Water did not seem to be having a great day and it was visible.

Food was good, server was great!!!

It was a great night with my two boys.

This has always been one of my favorites. Sadly there isn't much open around them and I really hope they don't follow. Not many Chili's left. Can't say I've had everything on the menu, but what I have had has always been delicious.

Today the old timer burger was great

The bartender Izzy was absolutely the best.

It was a little busy and very short staffed. Service was good thou so was the food!

Food was average at best but we just had the worst possible serving experience. Our server never checked in on us for refills and instead just chit chatted about going to Europe for like ten minutes with the table behind us. Won’t be coming back again if the service is this subpar.

Love their chips and salsa! Also would highly recommend getting their Cajun Chicken Pasta. One of my favorite items there.

The food and service were both great! I love the small big mouth burger bites when I'm craving a burger. Hits the spot every time!

After receiving our food, our waitress asked “if I was sure” that I wanted more croutons and dressing for the side salad and was adamantly against and telling us why she didn’t refill drinks when they were gone, and with the 3 tables in the entire restaurant she was “really busy and would get to us when she could”. And after our 35 min wait for 4 dishes, 3 of our guests ended up with food poisoning. A member of our party called to dispute the situation and was told that nothing could be done and the person on the phone was the manager and informed us that she was the cook all night and swore none of the food was wrong, even through 3 members getting sick and vomiting shortly after. Very unprofessional and rude manager/cook that refuse to do anything proper. Would not recommend to anyone with a sensitive stomach or better yet anyone looking for a decent meal.

My family and I decided to go to this Chili's to celebrate my late Mother's Day even though it is not our favorite. which we always usually visit since we were in that area and this was the closest for us at the time we gave it the opportunity and for our experience it was very bad starting with us sitting in the kitchen area literally all the annoying noise that came from There with the dishes they did not allow us to have a pleasant chat between us while waiting for the food. The worst part when we arrived at the table our food is completely different from what we each ordered and to top it off completely cold as if it had already been served before placing the order. The waiting time and quality above all is very important to us so we will not visit this place again. We waited 15 minutes to get seat while we sat at the bar which serviced us right away, then an additional 30 minutes went by after we were seated and no one came to take our order. After we were left with empty drinks we paid for at the bar we decided to not waste our time there any longer and left

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had! I went on Tuesday April 30th, at 1pm and the waitress serving me was not friendly and did not check up on us a single time. We did not get our waters until all of our food came out, which was about a 15 minute wait. On top of that they did not have the signature thick mozzarella sticks that the menu promised, instead they brought out regular mozzarella sticks with no explanation. Do not dine here!

Chili's is my new favorite place. When my wife's cousin comes back to town I gotta make him come here with me since he loves it so much. My experience was wonderful. Great food, great service, chips still tasted great days later.

We only had to wait about five minutes to be seated. Jalynn our server was great and the food was excellent.

Haven't been here in a while but was happy to be back.

Cant talk loud in here especially when you spent 100+ dollars passive aggressively kicked us out dont go here if you want to have a good time its definitely not allowed

I ordered the classic ribeye in Uber Eats, and it was amazing seasoned well, mashpotatos was good I will definitely get it again

Really poor service, food wasn't even average. Skillet queso was cold and had very little beef in it. Ribs were only mediocre.

Kicked off the Birthday week at Chili's. I love their 'classic nachos' and get them at least one a year and January is that time. He loves their fajitas and I was finishing up the nachos when the food was delivered and didnt get to taking photos of them, he does steak and chicken for myself but always amazing. Everything we ate was amazing and service was great. We will be back for sure!

Unlimited soup was worth every bit of the 6 hours, one way, driven to eat it. The staff, however, would not let me forego the salad and even ended up peer pressuring me into eating it. It's okay though because I got a second salad and she said I could just eat the croutons. Four stars because there is only one stall in the bathroom.

Food was great just wish could of got refill on ice tea. Had a very fun waiter that made for a comical evening.

I really like chili's, and this one wasn't bad

The food was good and the service acceptable. I only wish the place had been cleaner overall. There was debris on the floor and some tables badly needed wiping. We went for a late late lunch and it seemed like someone could have taken the time to clean since they were not busy with diners at all. Consistent quality of food as expected with a chain operation.

Good food . Quesadillas were nice. Service was a little off. Not his fault. A very demanding table (7 people) were next to us. He handled the situation pretty good. The manager did chip in to ease the situation.

We had a group of over 15 people and they did a great job of accommodating us. Our meal was accurate and timely. It tasted great and they had some money saving deals.

