Slow service to go, you should do the orders as you receive....customers are all the same, eat in or to go

I love Panera Bread but was so disappointed when I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come on ciabatta bread and they were out of ciabatta bread!! I'm at a bread company, how does that even happen? So my sandwich was served on mushy toasted wheat bread.

I decided I wanted soup and salad for lunch today and decided to go to Panera. I really like the tomato and the baguette and usually the salad. Soup was good baguette was great, but the salad tho. On top was nice fresh crispy lettuce and below that was brown lettuce. I guess they give old lettuce to drive thru customers. I’m coming at lunch time won’t open the bag until I get back to my desk and my lunch break will be over, so I can’t come back. That is messed up. Besides shouldn’t a Greek salad have olives?

From the time I ordered at the speaker in drive-through to the time, I got to the window and was given my food 30 minutes! Very horrible wait time for a simple apple Fuji salad and a grilled cheese

The food is not the best in my opinion, although it is healthy. The soups are the best option. The people are super friendly & helpful. They have a good supervisor according the my encounter with her.

This Panera and many others are bad at getting online ordered accurate. They always seem to forget to include the side bread or chips. The grilled cheese is BOMB though!!!

Good accuracy and service is usually pretty good, but I'm tired of waiting so long for food. This isn't the type of restaurant that should be taking orders in the drive thru. The drive thru should be rapid pickup only for mobile orders. Indoor orders take even longer

They originally forgot my drink but it was easy enough to go back inside and get it. Very tasty stuff.

Consistently out of food/menu items. Does not warn you then has to remake order. Items always missing, check your food.

They didn't put the cookie and bagel my order. So when I called they couldn't credit or use for next time I had to go back to get the items. Said they could send a driver for the missing items but had no drivers at this time.

The food is good here. They make it well at this location. However, they are always out of something whenever I order. It doesn’t matter what I order or what time of day it is, they are always out of something. Especially around dinner time. I understand that things sell out towards the end of the day but this has been a consistent issue for months. As a chain restaurant I would think that they would have taken this into account by now and would have ordered more food to keep up with their demand. It’s just disappointing at this point.

The place looked very empty of clients and workers. No baked goodies to chose from. Maybe everyone does drive through. The lady who took my order was nice. The food was good but just didn’t feel the nice feeling going in.

Smoothie very runny/watery, they burnt my bagel and I sat in drive through for 15mins waiting

Employees walked by me at the register several times before asking if I'd like to order. The store was out of bacon. Employees were friendly while picking up order.

This is a Panera like no other! Never have any food I want to order, always our of it.. no cookies, bagels, muffins nada day or night. The servers are super rude especially the young girls at the drive thru who barked at me that there was no more steak and cheese sandwiches like we were running the streets. Disgusting, I gave it another try after a few times went inside and was even more appalled at how it looked like it was an abandoned store. And there was hair in my sandwhich. I threw the food away, Never at this Panera again. And btw I love Panera I will continue to go just not this site. If give zero stars if I could.

sent my bf down to get me some soup as I am very sick. It was 8:05. The place had the lights off and their menu said “sold out” on every single item. They don’t close until 9. I called the manager and he told me “no ma’am. That’s weird”. Obviously just wanted to go home.

Was pretty bad,no expressO ,no customer service the girls acted like we were not even there was messy and looked dirty . I was very disappointed and SURPRISED

Food Ok Not Great No Service Food WAY TO EXPANSIVE!!!!!

It really is not the best Panera location. I placed a mobile order in the evening time and I was under the impression, from the app, that I could pick it up in the drive-thru however when I pulled up the employee told me that it was a rapid pick-up which is whatever except she told me I had to come inside. So after driviing around the parking lot for 5 minutes, I just decided to park where I could fit. I went inside and the ladies at the pickup counter were just as rude. he counter was dirty.

Always love coming to Panera! Lots of options for customizing sandwiches and the soups are really good. Only problem is they're sometimes out of stock on a lots of items and pastries which can be a bit annoying.

