Very good fast food specializing in chicken. This restaurant only offers Drive or takeaway. Possible to eat on site but outside. Free parking.

Exactly what you would expect from this network fast food.

Worst of the worst. Watch out the tricky staff in here. They won't let you to use the restroom/bathroom/toilet even if you re a paying customer. The cashier didn't even provide my receipt or ask about it.

For the me the best is the cobb salad

No seats inside, uncomfortable metal chairs outside, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Better take away

Food was fine, cashier girl accidentally charged us for something we didn’t order— made us wait a while for the return (as our food got cold) and then still took the item back LOL. the staff also misplaced their own restroom key when I needed to use it….. found it about 10 mins later.

Worst place and very bad customer service

Excellent Chick-fil-A and nuggets, once again Very expensive if it was not for the kids only 2 items one sandwich and 8 chicken nuggets and one fries,$28 .

This is the second or third time that I have bought fries and they are barely half way full. CFA continues to raise prices but the quality of service and food has gotten lower. This location repeatedly gives reduced food portions. See the lovely pic of my large fries I received. lol

The staff no harm against them.Personally immature young minds discriminate against individuals who do not look like they have money. Standing at the order window for For approximately 8 minutes as managers and workers walked by me without asking my order.Due to my stress my appearance when you hear the whisper From an employee that refuses to serve you, you do how you dress.

Chick-Fil-A has mastered consistency. That is what I like about this fast food restaurant. This one is close to Marina Del Rey, so you can go eat and go to the beach or the Marina Costco after your meal. I love the waffle fries, the lemonade, the Market Place Salad, and the kids meal with chicken strips and ice cream in a cup.

Came here a couple days ago food is always good and fresh from this location One of the workers Mareily hands down nicest employee I’ve encountered there I recommend this place for a quick bite because they don’t have inside eating area

4/27/2024 11:41pm Employee CARSYN told a bold lie that the shake machine was inoperable, it was close to his shift ending, so didn't feel like making a shake. Thank goodness for good employees, like Angela, who told the truth and made me a shake. Where is the honesty & integrity to all customers?

I typically order for pickup here and my food has always been hot and fresh. And the wait has never been long either.

Food is as always delicious. Their sauce is addicting. The only downside is the lack of heat on the patio

Chick fil a is just generally my place to go I love their fries, grilled nuggets and shakes

The food was top. However, everything to go. Dining on site is not possible. Why only one star? I paid by credit card, but due to the defective device my (correct) code was not accepted four times and was reported as incorrect. After that, my card was blocked while I was on vacation, and then the process of unblocking it etc. began. Never again !

Best carnitas in town. We drove 2 hours to try them and they didn't disappoint. They gave a sample taco of their carnitas which was an A+ for us. Definitely going back and would recommend this place.

This is the second time coming to this location in one week, and the chicken was undercooked. It was still raw.

Just bought a chicken bowl, waited for my coffee than had to ask for my missing coffee twice and after I left notice no Fork inside bag..🙄….and no sugar no creamers I asked for👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The food never disappoints. The young man at the window had a bad attitude... like he didn't want to be there. Not normal for a chik fi le. Seating is outdoors.

My friend and I had just flown into LAX and he was going to show me the areas he grew up. While we were were driving around in the rental car, we both got super hungry and saw this CFA come into view! We stopped and ordered food. Deluxe sandwich was fresh and hot but unfortunately the fries were wilted and cold. Strange how you can get a hot, fresh sandwich yet at the same time get cold, wilted fries! 🤡

If you like greasy food and possibly genetically made chicken go for it but I don't see the hype for this place

Promotion said place an online order and get a free breakfast item the next week I did not receive it I called them they said it is only for Tuesday which the sign did not say

Food quality was really bad here. "Fries" were so limp it felt like they were made 2hrs ago. Chicken sandwich was dry.

The order taker was distracted we had to repeat our order four times and STILL managed to get our order WRONG

Our first meal in LA was here, Best Fast Food Place, so far. Best Burger, Best fries.

This Chick Fil A Never Shocks me, Tonight I got here about 11:45 Pm Granted they close at 12 I understand that. I waited on line as there was a group ahead of me. Now I am waiting patiently to place my order and I guess the Black young girl has to leave and had an attitude so she left the group cause she mess on the guys lemonade so she was pissy about that and Angela Comes little mexican and says oh we’re closed your done bye. I’m like you see me on line you could said hey after this group no more totally fine or after you were closed- it was Angela rudeness followed by the Black Girl with the big forehead and no edges!! But anyways Not going to let that bug me It’s my Birthday on the other hand, Real Talk this chick fil a is always trash The one on lincoln near pico is Wayyyyyyy Better!!!!!!!!!

Really terrible.. I asked what kind of chicken is in the chicken sandwich , and she goes chicken...so uneducated, I stated iS it lab grown or is it an actual farm chicken.. sje said farm .then I find on a interview an lab owner growing chicken for chick fila a ..I'm appalled, then i called back and was told the same thing that its chick and she hang up.. im done with them..

We made the mistake of assuming this was dine in so had to carry it home first. Even slightly cold it was yum! Visiting from Australia and this was one of our first stops! The diet lemonade is so good! We had the chicken strips, spicy deluxe burger, waffle fries, Mac & cheese, zesty buffalo sauce & chick-fil-a sauce 🤤

Prefer my chicken with a bit less hate. Also, you do mobile order to avoid waiting. Defeats the purpose of they don't start it until after you arrive.

they change the breakfast menu to the lunch menu at exactly 1030am every time and that’s what I expect out of a well-run fast food restaurant

They are the worst branch of chick fil A that I have ever seen. They are always late. They never care about customers and are very rude. When your order is 10 or 15 minutes late and of course you ask your order's status, they respond to you very rudely. There was a guy who told me "ok you can cancel your order then" he didn't wear a name tag so I couldn't know his name. Don't go there!

