Fabulous watermelon margaritas! My 3 star rating for the food is bc the kids sliders "tasted funny" to our 9yr old. She ended up getting sick in the middle of the night. My husband and I shared the steak & chicken fajitas and they were good. Our waitress was very good, and for having a gluten allergy, they were very careful with our food.

My family has been coming here for years! My kids love the molten lava cake. Great place to celebrate the kiddos birthdays. The wait staff will sing happy birthday and present a free Sunday …it use to be a free molten lava cake but that changed a few years ago. The menu has a couple vegetarian options too. I like the black bean burger but they also have a vegetarian patty. The fajitas are always a hit with my family and the chicken sandwiches. The kids meals are usually chicken fingers, grill cheese Mac n cheese or a pizza with juice. My kids are all getting big now but we still love Chilis forever!!

The Manager ls incompetent on some level as well as the customer service upon entering not even being greeted for three to four minutes upon calling asking for the Manager he gets on the phone in panic mode I can’t hear syndrome all of sudden Go to Business school and learn the Business Manager and Cooperate will be contacting You ASAP

We came in for lunch and the place was dead. We were seated in the bar and it took at least 15 minutes before our order was even taken. Food came out great and was fresh but our server seemed more concerned with stocking the bar than customer service. We paid on the table kiosk and had to wave him down to ask for a to go container. We sat there another 10 minutes before we just left without our food.

I was there for lunch. The place was empty. Sat there a while with no acknowledgement. Went to Hooters, had a delightful lunch. Customer service is more important than cleaning a table…….

Absolutely great time they allowed me to host my draft party here last minute and greatly appreciate the GM coming by asking if I needed anything else!

I usually don’t go to Chili’s, but since I was with family I figured I go anyways and eat a salad. I ate a salad (I was really good) and our family enjoyed the food as well. The server was amazing, made sure we were comfortable with what we ordered and took her time too, she gave us our space when we needed it. I fort her name but she has beautiful short red hair. She was talking to us like she knew us for a very long time. She even recommended the nail place at the plaza. We loved her.

We had a great time. The food was delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive. This is one of the best chilis we have been to recently.

Well I was up there in New Port Richey. There ain't nothing on 52 to eat unless you go west and I didn't want to go west because I wanted to get on the veterans so I'm headed back home. State road 54 came up and I said look at that ain't there Chili's bar and grill right there hot diggity dog called my fiance told her to meet me for dinner. She got there. We went inside. Great. No problem. Having a seat food came out pretty reasonably quick. The brisket quesadilla and the chicken quesadillas were on point. The waitress was fantastic

I came into your establishment around 10:50 maybe 11 o’clock there was probably about six people at the bar or less. I sat down ordered a water Brian the bartender brought me the drink, took my order. I went to the restroom. The bar was very dirty from the previous guest. He had the audacity to set the table with utensils without cleaning the bar. I literally had to request Brian to clean the bar instead of wiping and pulling the bar himself the dirt side to side so I went into my lap. The food came out present ,taste, portion, and temperature was good. Brian was more interested in talking to people who are not customers at the moment they were leaving so they were former customers I had to call his name and request him to bring me ketchup salt and pepper Brian literally ignored me and did not check back in with me to see if I needed anything. I had to call his name again to request more ranch. Brian’s customer Service was very lackluster as if I was not worth the time.I noticed once i ordered water his facial expression changed. It’s been over a year since I’ve been back to this based on my last interactionwith the bartender. Also, you can see right into the kitchen. Your entire staff was hanging out in the kitchen with no hairnets no gloves a few of them had their hair tied back. The entire staff was hanging out in the kitchen with out hats or hairnets or gloves right there at the prep station violating every health code in the book. I literally almost got up and walked out however, I was so hungry.

Our waitress was very attentive. There were four of us, and we all got our food in a timely manner. I had the chips with salsa. They were some of the best chips I have ever eaten.

I was with my family having dinner at this restaurant and I asked the lady to change some BBQ ribs, they were very salty and the supervisor came to apologize and was very kind, we were very happy with his attention, his name is Mateo, congratulations for your patience. and attention thank you God bless America always

Great service in the bar by our server, Kelly. The appetizer trio is awesome. Suggest skipping the slider burgers and keeping the southwest eggrolls and double the honey Chipotle chicken tenders. Just the right combo of sweet, spicy, and crispy. The presidential margaritas are great with the appetizers.

