Today I was in this establishment, really for it being a Sunday I was super alone I didn't care anyway I placed my order, I really understood why it is alone the food is super bad it doesn't even heat the cheeddar cheese, the lemonade doesn't even taste like lemonade apart from that it wasn't hot at all everything is super bad there first time I reviewed a fast food establishment here but they really should reorganize and improve everything in this place it's crazy that one goes and buys something that thinks that at least you will enjoy it and it ends up with a complete disaster

Steak was not cooked ...no flavor ...place is yuk ...need new look ... and I'm one that love Charley's but was disappointed today ...

I had an issue at this location after ordering BBQ boneless wings, and what I received was far from what I expected. I requested the manager to contact me, but two weeks have passed, and I’ve still heard nothing. This has been a complete waste of both my money and time.

The staff that works in the store are very slow. Furthermore, they are talking on the phone and do not attend to the users.

Excellent chicken and steak sandwiches! We were just deciding where to have lunch and this place invited us California chicken and we loved tasting it and we went and bought it

I waited 20 minutes for them to take my order at the drive through after he said to give him a minute. The sandwich was ok not much meat at all but it was the end of the day so my guess is they ran out of prepped food. Wings were good the only reason I’m giving 2 stars for the food. I probably won’t be back. I would give negative for customer service

Pretty good. Fries sogged out otw home in the container they used. Everything seemed wet from the steam. The guy was really nice at the window.

Used to be good, but wait almost 10 min to take the order and 10 to recieve it....Is non sense.

Order boneless buffalo wings, barely any sauce on them. Fries were very soggy and sticking together. Strawberry lemonade was very good.

It was good. A little slow to take the order, considering there was nobody else in the restaurant. The staff was pleasant and food was good.

Ordered a large Philly with extra steak and cheese… this is what I received. When I called to complain there wasa fake number on the website. When I called the number on the receipt they told me they’d call me back… to which I get a text after I’ve already gone to bed. It is officially a week later and I’ve had no response.

Terrible service was waiting for over 6 minutes at the drive thru speaker kept saying please wait. Then I asked y taking so long stated I'm helping other people that just got there so disappointed I always come here and this is how they treat repeat customer

Wow, this is a real place that I loved, from the attention to the food.

Staff was very friendly and funny on the drive thru Definitely high price on the food ! You have to buy everything separate from the Philly fries and drink I gave it a five star because of the staff at drive thru

So My ma got the wings and I got the bourbon Philly, the wings were the best wings I’ve had, and so was the Philly. Now I’ve traveled a few places like Jersey, New York, Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, Chicago Illinois and had some good Phillys but this by far has been the best. The fries were delicious as well. We will definitely be back for more!

Out of all the food spots in the area I’ve grown to love this specific location. I’m always greeted with a smile and the employees are always on point and catering to everyone. The wait for the car to be served is out of the ordinary… even for something simple, 1 french fries, cheese and bacon…

Didn’t even order.. no toilet paper in the bathroom.. tried to call to speak to manager and the number is not the correct number for this establishment..

The employees work very hard and there is alot of impatient customers and the employees work to their best potential and are also under a lot of pressure. Too many customers only 3 employees. Are you guys tripping.

CHECK YOUR TO GO ORDER, ordered 6 sandwiches and only got 3. They were in big containers so I thought they doubled up the sandwiches and when I got home to check they were just 3.

La atención es buena. La comida muy rica. Siempre como y tomo lo mismo. Estuve presente en su inauguración. El manager es muy servicial al que conozco. Que su nombre empieza por K. El lugar es limpio ordenado. Y dan descuentos al personal que trabaja en la escuela presentando su ID. Bendiciones.
