Family business, enough said! The fact that the owners are there and serving their customers every day says a lot about a business. Never mind the fact that their shave ice and other delightful treats are also amazing, great job! Keep up the good work!

The best shaved ice in the Keys!!! We love Charli’s. It’s our go-to every time we go to Robbie’s. We eat lunch.. feed the fish.. and have shaved ice or a shake for dessert. Plus I’m in love with their airstream..

We love stopping at Charli’s shaved ice at Robbie’s! So many flavors and options, and great customer service. We love supporting this local family owned business. Highly recommend that you stop here on your Keys adventure and get a shaved ice and feed the tarpon at Robbie’s.

Worst service ever! This man is not kid friendly and was smoking pot in his little shop … Update- i don’t drink nor do i have kids but witnessed you smoking pot while screaming at kids. Have a great day.

Yummy ice cream and shaved ice, and incredible customer service! It was a hot December day and Robbie’s and Charli’s Shave Ice was the perfect place to get a snack! Large menu, multiple sizes, fast service (especially when you have tons of people and only one person behind the bus). We have members in our party with celiac and when asked if anything was gluten free, for celiac, they answered and even offered to show us the tubs of ice cream and flavor bottles! There was a mix up on our end and when I reached out later, the owners were incredibly helpful and understanding. This is definitely a small business you should support! Owner said they will have an allergen list for everything soon! The owners are great, service is fast, prices are decent, location is great, snacks are yummy! This will be on our list for when we come back to the keys! Don’t forget the key like pie I’ve cream, it’s delicious!

The product has more of a snow cone / slushy texture but not real shaved ice. Texture is rough compare to snowy shaved ice we tried on Key West at Tropical Vibes. So overpriced and misleading. If it is slushy call it slushy.

This place is amazing!!! The Expresso Milkshake is a must try. Beautiful small family who are absolute masters of their craft. Their love and passion is in every sip and bite. Must try!

The key lime pie ice cream is awesome it's a homemade My favorite is coconut roasted ice cream with marshmallow sauce yummy yummy for my tummy come and get it

Charli’s is a perfect refresher stop while driving the Keys! Oh, and it’s also located at Robbie’s, Islamorada’s bustling mini village where you can feed tarpons and many other things. So, you can get your yummy shaved ice and then walk around and explore all that’s nearby. I got the “Islamorada” special and it was a gelati, which is half shaved ice and half ice cream, it also had sweetened condensed milk on top and oh my was it delicious. Charli’s is set up in a super cute airstream camper and there’s plenty of outdoor seating nearby. If you need a break from the car and want a sweet treat, this is a great spot!

I didn’t know what I want so I got the strawberry shortcake. I am not a huge fan of Ices but this thing was the most delicious thing I think I’ve ever had. It was like one of those strawberry short cake bars but 10 million times better. I cannot wait to come back and get another one.

Absolutely delicious! The whole family enjoyed these amazing flavors. There is not only shaved ice but also, ice cream and specialty flavors that are out of this world.

I am in love. I was told by a friend to check this place out in Isla Morada as I was not disappointed. I met the owners Dan and Jen when I went to get my shave iced. they are super awesome and great folks. Obviously, panic ensued because #1 it was hot, and #2 they had a lot of delicious choices. Coconut, Piña Colada, Key Lime (more on this in a moment) shave ice and little did I know ice cream. Not just any ice cream, but the locally famous flavor of Key Lime Pie Ice Cream. Folks, after choosing the Key Lime Pie Ice Cream, I may as well be a fish ‘cause I was hooked. LOL. Great texture, and flavor combinations made this treat delightful. It is a high quality/gourmet frozen dessert. I recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing by Isla Morada to stop by say hello to the friendly owners, and immediately order anything in the menu. Whether you want to cool off, or have a great dessert, Charli’s Shave Ice on Isla Morada is a winner. LOVED IT!!!!!!🍧🍨

Every time I come down here me and my family stop here to get Italian ice, I come from West Palm Beach, which is about 2.5 hours north. My wife and I came about 6 months ago, just before my daughter was born and we arrived at they were closing, I explained that we came such a long way and they turned their machines back on so she could get some Italian ice which was so great of them. Fast forward to this morning, my family decided to go to Robbie's and get some breakfast at the restaurant. It was 9 am when we got there and when walked over to charli's after and noticed they didn't open until 11, so we waited around browsing until they opened. They opened up and I told her the story of the last time we were there and she remembered us, it was a great time and she even gave us the Italian ice for free. I highly recommend this place to everyone, from the product, to the owners and amazing customer service. Thank you so much

The Key Lime Pie ice cream is INCREDIBLE! Must stop for those with a sweet tooth! Just yummy!

This is a must have if your visiting the keys! Absolutely delicious and the customer service was amazing. The owner is super nice and even told us about a bunch of great places to visit that completely made our trip even better. We will be back next year and this will be one of our first stops. Highly recommended!

What a gem in the Keys!!! Best shave ice and ice cream around!! A must any time I'm in S. Florida. Great product, exceptional customer service, and the perfect place to stop and relax as you make your way towards Key West. Found this place after a scorching car ride from Miami a few years back and have been visiting every chance I get. I never write reviews, but honestly, I can't say enough good about this spot. If you don't stop at Charli's you're missing one of the best treats in the Keys!

THIS.ICECREAM.IS.THE.BEST. Honestly, my cousins, boyfriend and I were soaking wet(raining all weekend), couldn't go to the beach, and got left behind by the family, but this ice cream saved the day!!!

OMG so good! So delicious and I've tried 10+ flavors. I'm a local, and I stop here regularly on a hot day when I need a refreshing shave ice. I dream of these.... seriously if you have never tried authentic shave ice, go here.... a million times better then a snow cone and no need to go to Hawaii. And the owners are great. A must stop in the keys!

Yummy! I don't even like shaved ice all that much but this was delicious! Better, in my opinion, than shaved ice we've had in Hawaii. We went back 3 times! Edit: make that 4 times!

This is some of the best shaved ice I had so far... (and I have tried the world famous ones in Hawaii and Kauai). The ice is very smooth. I would recommend the Islamorado. It's just the right amount of sweetness and very refreshing on a hot summer day.

A must stop every time I come down. A great place to come get a real Keys experience amazing flavors made fresh to order so GREAT!

The ice was shaved reasonably well, but the syrups made with cane sugar left quite a lot to be desired. I can see having those as an option, but it's not a treat without the normal sweetness.
