Today I was with my family in this wonderful place and as always I was delighted, the attraction on the part of the work team was excellent, the food was always very fresh and of very good quality, the pleasant atmosphere, everything was always kept clean, I gladly recommend this cozy place

I have been ordering from here since they opened and their service has deteriorated greatly. They never seem to send enough sauces, even though you pay for them. And they have stopped finely chopping the chicken, which is one of the options that my kids enjoy. When I called to complain, the co-leader explained to me that the “manager has told them” that they don’t have to finely chop when they are busy because it is a service that the customer is not paying for. Well, I am paying for the food. So, that is simply wrong. Bad customer service. I hope that the ownership reads this so that they know how their management team is behaving and communicating with customers.

Today I dared to come to this location and I was surprised with the customer service from Rosie and her collaborator. Rosie's customer service deserves recognition. The place is super clean and best of all, there is enough space to eat inside.

Always the best chicken and salad bowls ever. I am a super fan of Chicken Kitchen and I always get the Cuban or Mexican small bowl, for $10 you really can’t beat it. Get the white sauce and spicey verde sauce for a killer combo. All locations in South FL offer excellent service and food quality. I recently moved to Melbourne and I still come back to eat it whenever I’m in town.

All the employees at this chicken kitchen are amazing, my family friends and coworkers all come to this CK simply because how kind they are. Specifically the tall younger man, I think his name is Yosei, he is extremely hard working, I come often and everyday he is always happy and greets us all with kindness. Amazing person. Also the older man, David, is the nicest guy in the world he is always smiling, treats my mom and I so kind. Both these guys always go above and beyond trying to make our day better. Hope they get the recognition they deserve. Amazing people

Have been going to chicken kitchen for 20 years since their first location opened up across from FIU. Glad to see they have grown and opened more locations. They almost always forget something like adding the chopped plantains to my meal! This has happened so many times including today and it’s extremely frustrating because I pay extra.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Had teriyaki chicken Chop-Chop bowl with toppings. It was quite tasty and a good portion size for lunch. Would order again for sure!

This chicken kitchen is in the Winn Dixie plaza at the corner of Sunset and Galloway in miami. It’s got plenty of parking, is easy to find, and the food is fresh, reliably good, and fast. The inside is always clean, it is freezing though and when you stand at the counter to pay or place your order there is a strong arctic wind from the AC vent overhead. Bring a sweater if you plan to eat inside. They always give you as many sauces as you want and don’t skimp on portion sizes. Staff are very friendly. We go often. 👍

We usted to go to the chicken kitchen on Kendall Dr and 107 Av and we loved the food, but couldn’t stand their customer service, it’s horrible and non existent. We are so glad to have found this one. This is one of the best chicken kitchens I have ever been to. The food alway tastes great. The service is always amazing and the workers are always so kind and friendly and they remember you by face if you go enough like I do. Also the brownies they have there are one of the best I’ve ever had in my life not exaggerating. This place is so good I bring my friends and brag about this location in specific all the time. I’d rate this location a 10/10 out of all the chicken kitchens I’ve been to.

What a great place for a good meal. But what makes this place even better is the excellent customer service. They go out of their way to make it such an enjoyable experience. The manager and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean, good lighting and pleasant.

Finally chicken kitchen is back. All the other CK around Miami have gone down in quality and cleanliness so I stopped going for years. Gave this new one a shot and I'm glad I did. Everything is fresh and they have large portions. The sauces are no longer watered down and you can actually taste the curry in the curry mustard.

I have been to this location two times and both times the quality of the food has left a lot to be desired. In my chop-chop, I got served the burned-dry edges of the chicken breast. I had to order an extra serving of chicken just to have a decent amount to eat besides the rice. On top of that, it was not good value for the amount of money that I spent. I will not go to this location again.

This specific Chicken Kitchen on Galloway is hands down the best Chicken Kitchen I’ve ever been to in my life .The extreme professionalism , down to work ethic & of course quality of the food has me coming back to this new location more & more . Johnny is an incredible employee and has made every experience so easy and personable . The customer service is incomparable to all the chicken kitchens in the sunset / pinecrest area .If you’ve never been to a Chicken Kitchen , this location is where you need to have your first experience, and if you are a avid chicken kitchen lover COME to this location every time you will not be DISAPPOINTED .

I come in all the time for dinner or lunch and the staff here is amazing. Johnny, Ruben, and Evie are always there to great me, happy to see me, and have my order ready to perfection. Ruben and Evie are going out to their way to teach me Spanish, talk about above and beyond service. I love coming to see them and ordering my food with this crew. The staff at this establishment are the friendliest, nicest and overall best well-managed group I have ever seen. The manager it’s very friendly and goes out of his way to remember customers, and their orders, and a little bit about them. A very well ran establishment. My girlfriend and I eat here every week despite living closer to another CK.

We had been waiting for this location to open and it was worth the wait. The staff is always so pleasant, especially Johnny and Linda, quality of food is always consistent, they are generous in their servings unlike other locations, and very important to us is the cleanliness of their food stations. I have given Chicken Kitchen various chances to win my business but their model is broken. For $13, you have less than half of a chicken breast (yes, their measuring cup system is absurd despite ordering a large) and two cups of rice. The other day I order a small sweet potato and a small side of chicken (equivalent to a quarter breast) - $15!!! The chicken is usually dry and the pita is always stale. They either need to increase their chicken portions or lose all their market share to 3 Chefs or another healthy food spot. Gave them two stars because that siracha curry is straight 🔥!

The staff here is SO incredibly nice and welcoming at this location. Not only that.. for some reason their chicken tastes better than in any other location. My son loves the brown rice and black beans from Chicken Kitchen so when he saw they were opening this location, which is walking distance from our house, he was ecstatic. Until reality hit. We went on their opening weekend. I had a low carb chop, which was good. My son had his usual brown rice and black beans. Except he couldn't. The brown rice was hard as rocks. We'll be going back to our old location, even if it means driving. ===================== Edit/update: we've gone back and the rice situation is much better. So we're coming here more often, typically twice a week or more. The staff here is super friendly and already knows what we usually want.

My son and I love Chicken Kitchen and are so happy they opened the Galloway location. We love the service. Everyone is cordial and pleasant. And the cilantro rice is to die for! Everything is nice, bright and clean too! Visiting Chicken Kitchen is a weekly treat for us 😊
