Great to see that your employees are purposely messing up your customers orders and are allowed to continue to work there. Keep up the great work Jimmy John’s.

Sandwich was made well. Staff was friendly

It’s been an HOUR since I ordered for delivery and still don’t have my order and they just lie and say they just left. I literally work 5 minutes away. It’s happened enough times I’m finally mentioning it.

The food is good☺️ and tasty I left my first review the first time I went today 2-22-24 and had a kicking chicken taste great just be careful as the sandwich is tasty fresh and the peppers are a little juicy you want more to the owners next time I stop by I take pictures so people can see how nice a place you have.

The person that was at the register was beyond rude for no reason. My wife and I ordered she got a combo I ordered just the sandwich when I pointed out that I just wanted one combo the person running the register got a giant attitude and started poking the screen all angry like and being rude. Then they didn't give her the cup for the combo and said get whatever chips you want in a rude manner. I work in hospitality and realize people have bad days but not to constitute such an attitude over an easy fix. I should have left but I was craving a gargantuan from now on I'll go to picklemans or gandolfos this is not the first time your employees have been rude at this location.

I should've checked the reviews first. It took 98 minutes since my order for this location to deliver 5 blocks away. This is apparently a recurring theme for this location.

I don't understand why it takes an hour and a half to get food delivered literally right up the street. Then whoever answered the phone is just acting like this is normal.This is unacceptable. Freaky fast delivery it is not.

I ordered vegetarian sandwich for lunch. They do not have other cheese options except Provolone and not many vegetable options and dressings. It was cold and the vegetable toppings were very less to nothing.

Very clearly messed up our order. Strange service. Employees were dazed and confused.

For starters the bread was really hard when I ordered my sandwich I bought two sandwiches and a wrap, my children and I ate that right there and the bread was really hard on both sandwiches the mayonnaise had a Tang to it like it was out all day and it is about to go sour as for the lettuce it was wilted and on the wrap my son got the shell around the rap what's crispy like it has been sitting out in the air all day

Went for an interview. One the Employees stoley cell phone. Will Not ever step foot in this place again. Shame on Them.

Walked in at night and there was no one at the counter waited for about 5 minutes before I left. Easily could have made my own sandwich ate and left without anyone noticing.

Teal is the most accommodating employee I've seen at a Jimmy John's. My wife is on crutches and its hard to get around for a whike. Teal went above and beyond to help us with what we needed.

Order was not ready when I went to go pick up , so much for freaky fast.

Generally, the food’s the good quality you’d expect from Jimmy John’s. However, they don’t seem to live up their ad’s slogan of ‘freaky fast’. The delivery and preparation time is slower than expected.

The man who delivered my food was AMAZING! So sweet and so understanding despite my terrible directions. He biked his way to my location carrying a catering order to feed 15 people. He was so respectful, kind and helpful and very funny. I missed his name but THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR!!

The staff here is very courteous. They will let you know if you have free sandwiches available for rewards members.

My grandsons and I went to jimmy johns downtown Omaha today for lunch and it was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. So very friendly. Greeted us when we came in and thanked us and told us to have a good day when we were leaving. It did not go unnoticed even by my 13 and 10 year old noticed it.. this excellent customer service is sadly rare these days Thank you! P.s. The food of course was delicious as usual!!

Never really been to Jimmy John's before. This one was good. Staff were young and a little upset that we walked in at 6pm (they close at 7 so not sure why) but other than that it was clean, looked nice, and food looked like it does in the commercials.

The staff was extremely rude. They made my food incorrectly, and refused to fix it. I was with a group, so I ordered another sandwich that ended up having a hair in the middle of it. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Service is great, and food tastes amazng. The only bad things are the fact that its really pricey for just one sandwhich, and that 1 sandwhich is much smaller than a subway one. Subway: Has much more customizations, sauces, is cheaper and you get more food for your price. Jimmy Johns: besides a different taste of its own and very fast delivery, the only real redeeming quality it has on Subway is that bread, something about their bunsis just heavenly, but thats all they have on Subway. Everything else, Subway has them beat.

Grabbed sandwiches for dinner. Order filled out quickly. In/out 5 minutes or less. Sandwiches were fresh, tasty and filling.

Love this downtown Jimmy Johns - they always get my sandwich right, and it really is "freaky fast". I think one time I wasn't done paying and they had my sandwich made! This location usually isn't too busy but it's well-situated if you just need a cheap, fast sandwich and don't want to go elsewhere downtown.

they are always nice here, used to go here for lunch break from work all the time before covid hit, went recently and they are still quick and employees make it easy to use rewards program. thanks

Service and food is consistent. It's open during lunch. My favorite is the Italian night club.

On a day when many businesses were closed due to snow, this place was open and gave us quality feel good subs. Called it in ahead of time, and it was waiting. Lots of sub places in the area. This is the one i recommend.

Was very pleasantly surprised with my outstanding service. I ordered lunch for a group of 4. The order was delivered with a few items missing. I called up the store and within less than 10 minutes, I had the missing items an extra cookie and a credit on my account for the inconvenience!! The General Manager, Christine, made my day, she was accommodating, a pleasure to work with and truly knows how to keep business and take care of reoccurring customers! Thank you Jimmy Johns for hiring and training amazing managers!! I recommend the downtown location.

Typical Jimmy John's, nothing special. Sandwich was kinda blah. Not much flavor, had the #4 Turkey with cheese. Service was a little slow and staff was not overly friendly. Good for a quick bite to go.

Sandwich was tasty but had too much mayonnaise on it. They will not give the password for their wifi, even as a paying customer. Clean restrooms and dining room.

My first time at a Jimmie John's.. It was nice. Clean shop and fast service. Got the Tom Turkey sub. It was good but not as plentiful as a Subway restaurant sub. Staff was very friendly. That's always a plus...

I am not a regular Jimmy Johns customer but due to work needs and little time, we had Jimmy Johns delivered regularly from this location and they were AMAZINGLY fast. The orders were always accurate and the food is always fresh.

Love their subs! They are a little pricey but are really good. My favorite is their tuna fish! The place is clean and service is quick.

This is a moderately busy, but typical, Jimmy John's. I stopped in here on a rush into the airport and had my sandwich ready in a timely matter. Staff were fast, kind, and correct.

It's Jimmy John's. I had my sandwich within 3 minutes of entering the door. They made it as advertised, and I was gone. It was a very average sandwich done very quickly, which is what I came for. Good work everyone.

Not sure what the "very unhappy" reviewer is referencing. I order delivery from this store on almost a daily basis. Granted I only live 5 blocks away but they never take more than 20 mins for delivery often 15 or less. Food is good, service is good. I've probably ordered from this store about 30 times I've only had problems twice, once the delivery guy delivered it without the sandwich and the other time they delivered it without a drink. Both times they fixed it. Often they will give me free bread as well (probably from the previous day or something but who cares it is free :D )

Takes them over 30minutes to bring a sub sandwich 3blocks! Half the time my subs are missing things like cheese, tomatoes (I even order extra), etc.. I have only received decent service once, the first time I ordered. My sandwich was made correctly, however the bread was not fresh, and it was delivered in under 10minutes... never again.

Awesome service! Placed an online order for a future date to have delivered to hotel for bridal party. Online system wouldn't allow delivery but placed the order anyway for pick-up. I called the location immidiately after and they cancelled the order and re-submitted it for me as a delivery. They were so friendly and understanding about it. Absolutely recommend this location for great service!!