My daughter and I unfortunately got food poisoning after eating here. Ive have great experiences at chili's in the past. But my 4 year old and i both ate the chicken crispers and no one else got anything. So sad but i probably wont go anymore...the service was great though!

Menu changed, not as many options for starters on the "you pick 3" option. Kinda disappointed

On 5/12/23 My family came in for dinner they got their food and I had to sit there waiting for mine 15 mins . We will not be back.

I ordered an appetizer. It wasn't their egg rolls that I remember having before and their Buffalo crispers were so crispy they were tough. Won't be back anytime soon.

I'll admit it's been probably a decade since I've been to Chili's. Honestly didn't know there was any left in Omaha. Went in on a Monday, late afternoon, got sat right away! Surprisingly there was quite a few people who came in behind me. I was going to order a Cesar salad but you can't come here and order that lol So I ordered the Triple Dipper, it was delicious!! I will say Chili's definitely stepped up there game!!! My waitress Amanda was very pleasant and helpful as well as the Manager, I think his name was Andre. Both very attentive. 10/10 recommend! 😀

One of my fav places to eat. The spicy chicken ranch sandwich is exactly that: oh so delicious! We've never had a problem with our service, usually seated fairly quickly unless the super busy busy times. But the staff is always so kind

Excellent food taste & service! It was not too full and easy to order.

The metal chairs and the stone-like floor make it very noisy. Especially when staff are rearranging tables and chairs. They tend to drag things instead of lifting and placing them. This makes horrendous noise. Very grating and is not conducive to good conversation.

My wife and I, with our 2 daughters, stop here to eat about twice a month. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. They have a nice selection of food on their menu to please everyone. We will definitely eat here again

Planned a visit with a group of friends and totally enjoyed ourselves. Our server was covering essentially the entire building, save the bar and killed it. Friendly, accommodating and accurate. Our visits will be a regular occurrence going forward.

Meeting friends for dinner, staff was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was incredible.

The trip dip was great and the ribs while a tad small tasted great. Our service was great as well

Everything was COLD, waited ten minutes for hot water in the bathroom, still didn’t get any,told” we’ll it’s cold outside, what do you expect” FTP! Don’t go here and cook at home!

Katie/Katy was an absolutely amazing server. She was so genuine and got food/drinks out so fast. Her hospitality made my dining experience better than any 5 star restaurant.

Beautiful place and great servers! Very professional, speedy, helpful and kind. Food was perfect, a tad greasy but that's what you expect when you eat out! Did not take away from the flavor at all. Perfect place to think early in a weekend when it's quite empty.

Their chicken enchilada soup is always spot on. They don't caramelize their onions. Apparently, they don't Sauté anything. The onions are baked in an oven. Steak fajitas were sub par with under cooked veggies. Not a fan. Staff and management have always seemed nice and accommodating, and definitely do try to fix things quickly

Wasn't much impressed for trying it for the first time. My burger was burnt with not much sauce, for a $20 dollar meal. It definitely wasn't worth it. I could make a burger better than that at home. My mom's mini burger was burnt as well. Our waitress kept forgetting us and I had to find her twice to get what we asked her for.

Food was great and came fast. But it didn't feel very alive in there.

Nice experience dining tonight - had to wait a little bit but no big deal, our server was super nice and helpful and the food was excellent. Looking forward to my next Chilis meal!

What a rip off, ordered 6 bowls of enchilada soup...was only 3/4of a cup of soup in containers paid $5.89..when was told would be 2 cups of soup in container, called and complained...manager hung up on me

I ordered drive up today (sat 12/10). i just want to say that the food for the price is top-notch in my opinion. the person who brought the meal out was especially cordial and represented the restaurant/company very well. she commented on wanting to see my dog's face. funny and nice. the restaurant/takeout lady can contact me...

I got a chicken sandwich and it literally looked like everything was thrown together and my bun was completely smashed. I’m pretty sure someone gripped that bad boy hard or straight up punched it. 👎

The waitress, was kind, funny, and helpful. We got our food at a good time and it was tasty. Separately, I'll finish this off by saying that my family and I had a not so awesome experience with man that sat us. Didn't get his name but he wore tight blue pants. We sat in the bar section at the high tables mostly because the simpsons was on. We even expressed that being a reason we wanted to sit there. He promptly went to change the channel. When we asked why he basically told us we could "sit somewhere else or go to Applebees" which is just just another building over in the plaza but besides the point. We chose to go there because my mom like their apps. He then proceeded to talk to the customer behind us loud. The point being he could have apologized and explained from the get go "hey guys sorry i cant leave the tv on this channel in here due to this, that, or other" if there is indeed a rule there can only be the news or sports on in there explain the tv in the other room playing the simpsons or the tv in the same room behind the bar playing crime dramas and jeopardy.

