Visited Chef Neil’s today. Neil, the chef, was so super friendly. The Cubano and The Big One, were part of our order. Holy cow, BEST sandwiches ever. We also had the cheesy cauliflower soup, it was so flavorful. Large portions and super fast service. Can’t wait to visit again!

A down to earth small business w a wonderful owner (Neil) and good food. The sandwiches are on a good ciabatta that has texture and they panini crisp it warm so it’s perfect. No cold sandwiches unless you want it cold. We loved the food and returned 2x in the same day. Try the tuna and italian sandwiches bc they are so good. Inside a strip mall and plenty of free parking.

We were in the mood for a really good sandwich, we went out to Chef Neil's Bistro and had the "Cubano" sandwich, it was delicious, fresh authentic Cuban bread, pressed right in front of us 😋😋. Also, had the lentil soup and it was amazing. Chef Neil and his staff are very nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back!!

WOW! Me before going: “How good can a sandwich be?” Me after: “That was literally the best Cubano I’ve ever had!” And Neil was a super friendly guy! Kiddos loved it, too! 😄

Stopped here on our way into Legoland and SO pleased to find this gem! The Cuban sandwich was amazing, and honestly so was everything else we tried. It's a small mom and pop vibe inside with really friendly staff and owner who was great to chat with. The kids also loved the food. Such a great lunch place!

I goggled best Cuban sandwich and I was directed here. The owner a waitress was so friendly and the sandwich was awesome. I will be returning

It was my first time visiting this place for lunch, I don't think I would come make. First I walked in and said hi and this man who later on I found out he is the owner seemed very crabby not friendly at all. There was a young lady that did help me when I ask questions if it wasn't for her I probably would have just lefted. I ordered a quban sandwich with beans and rice. The beans and rice was really good the sandwich forget it, it had way too much mustard and hardly any meat on it. Everything is right out in open so u can see him making the food and he had a order of supplies come in at that time and told the guy just bring the order right on threw the middle of the seating you can't get threw the back door. I just didn't like it at all. Then he went back to finishing my food.

Great place to eat. Great clam chowder on Fridays. Have tried about half the menu. But the chowda is superb. Chef is a very personable guy. Service is always great

The bread is life changingly delicious. This bread will change your life, not to mention the sandwiches, haha. My BF loved the clam chowder, and the cookie was delicious. Will return.

We went to Chef Neil's Bistro for lunch and it was the best Cuban and Black Beans and Rice. I will definitely tell people to check it out.

Best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had! Absolutely incredible flavor! Macaroni salad was unique for me but truly excellent flavor as well.

Small, chef owned restaurant that makes an excellent cuban sandwich (nice and crispy on the outside). Came here for the first time because of a review in Haven magazine. I will definitely be back to try other sandwiches and salads.

No wheelchair access because of how old the building was. But Chef Neil said he would build a wooden ramp for next time. Then he set a table for me out in front!

I've been coming here for some time now and I'm never displeased. They have wide variety of choices to chose from. They're very personable and will get to know you if your a regular. I've tried a few if they're different items on the menu and they're all great. Be sure to stop through here if passing through the area.
