Terrible service, in all aspects! No matter how much they try to serve you well, they don't measure up! I placed an online order at 9:48pm, the system confirmed that the order had been sent through Mister Hot Dog's own page and by email, telling me that the order would be ready at 10:08pm. I arrived at the place at 10:15pm and I was informed that according to the system it was down and the orders were not arriving, but the system does work to debit and collect the order??? Because the cost of the order was debited from the account immediately. They asked me to show the order, I showed them the order on the page and in the email, they took a photo of it and according to the order it was already leaving and it was already 10:19pm and at 11:09pm they told me that they would return the money because the system I don't know what, they think they are deceiving the customer, the system works only to collect and not to send the order??? That's false, they didn't feel like taking my order, because they had the photo of my order that they took with the cell phone they use for online orders. It is a lack of respect and a mockery to have kept me there for almost an hour waiting for the order and in the end not to come out with anything. It is assumed that when one places orders online, said orders are “priority” because the system notifies the time in which the order can be picked up and the customer arrives at that time and the order is supposed to be ready. If you do not know how to handle the type of online orders, do not use it because they have demonstrated that it is not the priority to attend to or take out orders of that type, but rather the typical line in person. They don't know how to take and manage orders. This situation is the second time in this same place, I returned giving them the vote of confidence and it turned out that instead of improving, they worsened the service.

Everything was very good, the service was excellent, it's a shame that you have to eat standing up, which is why I don't like to eat there. But it's everyone's policy and I respect that.

My sister and I stopped at this joint while visiting my nephew a few weeks ago& the food is so so good. Like you really get more than your money worth. We spent less than $20& it was well over enough to feed us two with left over for another serving. This is our spot whenever we visit. And the owners &staff were very nice. See you soon Mister.

My husband and I really enjoyed our hotgod here. Pictured is the callejero. The toppings were a lot and it made it sort of difficult to eat, but the taste was delicious. The only downside was the wait, we waited 10 minutes as the first people in line, just to order - but I’d say it was worth it.

I have been to this place on a few occasions and I must admit that the food is good, but sometimes (I don't know if they have favoritism with customers) it takes more than 1 hour and there are people who pass in front of you receiving food orders , and additionally you can see the different treatments that the staff handles with the clientele, some are treated super nice, others (including me) are treated in a serious and a little rude way. Additionally, they have an established schedule on the internet that goes from 6:00 pm to 12 midnight, but if you go at 11:30 at night they tell you that they will not attend to you and that it is not their fault, it is the “Orlando mayor’s office” that gave them that kind of order. If so, they should change the schedule and not waste time and gasoline.

My favorite place 🤩 the dogs are great, the Polish is also very good and the service is always a 20 out of 10 🙌🏼, if you want to eat a good dog this is the right place!😍

I can say to this place “feel at home” in my time here it is the first place that I love for Venezuelan food and where they do not exaggerate their prices it is really good and the incredible service is a 20/10 Not to mention that I live almost an hour from the place and I am happy to make my trip 🫶🏻🤣

I didn't like the place. The times I went, they didn't give me my food as I asked for. They put so much in the hot dogs that it tastes like hand alcohol. Everything falls off the hot dog. I don't recommend the place.

You order a Pepito and they easily eat 2 of everything, they eat 2 and you are very, very full, I always go, I like it a lot, and the service has always been excellent, that makes it different from the others, keep it up guys 👌😮‍💨

I didn't like the service at all. It seems like they are used to serving friends first regardless of the people waiting in line. The men who cook eat with the same gloves that prepare the food. This is not hygienic at all. 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for my food and it still wasn't ready even though they had told me it would be in 25 to 30 minutes. I won't go back, it's not worth it! There are better food places, better flavor and quality.

If I could give 0 stars for the service I would. What a crazy mess there is in this place. The wait goes in order of the manager's friends. It doesn't matter if you wait in line, they won't give you your food when it's your turn. Those who prepare the food eat while they do it, which is not hygienic at all. Anyway, I'm not coming back. There are better places with better service.

La comida excelente, vivo en Austria y allá no tenemos muchas cosas que me puedan recordar a Venezuela. Fui por recomendación y cumplió con las expectativas, definitivamente recordé mi tierra. Mi única incómodidad fue el tiempo de espera, había bastante gente y el día estaba frío pero valió la pena.

Este es el mejor food truck de comida Venezolana que he probado y he vivido en 3 estados diferentes, he probado pepitos, perros y hamburguesas y tienen exactamente el mismo sabor que comerse uno en Venezuela. La atención es excelente, siempre con amabilidad, hay que ser personas conscientes y entender que si el local está lleno lamentablemente no tienen tiempo para ponerse a hablar con uno por media hora y es obvio, tienen trabajo que hacer y pedidos que completar, pero siempre te tratan con cariño, respeto y atentos a las especificaciones.
