Last week I traveled to Lafayette and decided to stop at chick fil a. I had an issue with my order and of the workers, Ali helped me out with it in such a graceful manner. She was the nicest chick fil a worker i’ve ever met. Definitely made my day.

Good food, but really busy. Especially if you only have 30 minutes for lunch.

I have gone to this restaurant # 05004 3 times recently and all three times my order has been wrong and I have received disrespectful service. I have an allergy to cucumbers/ pickles. I specifically ask for no pickles every time, three times in a row I have received pickles on my sandwich. It states on the receipt no pickles then i get home and the sandwich has pickles. Every one of those times when going through the drive-thru the cashier outside has been holding a conversation with the other cashier while I wait for them to walk up and take my order. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Seems as if they are avoiding making fresh sandwiches and giving me what's already made. While taking my order they are not kind or even look at me, no have a good day, no hello, no sorry for the wait, nothing. I will no longer be returning back to this store and will go out my way to travel on the other side of town for better service. Order # 1017134. Store # 05004

Michael and Ali were so fantastic and enthusiastic!!! I wish they could give me my food everytime I come in. They had me leaving tonight with smiles from ear to ear in my entire car!!

Can’t even get into the parking lot. I will go somewhere else

Love how the order line is at the drive thru. The young man was 100% fantastic. Always great food.

The food served at breakfast is not the best.

I’m not one to complain about not receiving a Military Discount and actually I rarely ever ask if a business offers one . Well I asked and this place doesn’t offer military discounts when other locations do. The discount is only to police officers which I’m ok with believe me because they deserve it . However, I believe that military, first responders and senior citizens deserve it as a whole. Please consider changing your disingenuous policy.

This Chick-fil-A in Germantown, TN was excellent. Food was great and service was excellent.

Talk about unorganized. No clear signs as to where the drive-thru is and employees were a bit confused as to where we could pull up to leave since we got order before many in front of us. Not sure if order taker was new but we waited over 10 minutes to move ahead.

The food is always good. The service is alway good, and when we dined in, they even gave us a nice plastic place mat that sticks to the table for our kids to eat on. The place mats were very convenient.

My favorite Chik-Fil-A location! I love to use the app and earn rewards. The staff here is always friendly and goes above and beyond. A sweet young lady here encouraged me to try the hashbrown rounds with Chik-Fil-A sauce, and wow! Great tip! Delicious! I don't have to check my bag before I leave either. They always get it right. Love, love, love!

We were leaving a friends house late at night and pulled into chick fil a last minute 5 min before close in the pouring rain and they still served us hot food with a smile

Love chick fil a this new one is very nice but my chicken in my burrito was soggy and there was much more egg then chicken which is not usually the case but the chickn minis were great as always

The only complaint is when I am the 5th car from the window and they bring my food and I have to wait for 4 cars in front of me to get their food so I can leave

The chick Fil-A on Johnston is amazing the employees are Impeccable there customer service skills are through the roof, they go above and beyond on a lot of things and the management team over there is amazing. The food always great hot and ontime in a timely manner don't matter how busy they are which is highly impressive, and the most important the atmosphere is great one reason why I love coming here, I have been in some of my worst moods coming here and they know how to turn a frown into a smile very quickly and the othe customers here contribute with that for me also. Love Love the restaurant I wish them great success at this location.

The drive thru was full of people so I went inside. I had ordered and received my food in less than 5min. I was very impressed.

I have been a few times. Every time something has went wrong. Wrong order, no drink, they bring me my food, but 4 cars still ahead of me in line that they would not pull up to the side so I had to wait 10mins for them to get out of the way. Not sure I’ll go back.

Everything was great but something really freaked me out though, so I'm ordering the food they said the "my pleasure" thing we were going find a table and before we could sit down dude comes up with my food... wth that was some time traveling service I guess.. 😆

I'm so glad there's a Chick-fil-A on Johnston Street now. The old one on Ambassador and the one on Louisiana Ave were too far from my job and too much of a hassle to get in and out of. I've been to this new one several times since they opened and not only has the food has been perfect but the service has been amazing and the location is so easy to maneuver in and out of. I will most likely be back again soon

I love chik fil a. And being a new location, I was kinda reluctant. But boy was I mistaken. They were on point as most locations. Fast, courteous and very professional. No complaints here.

Newer location. No traffic backed up on the street! The food wasn't up to the typical CFA standard.

It is so nice to not only be able to eat real food, quickly, but everyone was so *kind*, not just nice. My meal was so lovely; thank y'all, I needed that kindness today.

New place, everything clean and the staff friendly.