Ordered to-go for a fundraiser. Honestly, I don't think the food quality is worth the price. First of all, they were out of so many things. Every single kind of bagel except sesame? And this was me checking at 11am this morning. And no tomatoes or everything bagel seasoning? As someone who's worked in fast food before, I don't know how a store runs out of so many items so quickly. The lady who was behind the counter was very nice though :). But anyway, my $13 sandwich seemed very thrown together and in a very big disarray. Barely any bacon and it was just seemed not very good quality for Panera marketing a higher quality of food than fast food. And the baguette chunk that was the side was just thrown in the bottom. No wrapping or anything? Maybe it was the dinner rush, but overall, just low quality food for the price it cost. The wait time was fine. It tasted fine after I added my own stuff at home. I would only come here for bagels if they have any available.

I went at 3:30 in the afternoon and had to wait a good 7-10 minutes for my You Pick 2. The sourdough melt was tasty but salty. I’d give it 3 and 1/2 stars, I don’t know if I could give the turkey chili more than a half star. It was AWFUL! Tastes like tomato sauce and any chunks of turkey or onion are miniscule. It’s barely edible with the baguette dipped into it. The baguette is cold in the middle as if it was thawed out? Not a good experience at all. Edit: my husband deemed it tomato soup when he ate the leftover soup later. So I got the wrong order at a slow restaurant.

30 minute wait for my To-go order, amd I had to go on a scavenger hunt to get all my items. For some reason, you have to go ask the bakery to fill your order, they won't just prepare it with the rest of your items-- including your drinks. Green tea is watered down compared to other locations. If you get French onion soup, be sure to check to see if you get the toppings before leaving. In the 4 years I've been coming here, I don't think I've ONCE gotten the croutons and cheese without asking for them. You'd think I'd just stop going, but hey-- I love me some panera. Each time I come seems worse than the last, though. They advertise above the Rapid pick up area that you will receive a free bakery item if they get your order wrong, so maybe just capitalize on that aspect of their service, since heaven knows the orders are seldom right. Got my free pumpkin muffin today. 🤪

They are super nice. But my order is never right. My smoothies are always runny and hardly cold. The food is just prepared sloppy. The containers are usually caked in whatever is inside.

Pretty poor experience at this location. They ran out of several food items I had, and my sandwich was pretty much bare. Also missed multiple things in my order and I had to go back. Didn’t seem to be a well run location.

Our fam loves Panera, but this one just plain sucks. Too often they’ll run out of baguettes by dinner time, the mac n cheese is super runny, or the salad is lettuce and little more. I’m unsure that it’s staff fault, as they’ve run out of chicken before as well. I crab about this Panera way more than I’m content. Should I stop going here? Of course. It is most convenient and I’m hanging onto threads of hope? You bet. Keep expectations low and you’ll be fine.

This place has really gone downhill. It'd be great if the employees cared anywhere near as much about running a decent restaurant as they do about screwing around on their phones. Pictured below is my $8.00 bowl of soup. It's just not worth it anymore.

My grain bowl was completely inedible. The vegetables were wilted sludge. It also included ingredients it was not supposed to. My husband's sandwich was also disgusting. We like Panera, but this location needs to work out its issues or shut down. Not okay.

Got an iced dirty chai with almond milk as we waited on someone to show up. The drink was not mixed and had far too much chai syrup. Not even sure espresso got added. Not sure why they expect a tip if they can't even mix a drink.

Not the fastest or best service. Food is what you'd expect from a Panera.

Don’t order anything online from here. I have twice and BOTH times they have sent the delivery with missing items. The grilled cheese sandwiches tasted and smelled like chemicals. The first time they refunded us and the second time we called 4 times and they just hung up without saying anything. Go to a different location if you can.

