in town—and I mean that in a good way! Next time I go, I’m going to try and build my own bowl, but the chicken and rightrice bowl is my go to. I’ll definitely be eating here again in the future 😁

Not only was the food amazing, but Amanda sold the experience. She was hospitable, shared her knowledge of the menu, and was attentive. She was the cherry on top of this establishment. 5 stars for her alone.

wow! just WOWWWWW!!! i’m not a big fan of falafel, but you haven’t had falafel until you’ve had cava’s falafel! #obsessed!! not to mention, their management & costumer service has improved greatly within this last month! so, if you’re in the are looking for some yummy healthy food, stop on bye! (& try the falafelllll!!!! oh & don’t forget that crazy feta dip too!)

Pretty good. Not too expensive. Tons of options. Build your own is a great deal. Will be back. Lots of drink options too. Didn’t ask for a tip, which was nice. Clean bathrooms.