Had a great experience here. Southwestern egg rolls and the sampler were fantastic. Staff was great and I'd recommend coming here.

Got the spicy shrimp tacos. Didn't find them spicy at all but they were still tasty. The table we were at had food on the wall under the table. Salt all over the divider between our booth and the tables next to us. My Arnold Palmer tasted like it was maybe 10% lemonade. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got.

Actually one of the better steaks I've had in town and sadly that includes steakhouses.

Their chicken sandwich is so good, and it's really big.

Don't order the chicken they don't cook it thoroughly

The ribs wear out of this world, I had ordered them with the sauce on the side and they fell off the bone. That could not have been done any better. The loaded mashed potatoes and side salad were equally spot on. My friend had one of their double bacon burgers and said that it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. We had a really nice time and I can only recommend this restaurant

We had fajitas and they were awful. I suppose we could have said something but we just wanted to get out of there. The guacamole was gray in color. Our server was good though. Won't be eating there anytime soon.

I was stunned on how dirty the bar and top tables. The floor was very dirty. We won't go back there again!

This is not tex mex as advertised. Where are enchiladas, etc. ? This is more like an Applebee's menu. Service was excellent.

Left Applebee's because no server came to our table was greeted as if I was a guest and not an inconvenience food was good and service was as well definitely going back..ps sorry I chose Applebee's first won't happen again.

Took my took my son and grandson. Grandson had not been there before we ordered dinners from the 1099 each menu and had a great rainy night evening. Food was good and service was good 😁 also got the big appetizer platter. It was awesome and a great way to spend a second or third rainy day in a row.

Great place. Good food. The only issue was the little "tablet " that was supposed to take your order or call for your waitress did not work.

Took advantage of Tuesday OLDTIMERS Burger. Placed a order by phone. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes, waited in curb side parking for 5 minutes with no other vehicles waiting. No help so I went inside to see young lady on the phone Struggling to take a Order. I decided to go use the restroom while waiting. By the time I got back she was off the phone and assisting me with paying for my order. Did not know that the had switch Systems on how to pay for your meal.. Ended up having a young man come over who said he was a Manager assist in paying my Bill and get me a receipt.This took almost 10 minutes. I couldn't enough get a updated cc receipt with my tip on it by the young lady so I had to have it set to my Email. I left disappointed and drove off only to pull over to find out that all 3 burgers were incorrect with my special instructions!!! I drove back to Chili's and asked for a Manager. Again I had to wait! Finally a Manager named Lexi spoke to me. I was very disappointed and upset at the situation and try to explain the whole thing to her. She informed me that she was the one that took my order over the phone. I just felt she didn't want to have to hear Me constructively vent on how bad the order was and why wasn't it checked . NO OWNERSHIP on the MISTAKES or a simple APOLOGIES... She was more concerned on what she needed to do. I was totally flabbergasted by this And asked her how long you would take to replace the order? She informed me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. At that point I felt she just didn't want to expedite anything just place it like a new order like my original one. By now I've been at the store for over 45 minutes. I asked for a refund/credit on my CC. She came back and said it was done . I asked her where am I where my receipt was showing credit.. She informed me that she didn't have a receipt for me that it be available in a few days. By now, 1hour passed and I informed her to have the General Manager contact me tomorrow by lunch time so we could discuss how to diescalate the situation Or I would move on. Zero response (2:02pm). I felt I should share this.... Good Luck on Curb-side and some of the staff! Dine in ask for Katie!!!

Honestly the food Is Not that Great , service was slow. Took 1hr before we got are food. Almost is as bad or is the same as Applebee's food. Should get 1 🌟 🤩

The customer service was good. But she messed up my order because she didn't write it down she thought she would memorize it in her head and no she did not.

Went this evening and it was very emptybut we still had to wait (short on staff). Once seated, the host got our drink order. He was not able to take the alcohol order due to his age and messed up one the drinks and another only came half full (root beer float). Our waitress was wonderful and main reason for any stars, but had too many tables so it took a while when we requested something. She quickly corrected the host errors. Food came out mostly correct and some of the items did not taste good (the rice). Since our waitress did not bring the food, I won't blame her for the mess ups, but she again quickly corrected them. We used to frequent this place, but noticed service and quality go down hill. We tried again tonight in hopes that things had changed, but will likely not be back.