Great sourdough bread for dinner on Sunday

Every time I order food from here they’re out of something and if the app says they have everything in stock they forget ingredients on my sandwich, every single time no exaggeration and I work in food service and don’t understand how hard it is to stock the restaurant and make orders correctly, whole sandwiches not made right spending over $20 and when I call I get maybe $6-8 back in credits

Always out of EVERYTHING for months everytime we go they are out of everything we want. It takes forever and they are sloppy. Our sandwiches were supposed to have chicken on them and they didn’t. And the sandwiches taste bland. I could have burnt some bread and put meat on it in my kitchen. I spent 50$ for 2 and a half sandwiches. No drinks or anything else just the sandwiches. Super disappointed. I think this has ruined Panera for me in general. That’s crazy

At first the food was good but then i realized they gave us 1 too many sandwiches.. and they forgot my croissant. We ordered 3 but got 4 and we got 5 side breads? We only ordered 3 soups, And then when i ate my sandwich the avocados were already bad, my dad found a hair in his sandwich he described it as very thin short blond hair.

First time....and LAST......Every single item of food I had came to me cold(pizza and soup) the pizza tasted like someone smeared French dressing all.over it....WORSE experianxe ive ever had at a restaurant......the amount of soup i received in my bowl was absolutely ridiculous, i can get 3 times the amount at walmart and i can guarantee that itll be hot......WILL NEVER visit panera bread again....the only decent thing thing was the smoothie.....very very disappointed

Asked for a full Greek salad and got half. Also watched worker floss his teeth while talking to other employees in the food prep area, clearly visible to where customers could see.

My wife and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of whole asiago focaccia tuna fish sandwiches with extra tomatoes and onions and boy do they deliver they were delicious

Sticky tables and sticky floors. Staff was annoyed to be there and annoyed to be interrupted in their conversations with each other. Soup was good.

The same great food made from the freshest ingredients that we love Panera for! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was yelling in the cafe because some system was down and the text notification did not work.

I am part of the sip club and just needed my drink. Drive thru was backed up and bless their hearts they brought outside orders that were ready to alleviate drive thru congestion. Amazing service. 👏

This is the worst Panera, dare I say, in all of Omaha. They always have a terrible attitude and never has it ever taken less than 25min for me to get my order.

I work down here and have stopped four times in four weeks on different days.They did not have the item I was ordering and when I tried ordering a completely unrelated item they didn't have that either. I don't know if it's under new management or what.I have never had an experience like this at a panera

Don’t bother coming here. Took a full hour from parking until leaving with my takeout. I ordered two “pick two” meals. Lots of stuff was out of stock and the sandwich I did get was extremely bland and underwhelming; I ended up throwing it away. It was also weirdly warm and humid inside making it very suffocating to stand inside to wait. The staff I interacted with were nice though. Overall, very underwhelming and took so long for paying almost $30.

Like any other Panera except you feel old

Walked in looked at menu, waited atleast a good 10 minutes, finally I said hello two people came to register, weren't very ambitious. I ordered, sat an ate never go back to that location 😔. Very disappointed

The worst Panera I have ever witnessed. They need to close this location. Terrible customer service and always out of stock. Run away!

Food was good! Cobb salad was very filling, colorful, and tasty. The baguette, delicious as well. The staff seemed nice but half the tables were filthy and despite it being right before the lunch rush, nobody made a pass through the lobby to clean any of them the entire hour I sat. The pickup window was cluttered as hell and no napkins in the dispenser.

This Panera Bread location on Saddle Creek (drive-thru) is SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. You have folk in there who are just milling around with no sense of urgency. People are trying to grab a quick bagel or sandwich and by the time your order is brought to the window 15-20 minutes have passed. I thought weekends would be different but nope - same scenario. Totally ridiculous service.

Sunday Morning 3/2/33. My adventure at Panera Bread. I needed bagels for The Faith Church. We cook breakfast for the children at our church or whoever is hungry. 💥 I brought 2 dozens bagels and 3 bread soup bowls. Bagels Good Fresh and on point, restaurant clean and cozy, friendly staff. I was checking the place out and low and behold I saw the bread soup bowls. Me and the hostess who served me, we laughed and had fun. We got here around noon to work on homework. When we were trying to find someone to sit all the tables were dirty a kind man that was waiting for his carryout order offer to give his table. And then we waited an hour for our food they were busy so we I understand but an hour is ridiculous.

