The food and service are always excellent no matter which Chick-fil-A I go to.

I've been here a few times but last time I went kinda ruined it. I got 3 meals 2 of them had the new banana pudding shake and mine was a sweet tea. Got back home and had 1 banana shake and one peach shake somehow which isn't even on the menu so unfortunately my mother didn't get to try the new shake.

New review: ordered delivery just for a shake but ordered an entire meal from here. They didn’t send the shake I called door dash, door dash called them for a redelivery and Chick-fil-A made a comment that today was the last day for that milkshake. Um ok so you don’t send anything or call me. What does that have to do with my order. Today’s the last day but today wasn’t over yet. I will not be spending anymore money here. They even sent me the shake and it was in one of the small cups. $6 for a milkshake and they didn’t even give me the right size. 8/24/24 Food is good. Bad experience. I was a regular here. Not anymore. Went today and the woman taking my order through drive thru was rude and impatient. I drive 15 minutes to this location because they are usually so nice. Then they forgot a sandwich when I asked if everything was there. I had to go back on the drive thru line and didn’t even get an apology or some type of concern. I’m truly disgusted with my experience today.

If they would wait for you to scan with the app for your points.. Geez.. The cashier told me "too late" today. I'm annoyed cause it's a hassle to fill out that thing on the website. 👎

Terrible experience, and very rude manager

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. Employee didn't take order correctly, had to but in a second order. Chicken sandwiches where embarrassingly small and I didn't receive my whole order.

Food here tasted fresh and hot. My complaint is their drive thru. They blocked off most of the entrance to the place with cones. We had to go around twice before we can enter the drive thru.

Kalli is the princess of this place, she always recognizes me, even when she doesn't see me for a while, her smile and warm welcoming made my day today since I wasn't feeling good, she treats everyone like friend, I noticed that with other guests who were dining here too, keep up the great work Kalli and may God bless you and yours. This is the one Chick-fil-A that always seems to have employees who never smile or thank you for coming. I can't remember the last time someone there was excited for happy to work 🤣🤣😒.. customer service is last now days. I'm a young food and beverage manager who hates to see Chick-fil-A falling into the fast food empire of horrible service..

It is a chick fila what do you expect. Lady at the counter looked tired since they opened up at 6am. Could barely get into the place yellow barricades block the entrance. Food was warm but more cheerful employees.

I love the exquisite chicken, the smoothies and lemonade, delicious, delicious breakfasts, I like everything, recommended to the 💯

For $5 I would like afew more pieces of fruit and not just a whole cup of yogurt.

A super friendly girl helped me when ordering. The place looks very clean; very important aspect that many franchises have forgotten here. Very delicious food and sauces 😋

Ordered in app and went through drive thru but didn't receive straws, napkins, sauces or ketchup that we ordered. Not impressed Chickfila.

Difficult to enter with so many blocked entrances. Longer wait than I normally experience and not hospitable

I ordered a chick breakfast biscuit. I always order this when I go to chick fil a. They use to make it perfectly until they did construction and hired new workers. I understand the workers are doing the best they can. However, someone from hire up needs to look into this. My chicken biscuit looked a day old and the chicken was very thin , I always add cheese and they couldn’t even melt the cheese. I had it switched out for another one . It was better but the cheese still wasn’t melted because they don’t have a microwave. What restaurant Doesn’t have a microwave ?? I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Disappointed, after the remodel they took out the playground for the kids, no reason for me to travel to this location anymore.

Good food. Very fresh. Good service. A big stingy on the sauce tho.

Finally open after they remodeled, a lot of changes inside. To start, they got rid of playground, the kitchen is bigger than the lobby, so less tables to dine in, but you don't want to eat inside since it takes longer to get your order. It seems the way they are going is speed at the drive thru and it moves really fast.

Why is every entrance blocked?? Couldn’t even get into the parking lot because of all the barriers they have up. Decided to leave.

Every time I come for breakfast before work in the morning its always the same thing. I order the chicken biscuit and its as if its a day old sandwich. Also the chicken is very thin as well as the biscuit. Why is it I go to all the other locations, palm beach, the carolinas, north florida and they are perfect? Someone needs to look into this from higher up. Thanks but I cant come to this location anymore its not fair.

Always make sure to check everything on the window. At times I get home ans I am missing items I ordered.

So how do I explain this? Their employees hospitality is unmatched. Literally one of the employees ran to the door to open it and hold it for me and my friends as we walking out. The memes about this are true.

Great service at this location! Drive thru line is a hit or miss, depending on what time you visit but I think that is common with all Chick Fil A locations. Today they definitely made my day when they fulfilled my silly request for an order of as many waffle fry bottoms as possible!

Great food as always, served by a friendly staff is something we have come to expect at Chick-fil-A. This location leaves a bit to be desired due to closed entrances to the parking lot and very minimal parking in general. We had to park some ways away and walk there. Not really Chick-fil-A's fault but whomever selected this location didn't do their homework!

I've come here quite a bit. They always keep the drive through moving and they have never messed up my order at this location. Only quirk like most chickfila's the parking lot can get kinda hectic expecially sense so many other stores are nearby.

Stopped to get lunch waited at curbside. Got down the road and realized I didn't get my fries with my meal!!😢😢 Didn't have time to go back.

Surprised that most other chick fil a are faster than this one, also the particular round circle get you lost since its block south and east ...i dint like that , gotta go thru the bank but no signal was put ..but the food is always exceptional !

The food here is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. Thank you guys, you’re always amazing. My favorite sandwich is the Grilled Chicken Club, the waffle fries are yummy 😋, I like it he salads too, but the best is the mac&cheese, I just love it!

Their food feels fresh, the lemonade is excellent, I love it.

Food and Service are quick and accurate most of the time and of course they're happy to fix any errors. The atmosphere has become chaotic since it's so busy, so inside you'll see a lot of staff coming and going. It's not a calm environment at all, but they're almost always friendly. That coupled with the kids play area being closed off is why I rated the atmosphere a little lower. It's a clean building and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean as well. Overall great location!