I came to chili’s and the service was horrible. I came here at 6 and my food got here at 8:40 My husband haven’t eaten since 4pm, we were VERY hangry and were done waiting for our food to get here. Would not recommend for people who are hungry and not willing to wait over an hour for food.

I have been to this location many times before and sat in to dine, since I have lived near it for almost 5 years and the times I have been there was inside the restaurant and everything was fine. This time I decided to doordash the cajun pasta with garlic bread and a side of mac and cheese and I was very disappointed with the small amount of pasta provided along with it being overly salty and undercooked. The garlic bread was the smallest little piece of bread that I paid extra for that was also burnt to a crisp which absolutely was not worth my time on ordering and was a waste of my money. As well as the order being packaged very poorly that it looked like someone threw the food into a tin and threw it in a back. Absolutely disappointed, probably won’t be ordering from this one anymore. I’ll drive to another if I have to. Don’t doordash this restaurant unless you want to waste your money.

Our waitress was really great she was very attentive and checked on us quite often. We had the chili It wasn't really to my liking but I'm very picky. The person I was with liked it a lot. Strawberry daiquiri was very good. The crackers were stale. Overall we were happy with the experience.

Is this for real? I guarantee this wouldn’t be served in the restaurant, do to go orders just not matter in terms of quality? I can’t believe someone in the kitchen looked at this and was okay with packaging it up. Insulting to spend $40 total on my order and get handed food that was prepared this way.

So by no one's fault.. (boyfriend. It was my boyfriend's fault), I was not able to write the survey comment card out on the tabletop device. Which is unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoy that. But here it is, in a round-about way, here is my comment card: Kaitlyn/Katelyn/Kaitlin (however she spells her name) was delightful. I had written off Chili's as a restaurant chain that has gone downhill over the years and yet the boyfriend said "let's go to Chili's tonight!" So begrudgingly I agreed. Then we walked in to be greeted by the most chipper... most enthusiastic energy I have not experienced before at a chain restaurant...Kaitlyn/Katelyn/Kaitlin immediately walked over and greeted us (as the hostess was seating other patrons) and offered the dining area or the lounge. And she SOLD us on the bar lounge area: "If you sit over here, I'll be your server and it'll be awesome!!"" Well Kaitlyn/Katelyn/Kaitlin... Don't mind if I do... She was upbeat and lively with every customer at every table. I don't know who hired her, but she was the right choice. She kept the Trick-or-Treat-a-ritas coming, checked on our food, made sure we were always taken care of, great candor and rapport with customers. The food was delicious too, sure, but Kaitlyn/Katelyn/Kaitlin was the reason we had a good experience. And the hostess at the front, I apologize my dear, I did not catch your name (granted I was 3 margaritas deep and you could have said it and I missed it) but you were also very gracious as we were leaving and your lashes... YOUR LASHES... Just so on point, you looked like a Disney Princess. Lovely staff, great experience. Thank you for putting the skillet queso, strawberry lemonade, margaritas, and honey chipotle crispers back in my repertoire. Next time I'm paying so dingbat doesn't skip past the comment survey box .... :-/

Stopped in for a late dinner. The waitress was super friendly, we had a good meal.

Last minute dinner with my wife. Seated right away, server was prompt, friendly, and attentive. My Caesar salad had more spring mix than romaine our server said they had received a new salad mix and offered to redo mine but I declined. The burger was just as I requested. The fries were a little overcooked. All in all a great dinner!

Absolutely love chilis they have the best prices/ deals and the best food. The 3 for $10 and 2 for $25 are really good deals. They have a variety of foods and I especially like their appetizers. The southwestern egg rolls and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are my favorite. I have tried a lot of things on the menu, and my favorites are the secret sauce burger, the honey-chipotle chicken crispers, the chipotle bowl, and the Cajun pasta. As for the deserts, their molten cake is the best thing ever. They have 2 margaritas for the price of 1 all day everyday which is a pretty good deal. Their margaritas are really good they’re super sweet though. I like the mango flavor the best. The service is always good here and food comes out pretty quickly. You also get the chips and salsa which is nice.

I ordered curbside they can NEVER get your order right. Fries were cold, burger had lots of grease, put everything I ask them not to on the burger. This was me giving them another chance from the last 3 times, just as bad. I will not go back to this location.

Food was great server was great! Air conditioning was leaking from the ceiling but it's Florida so I get it luckily it was only dripping in the aisle.

