Always a friendly staff every time I visit!

Worst customer service I went to the store today sunday at 1pm to find some fries chicken and there were none, also the wings are not fresh and the lady was not able to speak english or spanish to try to take our order, food not fresh when this time is busy and they suppose to have more good in the counter

Love it here. This is the Publix I frequently shop at and feel out of place in any other location. Always freindly and clean here.

As always the place is clean, the staff is very hospitable and friendly, they have a wealth of inventory, and the BOGO deals are good. The big drawback is the fact that Publix is pricing has gone up much more than that of Walmart and aldi. There are certain things you can only find here compared to the other two so that's an advantage but across the street is Aldi which beats it in packaged deli meats and cheeses and vegetables and fruits. The prices just seems so much higher than their competitors.

Never order subs on the app. Make sure they make it in front of you. I ordered a hot pressed Cuban sub today. When I got it home, it was NOT pressed or hot. It was ice cold. The cheese was hard and clearly old, and there was SO much mustard on it, it was dripping from it. It was inedible so I threw it away. Very disappointed. I should have just cooked.

Although this chain has higher prices than others in the same category, you realize why this is the case, in terms of attention, organization, cleanliness, order, etc. the extra that they give you is spectacular

Older black lady at the deli is super nasty. She had no idea that you could make a sub into a salad and argued with her coworker. Her ignorance probably plagues all her life decisions and she’s better suited for a job at KFC.

People are generally nice. I normally go at 7am. to avoid huge crowds. Parking is comfortable and is really good in general.

Clean and cashier was courteous

It is very sad that such a prestigious company like Publix does not accept support animals. They do not see the harm they cause to people like us who suffer from anxiety, depression, and many with autism who need a support animal, even if it is small. And then a manager comes and asks you to leave because your four-legged animal is not a service animal. I left the establishment feeling super sad and more depressed, and I was only in line to play a lottery number; I wasn't even in the food area. That's what I explained to the young man, and he said it's Publix policy and the law. One feels powerless and devastated by these events. They should be more humane and understand that there is a large majority of us who need canine support.

Customer service is always friendly. The cashiers are always friendly and very helpful. Everybody serves you with a smile at this store. The fried chicken is phenomenal here, The managers are very friendly and very knowledgeable about things that they carry. So if it's anything you need, feel free to talk to them. And they will gladly assist and help you.

Consistent Publix selection and atmosphere. Prices were good, for the area.

The grocery store I visited recently bears a striking resemblance to Kroger. Hailing from Michigan, where we have Kroger, Save a Lot, Meijer, and Walmart, I couldn't help but notice the similarities between this store and Kroger. My family and I decided to make a quick stop at this store after a satisfying dinner at the Crazy Buffet. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they offer reasonable prices on their products, making it a convenient option for our grocery needs

Very nice market but a little pricey.

Everybody is extremely nice. However, make sure when they are bagging up your glass items they double or triple bag them.

Please Bakery look at your pies before putting out for sale..apple crumb pie burnt crumbs...cherry pie (my favorite) burnt crust edges...please bakery pay attention to what u put out ..this has been happening for awhile with pies..I just decided to say something today...since I see it's still happening

Always clean, never out of stock, and customer service is out of the world. Everyone is super friendly.

I really like the self check out they have at this location. The one in Hunter’s Creek does not have self check out and I noticed that it’s not every Publix that has that option so that makes it very convenient. Easy to just make a quick stop in to Publix and not have to spend a lot of time there. Also the only time I don’t receive good customer service it’s with the pharmacy people. They always seem to have an attitude on the phone and in person sometime in the prices that you know a good RX and things of that nature.

The whole staff including the store manager Cody, the Customer Service Manager name Josh and cashier name Hajara at this store have no customer service skills! You cannot complete any transactions here without an issue. They pick and choose what customers to take coupons from and what type of coupons to take. The coupon scanned and they still gave me a hard time with no apology. If the coupon isn't for the correct item, it won't scan but it did so this proves my pick and choose claim! Forget about providing feedback to Cody and Josh, you won't get no apology then they try to justify why they cannot take the coupon in Publix language. Hello I'm a customer, please advise me in customer language why you couldn't take my coupon that scanned and voided it off because you are jealous that you dont have the same coupon and to give me a hard time, lying about why you couldn't take a coupon that scanned. It matched the item but the excuse was it was about the amount of the coupon for the sale item told by Hajara and then she called over Josh who said it was because the coupon didn't have a size on it. It said any size, well I picked up the only #SIZE that was on the shelf! They treated me like less of a person because they just simply felt like causing a problem for me. It's really sad how they are working there just for a paycheck but definitely not following their logo "Publix Where Shopping is a Pleasure" No, it's the opposite "SOUTHCHASE PUBLIX WHERE SHOPPING IS HORRENDOUS AND NOT A PLEASURE! This must be a FRANCHISE of Publix based upon their poor customer service skills!

Everything I needed I found with no problem

ALL ARE EXACTLY AND THE CLEANLINESS IS IMPECCABLE

Inside the store was clean and well-stocked with the exception of the deli area always had no cups it was a mess and sticky no lids no straws no condiments outside the store what's a mess on the front sidewalk but other than that the customer service was great management was great all in all I will give the store in 6 out of 10 rating.

Great meal not so happy about the prices but understand that was able to make three meals out of it.

Workers here don't seem very outgoing or socially polite. Most of them won't even look me in the face let alone offer assistance. Options are quite limited compared to other publix stores also. At least it's not overcrowded all the time tho.

Clean, clean, and yes! Clean. Nicely kept, find anything you so desire. Friendly employee that shows what all other establishments are missing throughout the industry. In todays big supermarkets, you'll see fewer interactions between employees and customers, but Publix is an exception to all of that. Food always looks fresh, to say the least.