Every time we order from here they either forget something, or they are out of it. Don't worry though, no one will communicate that to you. You'll get a sandwich that's missing an ingredient, but no one will say anything or offer a substitute. If you order French onion soup to go, they will always forget the cheese and croutons (seriously this has happened every time). Theoretically Panera has good food that is relatively quick and unlike many other fast food restaurants, but I'm constantly disappointed with the execution.

Here here! I agree. Panera needs new regional management, not just a manager. These stores use to be the place for coffee, meetings, and just having a good meal in a nice neighborhood hang out. NOT ANYMORE! Today, I placed an online order to pick it up. I hate going inside and seeing all the mess, dirty dishes, etc. What I don't see, won't hurt. Again today I had to go in and pick up my order. I am a private care provider. I was visiting my client that has MS and is in a nursing home. The little things make all the difference for her and so many others with limited mobility. My client hadn't had Panera Cream of Chicken soup with wild rice for a while. So I told her I'd bring it in just for her. She told me not m to forget to have them toast her baguette. I told her I wouldn't forget. I arrived at Panara a little early Was at the front and one person behind the front counter was on her phone. I took a picture of the empty dining area. Then walked up she greeted me. I asked where I pick up an order. She pointed to the back section. No napkins in the holder on the wall at 10:05 am. I stood there for about 1 minute took a picture of the messy pick-up counter and saw about 5 people. One nice guy asked me if she could help me. I told him my name. He said my order wasn't up yet. He said they'd be working on it shortly. I thanked him. I sat and waited. Then got up and went to wait up by the pickup counter. Not busy at this time. Only 1 other lady and 2 kids there waiting for an order. The next thing I hear is a gal saying "I'm not toasting a baguette "! I knew that was MY order. I told her that was my order and if there was any way she could toast for me. I told her it was for a client in a nursing home. She replied, "I have to ask my supervisor if I can toast it." I told her that would be great and thanked her. She came back and said they would. She was nice enough with my asking. I applied that. But in what universe is it necessary to ask a supervisor to toast a baguette? It is a restaurant that makes toasted foods. Come on people! I told her my client can't get around. She has MS and the little things mean a lot to a person. A lesson for today's world and companies still trying to stay in business. It doesn't cost anything to do a little extra. We don't know why people want things or aske of us to do something so if it isn't going to hurt, not illegal and doesn't cost you anything, why not just put a smile on your face and do it. It will be you someday wanting a little extra like a simple toasted bread. I hope when you depend on others, they are happy to help and offer you some jam too with that. Tried to call and have my order as a drive through but no one bothers to answer the phone here. Not busy at this particular time. They don't want to. Utensils were low stock about 5 forks and spoons at this time of day. The lady waiting with her kids had to leave without her order. She said she would be back for it and asked them to leave it in one of the cubbies and left. The gal that didn't want to toast my baguette made the comment when the woman left. "We can't help it if quiche is popular."

The chicken fried steak gave me hepatitis. Probably won’t be going back for a least a couple of weeks.

This place is nice and all clean but that doesn’t justify the prices of the food menu it’s ridiculously expensive for such a small portion like literally I actually thought I made a mistake and ordered a child sandwich but, no those are the sandwiches size the size of the palm of my hands what a ripoff 🤣 not a place I would go often too I could make this in my house.

They take forever in the drive thru no “so for the wait” plus I didn’t even get a receipt for my order so ik everything was correct

how you gonna run outta sauce at 4 Pm? there’s a neighborhood market right next to the location lol any manager that cares about sauce and the things sauce means to other people, would run down, grab a little shopping basket, and buy a few $1.45 cans of tomato sauce smh. i needed a savory treat and this is how i’m treated. like DIRT. i WILL be coming back and i WILL keep spending money at this location. believe that.

Took over 30 minutes in the drive through to get a bagel there was only one car infront of us…and when we got to the window they told us it would be even longer…I would recommend going to any Panera besides this one.

