What a view ! Very good sandwich and right next to boat fuel pumps, a great dive shop, and just off the highway for those driving cars.

Relaxing place on the edge of a canal, the food is delicious, the owners serve you familiarly

Great place for casual dinner outside. Huge menu- I’m not sure how these guys pull it off. But they do - and everything was delicious! We were a party of 7 and got mahi tacos, snapper tacos, snapper sandwich, chicken tacos and hamburger. All great. The black beans and rice were so good. And the ripe and green plantains were delicious as sides. Definitely eat here! We sat out at covered picnic table which was pleasant but it was pretty hot. If we had been fewer we would have sat inside.

Very affordable and the cracked conch was AMAZING. The owner was very kind and the staff was friendly and bilingual in Spanish and English. It was a little packed when we got there but the owner brought out some tables and chairs for us. Underrated little cranny in plantation key.

The food was unbelievable, I'm of Cuban descent and everything we tried here was to die for. The palomilla steak, rice, black beans, platanitos maduros, tostones, fish tacos, and for desert the flan doesn't get better than that. Homemade cooking with love and the attention and service was definitely 5 Stars 🌟, great attention as well. My sister actually lives 5 minutes from there so I will definitely be going back whenever I go visit her... All I can say is WOW!!! Great job Habanos on the Creek...

Located in a small harbor, super authentic and the staff was super friendly. The waiter just recognized us as German and could also speak our language. Funny. Lastly, of course, the food: great! Absolute recommendation if you are passing through.

No frills perfection. Order the Cuban Nachos and the whole fried catch of the day. Everything on the menu is high quality and authentic.

Arrived at prime dinner time and it took a bit longer than we hoped. But the food was amazing and authentic!! We had pork masitas and traditional roasted pork, both delicious!! Huge portions made great leftovers the next day!!

It's hard looking for a place to eat later in the KEYS. It's on the water next to a marina. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of locals eat there. The food was good with a lot of takeouts, I noticed.

We stopped in for a quick bite with the boys. We walked over from across the street near Creekside. The boys had fun exploring the waters while we waited for our Cuban and Midnight sandwiches. The kids had the Mahi fingers.

If you want local Cuban food, made by a local family then THIS is the place!!! Raul made the night!! Habanos On the Creek is a family run small business. Be comfortable, sit inside or out and enjoy the simple food made with love!! We will be back!!

Not only is this our favorite restaurant because of the fresh seafood and food in general that they serve here but the convenience of having them on my way home from work. These folks also know service, I often order their food to go online but enjoy coming in and feeling the warmth of the people serving

Very fun and delicious food. Great service! Huge portions of food ❤️💕❤️ We sat on a picnic table. They have chairs for the ends if you need to sit in a chair. Parking was a bugger when we went. If you drive all the way there and don't find a spot, you may need to drive in reverse to get out. We found a turnaround spot, but just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, food was very good and massive portions!! Shade overhead was great.

Tiny place with cold beer, a good Cuban menu & great big taste! We sat beside a cut between islands in the Florida Keys, enjoyed the boat show passing by & loved the food. Definitely recommend this place.

Stopped here after a recommendation from our tour boat Captain, Russ. The tostones were absolutely fabulous and perfectly fried! All five of us enjoyed our food, including the churrasco, midnight sandwich, and land and sea special. The fried yucca and sweet plantains were both perfect! Everything was more affordable than other restaurants in the area too. Our server, Yosuel, was lovely and he recommended the grated coconut dessert (dulce de coco). I'm not a huge fan of coconut but this was yummy! It was not shredded coconut but more of a mashed coconut in sweet syrup with cream cheese on top. It sounds crazy but you should try it! My kids already said they want to come back again. Delicious food, great atmosphere stting outside under the covered area, and we got to see a beautiful sunset, so I would definitely recommend this place!

Stopped in here to grab some Cuban food. Reviews said it was a good spot and they did not disappoint. Sitting outside on the patio enjoyed a good view, some manatees, and amazing food. Good portions, tender meats, and to top it off an amazing cup of coffee.

We visited Key Largo on a Christmas day and realized that most of the restaurants were closed. However, we were very lucky to met the owner and found this restaurant. The view, food, ambience, service, price, etc. are perfect!!! We ordered the snappers taco, special fried rice, and cuban sandwich, and everything was SO good!! I highly recommend this place!! It’s located near the water, so you can enjoy delicious meal while enjoying the view👍👍👍

Here is another hole in the wall gem you have to find in Taverier. Extensive menu with daily specials. Not muh atmosphere but the food more than makes up for it and it lokked right along the Taverier Creek.

Hidden little gem in my opinion. The food is great and affordable (For the Keys). I usually go with a lunch special. Portions are nice, price is right and the view is nice.

Don't let the small building fool you. This is one of the best restaurants in the Florida Keys. I live in Key West, tried it all, Habanos is hands down my number 1 favorite. Not only is the food incredible but the service is great and the people are friendly. I left my phone sitting on the table ( long day of fishing) and my server actually flagged me down in his car to return it! Amazing food and even better people!!

This place is amazing place to park Our boat When we got off there were fish everywhere inside the river the service was also amazing I got the chicken Philly and it was absolutely amazing you should definitely go here me personally I don’t like cuban but this place had many options

This place is a hidden gem and a must see. It tucked away on the water by the back of the marina. 3 tables are outside and right on the water. Lots of fish to see and we also saw a nurse shark swim by. The owner who I believe is Cuban was super friendly with a seemingly all Cuban staff. My wife and I had Cuban coffee and cuban nachos. Quite amazing. The nachos were made with plantain chips and marinated pork. Total bill was $20. Amazing and well worth the stop!

The mahi mahi wrap had a different twist. It was also stuffed with rice, black, beans, plantains and pico de gallo. The fried snapper was delicious with tostones. The guava dessert a must super fresh not over sweet. And the Cuban coffee a must. The service was great! And ate by the creek watching the boats go by.

Stopped here for lunch on our way home from Key West and WOW!! Amazing fresh seafood. My wife had the Paella and it was incredible, large pieces of fresh lobster. I had the conch steak, which is very rare for restaurants to have, it was beyond expectations. The rest of our group had fresh whole fried fish, chicken and steak, everything was excellent.

Great things come in small packages! This restaurant may loook deceiving from the outside but it is some of the best Cuban food in town! I eat here Atleast 3 times a month and am never disappointed! Consistently great food, with many options to choose from, flavorful and authentic food. My go to spot for Cuban food every single time!

We were looking for somewhere nearby that was open past 8 so we landed here. Everyone really enjoyed their food, we had smoked fish dip, shrimp wrap, mahi wrap, tacos etc. The portion sizes are large and prices aren't too bad. We would definitely dine here again!

I like the food here very much. The view is beautiful. You only get greeted warmly if you are known to the staff. I watched this repeatedly. Otherwise you are just a payment. No hospitality.

We love coming to this little restaurant off the beaten path, especially because we bring our pups and we get a nice view of the water. All while enjoying some great Cuban food! Hubby loves the pan con bistec, but I come back for the fried yucca! The white garlic sauce is so yummy and refreshing 10/10 would recommend!