Tried this for the 1st time ever and it didn't dissapoint. Spicy chicken burger was so nice I had to get it twice. Server was very friendly aswell. All round would recommend

Honestly always a great experience.

Not only do I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is always fast, friendly and makes an easy experience. I've been to many other locations but I will go out of my way to go to this one as the drive through line is much quicker by far than most. Whoever is running that drive through line deserves a raise.

I've been to 10 different chic fil a locations in 5 states and this was the first time I've been to one that felt like a McDonald's or a Wendy's masquerading as a chic-fil-a instead. The building construction and layout was different, and the staff were different than regular chic-fil-a staff. They felt a bit dismissive and like they hated their job. Food was still good, albeit expensive. Because of the high standards I've come to expect from this company, I was slightly disappointed.

This place is usually pretty quick honestly a good idea to order ahead because it doesn't have much of a waiting area there's an outdoor seating area but it's right next to the drive-thru line so not the best. This place is built for drive-thru and it does that one thing very well you can eat there if you're in a pinch but I don't recommend it

I ordered a Chicken , egg and cheese biscuit meal for delivery, I got soggy hash brown bites and no egg on my sandwich. Like honestly there needs to be quality check person. This is the second time my order was like this.

Hard as a rock biscuits served with their mini nuggets for breakfast. Happened more than once. When you’ve been served FRESH SOFT biscuits from other locations, you would very much not appreciate being served hard ones.

Ordered delivery for 4 people. Each person ordered sauces with their food. Zero sauces were included in the order when it arrived. This is the second time this has happened. The food is dry and flavorless without the sauce. Will not be ordering again.

I had a really bad experience with this Chick-fil-A last week, and feel it's appropriate to share it. I'm currently recovering from reconstructive surgery on my knee after tearing my ACL, and since I am not able to walk or drive, I have been relying heavily on store delivery to get my food. A week ago I used the Chick-Fil-A app to purchase from the Lincoln Blvd store (I believe in conjunction with DoorDash), and received a message on my phone that my food had been delivered, with a picture of my food sitting on the sidewalk outside. Although I had asked for the driver to come to my apartment, I assumed maybe there was some miscommunication, and crutched outside of my apartment to where the photo was taken, only to discover that the food was no longer there. I don't know if the driver took it, or someone else, but I don't think this is an appropriate situation whatsoever. I called the Chick-Fil-A for support, and they told me they couldn't help but would have someone call me back to address the situation. 7 days later, I am still awaiting a call. I would really like someone to contact me and help make this situation right.

Mac and cheese chik Fila sauce chicken nuggets really hit the spot.

I just left this location with my family & they gave me a hard grilled chicken patty. I’m only upset because I got out of bed to grab something to eat really quick , now I’m still hungry, & don’t want to go through the work of hauling my family back down there.

This Chick is decent but they always short me on sauce. I think they get busy and forget. They are cool and surer chatty and that brightens my mood. Always hella traffic on the Main Street so be careful as you pull out. Ordering on the app ahead of time is a good tip too.

Nice spot, the employees are super friendly but good God trying to get in and out of this place is tedious. The drive thru wasn't set up in the best way. The food is always on point and is worth the drive way issue but you've been warned.

Very rude staff today, you stand at the window and people just look at you without saying anything. Toss you food at you through the window and roll their eyes as you say thank you. They must not be having a good day. Food was good so two stars today

A 2 for sure this place is nice to with an outside patio,but this day and I don't know how long it's been the bathroom was closed I asked for a reason one said it's broke,oh ok,but I don't believe them so I asked another that one person said they lost a key.I finally asked a customer who I saw ask for the bathroom it is outside,he told me they told him the bathroom is being replaced, whatever that means.Still I needed to go bad and I had to go to the IHOPS next door.I finally td the manager and he looked at me like I'm asking for to much,very rude and didn't think of saying any apology.

When this location first opened, it was nice. I recently returned and had a jarring experience. After ordering, we went to the outdoor dining, and there were MICE darting around the entire area... I counted at least 5. Though I like the occasional chick fil a sandwich, I won't be returning to this location.

Been to several Chick-fil-A's... this one by far was the worst. The chicken was horrible. My husband tried his food and we both threw it in the trash.

What's all the hype about? For $6 I got a small piece of boneless chicken on a small bun with 2 pickle chips and a plastic square of dipping sauce. Line was slow...I guess this is what John Q. is eating now.

I have been here multiple times and most the time they are rude. The guy named Jose is very rude. He has a bad attitude and the manager whose name is Jessica is rude as well. She has no way of talking to customers. She should not be a manager. She is unhelpful.

This Chick-fil-A is consistently slipping in quality ; just left and they forgot items from my order along with no straws for my shakes and overall poor food quality. 22$/hr to make soggy fast food is baffling but hey it’s California

The restaurant is closed for walk up orders. I had a free chicken sandwich on the app and wanted to add the waffle fries. Had trouble adding it and a wonderful team member went out if her way to help me at the pickup window. My belly was happy🚲

It was a quick line on a Thursday afternoon. Staff was very friendly. I like that they have outdoor sitting and a walk in window to order outside. Definitely recommend you check out this place.

Actually horrible location here, from the managers to the cashiers are just so unhelpful, I had multiple wrong orders and one day decided to call for some type of solution and a manager decides to give “store credit” but when I arrived to claim it, one day after they say “there isn’t any notes left here and the manager doesn’t arrive for another 20 minutes” actually worthless service and horrible here. They literally will hire anyone here so bad.