Good bagels order ,I would not use the drive thru,you will be wasting your time and gas. I waited over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me ,the car in front of me gave up and left,I went in and ordered and got my bagels in less than 5 minutes.never going back to that store again!

Little Dirty but Panera level food

It's just not the same as when I used to be the manager there just not the same people didn't seem to want to help you you can tell corporate took over

The Autumn squash soup was delicious a little too sweet for my tastes. Yet I still couldn't stop eating it. It was so good. And I love the turkey avocado blt. Neither of those two are listed on those options to select what I would recommend. But I would recommend both of those.

Good food but waited a very long time in the drive thru

Tried to order a bread bowl of soup through the drive thru. Was told they were out of bread bowls, which isn't a big deal, definitely a thing that happens. Asked for a baguette side instead. When I got my food from the window the bottom of the bag was wet and cold, and chips were included instead of bread. When I went inside, it was hard to find an employee, but there were visible bread bowls on the rack behind the counter. Eventually, I was told they were out of baguettes and intentionally swapped out the side without communicating anything. Their food is entirely too expensive to not get what is ordered and paid for.

Good place to hang out with friends

Online rapid order took over an hour. Was 40 minutes late, after I tipped when I placed the order. No apology from staff.

The store is dirty. Walls, outside of trash cans and cabinetry, etc. Food was not the same quality as every other Panera I have been to.

This place went down...always a 20-30 minute wait now in the drive through. They always say it's because they are short staffed. Does Panera just not pay their employees enough?...Whats going on?

When I came in I asked for the Mac and cheese sandwich the lady at the counter was very short with me and said "we don't have that" Then I said can I at least get a chocolate latte? She then said fine and rolled her eyes at me like she didn't even want to do that. I don't recommend this place!

1st i waited in lone in my car. When i ordered @ 8:45 am, they were out of everything bagels. I ordered Asiago. 2. Finally got to window & i saw a bagel sitting on top of something green & looked wilted. That is what went into my bag. I asked what the wilted green stuff my bagel was sitting on & she said parsley? 3. Opened my sack & pulled out a cinnamon crunch. I requested what i ordered. 4. I am glad you have help, everyone has a bad day... i was late to work. That is a very popular & busy store. They need to maybe be pro active on making the bagels so that at 8:45 you are not out of bagels. 3.

Out of some menu items, curbside pickup unavailable, and drive-thru window incredibly slow. This Panera location needs to get its act together.

Had a business meeting catered today. One sandwich was missing, another custom sandwich was put in wrong box. The vegan did not appreciate the cheese. I tried calling the location, but no answer. Tried again later after lunch rush. Still no answer. Fortunately I had ordered a couple of extra sandwiches.

Besides it's taking a second for the automated menu to be transferred over to a person it was just fine.

Normally have a good experience and food at this location but, what is the deal with giving you very little salad dressing lately? Twice I have gotten less than half of the little container of dressing for a full salad. I understand trying to conserve but this is ridiculous

It was good the fall flavors are in so I was able to get the squash soup however my sandwich the meat was frozen my sandwich so I had to get a new sandwich for my troubles they let me get a free pastry so that was great customer service the location was Saddle Creek his name was Dillon so I was pleased with that. I appreciate great fair customer service. Thanks again PB 😉

the drive through takes an average of 15-20 min to get through, it’s honestly faster just ordering inside. i love panera but this specific location needs some serious reboot. they’re very slow and my order is almost always wrong is some way. they have no customer service either. Even though this location isn’t in the best area, I expect more from Panera given the prices.

I went through the drive thru this morning and had a lovely exchange with a worker named Beth who kindly put up with my changing order! As always the food was great but the service was exceptional, especially since they seemed a little short staffed!

Been here for 20 minutes in the drive thru. They took my money and now won’t come back to the window. Didn’t offer anything and gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t have any bagels for a sandwich Had to go inside and no one helping here either. Not sure if they’re just having a bad day or what.