It's chili's, always good for what it is... buffalo chicken and street corn are sooooo good... and 45$ with tip for 2 people way worth it...

Love this Chili's! The food is great and the service is fantastic! We have been eating there for a while but usually order take out. Each time we go in person, we are attended very well. Today, we arrived 10 minutes before closing (which we were very embarrassed about but we were starving) and rather than getting a stare down, we were welcomed in and treated great by Nuni and Faith. They never made us feel rushed. On the contrary, they both provided great service!

We have not been to Chili's for 5+ years. Last 2 visit food was awful. But we decided to try again...SO MUCH IMPROVEMENT... Nachos, chicken tenders, quesadilla, fries, and corn on the cob were delicious. We will be back

Meh. Quality at this chain has really gone downhill. Right off the bat, the chips and salsa were just really bland. Something about the chips was just off, maybe they need to change the oil? All of our food was kinda lackluster really. Tons of competition nearby - no need to come back again.

The chicken fajitas were delicious and bountiful! I brought home leftovers and made them into an omelet. Good quality food at a fair price. You can't go wrong with the fajitas!

Horrible place to go eat! Don't go there the service is terrible the menus are nasty dirty. The food is really bad. The only person that is good there is Mike other than that the people is miserable there!

I should know better but once again I got takeout from Chili's. Having had total failure orders when ordering online, I went inside to the bar and placed my order with the waitress. When the order came out, I questioned the server about the order specifics and he nodded yes at each question... The Secret Sauce burger was raw inside and came with NO SECRET SAUCE. Must Really be a secret.. my Bacon burger was well done, but had so much condiments spread on it, the bread was soggy and fell apart when I picked up the sandwich. The fries were stale and hard. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. What has happened to the quality of these chains? Sad..

The Manager met us at the door with a smile and welcome . The staff was excellent... attentive, courteous and friendly. The food was well plated and delicious. We met other family members for lunch there. Everyone loved their food...my steak was perfect. I haven't eaten at a Chill's in about 20 years....after today's experience I would definitely go back...

This particular chili's was a joy, our waiter was attentive, humorous and fun spirited. The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. The facility was very well kept, and clean. Food arrived quickly, was hot and quite good. This has not been our experience at other chili's restaurants. Kudos to management and the gregarious wait staff.

Of course we love Chili's, but our local Chili's is the best. We sat at the bar last night (Thursday, Dec. 22nd,) it was later like 8:30pm... but the lady tending bar was fabulous, great smile, friendly and accommodated us very well! The others who worked around us, mixed drinks, served our food (being so late we just ate appetizers) they were all awesome! Great job, great employees, and a truly excellent choice for a quick stop after shopping. Good job Chili's!

What's the point of curbside pickup if no one comes and delivers your food?? Waited 20 minutes before i realized no one was coming out to deliver my food so I just went inside and grabbed it from the counter. By the time I had it it was cold!

We hosted our company Christmas party here this year. Mike and Matt were very accommodating to allow us to gather there. Angelica was our server, and she was outstanding. She was on top of everything, so kind and quick and attentive. Food was great of course. If I could give 6 stars I would ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you very much Chilis!

The best Chili's operation out there. This place never skips a beat, even when staff is low. We've been eating at this location weekly since 2016 and can't remember a single issue, kudos to the management team! I'm a big fan of their spicy shrimp tacos 🤘

When we come to this location, we ALWAYS ask for Michelle and will sit in the bar area to have her wait on us. She is such an incredible, friendly server with a smile and very attentive even if the bar area gets busy. The food is always hot and takes fresh. We have never had any issues at all with our food (or service as long as Michelle waits on us). Love to see the one male manager who works nights helping the servers (as many managers at many places just stand there). He is probably in his 40's, we never caught his name but very attentive to the tables in the restaurant. He is definitely one that can lead others by example!

What a great Veteran's Day Dinner! This Chili's is the best and most amazing experience I've ever had. It was so busy and Vanessa did so amazing taking care of all of our company, and I am pretty sure she gave the same great world class customer service to everybody else! 5 otta 5 stars!!

Walked in and there was no host at the front of the restraunt on a fairly slow afternoon around 1:00pm. They told us we had to wait 15 min to be seated, when there were plenty of open booths and chairs open for us to be seated. The food is average and the servers are nice but need to be trained properly. I am a manager at a burger place and I understand things happen, but we could atleast have been seated for drinks or to look at the menu, but we weren’t given that option at all.
