I ordered the four-strip meal with fries and a drink from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the fry box was only half full, and the drink had a hole in the bottom, causing it to leak everywhere.

12 skimpy chicken nuggets for $7.80, too pricey for my business

Excellent. Very busy, but team lead kept everything going smoothly. Every employee i interfaced with was smiling and gracious.

I can't think of a bad experience with them. They certainly know how to run a drive thru.

Ordered online a total of $77. Asked at the pick up section if everything was in the bag and was told yes. Drove home 15 minutes away to find out one of sandwiches was missing. Called the store and was told to come to pick it up. When I explained the above situation was told by the Manager Gabby that the most they can do for their mistake is to give me a shake. Drove another 15 minutes to the restaurant and the food was not ready. Spoke to the manager Gabby and she got me both items. And once again Gabby stated the best she can do was to give me a shake. Drove another 15 minutes home to eat my very cold meal and my niece to eat her cold meal. A shake was not valued to the 30 minutes drive and gas spent for Chick fil a mistakes and poor customer service. Honestly the worse service I have ever had from any chick fil a restaurant and employees.

I ordered a market salad. Iceberg lettuce was wilted and brown and rotten strawberries and apples. What a disappointment

Always tasty, quick service with a smile. They really have fast food perfected here. Years later they've actually improved even further. Multiple drive thru lanes assure service is speedy even during lunch and dinner rush. Nothing negative to say about this place.

I love chic fil a but in the case the worker that was handling the food at the window, stuck her hand out in the window of a customers car to pet a dog . She did not proceed to sanitize her hands after very unsanitary. She handed me my food even though my food is in a bag (thank goodness) I think it was very inappropriate.

Food was okay. Staff was great. Manager counseling an employee on his job performance at the table behind us, you owe your employee a better place and greater respect than that.

Service is great here! I ordered a Market Salad and the online menu states it is prepared on a bed of spring mix greens, sounds great! When I received my salad it was made with Romaine lettuce, blech! I avoid Romaine lettuce, so I won’t be ordering any more salads from Chick-fil-a. So disappointed.

For how many people go there it’s pretty fast. Whatever system they have works great!

Pick up service for couriers is sub-par. Handfuls of Employees chating behind the counter instead of helping get food out. Ignored everytime I go to pick up food for someone else. Edit dropped to 1 star due to another pickup delivery being ignored completely untill all customers behind me were helped even though I was in front of everyone and my pick up was already confirmed ready.

Two ways to order. Drive around place order. Pick it up and go. Park and go in the dining room. Order a hot chicken meal.

This location is almost always busy, but the service is quick. The dining area is always kept clean. Staff is always polite. Parking is a little awkward. You have to drive around the building to get in line, so backing out of parking spots can be challenging.

Always so fast even when they're super busy. And the people who work there genuinely seem happy at their job. That's very important to me as I have enough bad days on my own. I don't need to deal with somebody else's

I picked up lunch for our team. There were 8 orders. The hot food was on top of the salad. I had to reorganize the bag. No biggie. But when I asked for a receipt it seemed to be a big issue. After she returned with the receipt, she walked away without saying anything. When I pulled out the group of "runners" turned around. Very rude. The food was so so, the fries were soggy and the salad had a lot of brown lettuce. Will go elsewhere for our team lunches.

They were ontop of things here. Along with keeping up the Chick-fil-a quality I've come to so love about this chain, they made sure that everything was done quickly and withiut any issue!

Clean and Friendly Fast service

Went for breakfast and the biscuit was thin and small. Sausage and egg were bigger than the biscuit. Biscuit used to be big and fluffy.

There were long lines, as usual, but we went through pretty quickly. The waffles fries are dry, warm not hot.

Terrible location and often very slow as far as chick fil a goes. There's no entry from the main road, and the path around the building once you pull in is very narrow. Food is good as usual though and they've never messed up my mobile orders. Service is quite a bit slower than other locations after multiple visits. The owner of this location also gives out rewards much less often than the other locations I've lived near.

Staff is well trained and always friendly. Their food is delicious and above average for fast food. I love they are closed on Sunday as they are a Christian based business. We do miss getting food on Sundays from them, though, but God has certainly blessed them for honoring the sabbath. If you see their long lines on any given day or night of the 6 other days they are open, you know they are blessed. Great fresh food. Breakfast is awesome too. Their milkshakes, especially the peach, are the best I've ever had, but it is seasonal.

I've never had my order messed up at a Chick-fil-A. The staff always give plenty of condiments unlike other fast food restaurants. Excellent place to go for a chicken sandwich.
