They always get the auto correct and they’re always polite Marshall is very helpful and takes his Time to let you know all of the specials and yes he does ask if you want any soda or any desserts or any sites all the time and it’s appreciated

I have visited this location twice in the same amount of weeks. I happen to discover it, even though I've driven by it countless times over the past year. I will say this establishment has a systematic approach to their operations. It is not a dine-in environment; however, it is clean, friendly staff, and the operation from order to food delivered (finished) is without incident. I honestly love the personal pan pizza's :-). I highly recommend this location, it is in the shopping center with McDonalds and Starbucks (right as you turn into the shopping center area on the right side). Pizza taste amazing!

I absolutely love this location! Marshall is always such a great help everytime I order. I had a huge mistake on one of my orders (ON MY PART) , but Marshall was able to fix it for me, and everything was perfect! Thanks PizzaHut!

Review upgraded to 4 stars as they haven't gotten an order wrong lately. The staff is very friendly. They're usually pretty good at getting the food prepared on time. I typically don't get delivery so I can't comment on that part.

Best Pizza Hut! Normally I am not a fan of chain restaurants for pizza. But this location is seriously good! I don't get the box dinners. For the crust, I recommend choosing "original stuffed crust") and choose extra sauce. Great pizza and fast delivery!

Pleased with the quality. We were a Papa John's house for years but the quality has gone down recently. We tried PH and were pleasantly surprised. Hot and delicious fast pizza! Amen... Only thing that drives us nuts is the delivery fee of 4.99. We are not a gallon of gas away. We don't order as frequently from here because of the delivery fee. Still feel that same was today.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have to call to place an order because online ordering won’t work for our neighborhood. It took a while for the employee to figure out how to enter our order and I was told 40 minute delivery. After an hour I called to check on the status and there was no order under our phone number according to the call center that isn’t even located in the store. My husband checked out bank account and they credited the order back to our account but never bothered to call or notify us that we weren’t getting our food. I tried calling back to speak to someone in charge and I was on hold forever so I gave up. We ended up ordering from Dominoes. I won’t order from here again.

This is hands down the best Pizza hut you could go to if you're in the Odessa/Land O Lakes area! The manager Ashley is incredible and deserves a raise. There aren't many food industry workers like her. She has the best attitude and is always inviting. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. And my food is always cooked to perfection!

I am a regular customer at Pizza Hut in Odessa. Last time I ordered a family pizza, they didn’t have my order ready. They stated the never received an order with my name. Today the order came all wrong and they give me an incorrect receipt for my sodas.

Pizza hut is pizza hut food wise. This location is always friendly, on time and served hot & fresh.

I love this Pizza Hut they are always friendly in there and deliver my pizza on time. They usually have good deals going on but I usually just get the big dinner box which is really good also the stuffed crust pizza is really good

Had a decent size order that I placed ahead of time on Super Bowl Sunday. One of, if not their busiest day and I walked in and it was ready within two minutes and so was a couple other people who came in too. Impressed with the efficiency and the staff was friendly.

Really really friendly staff and as far as chain pizza places go it was great. The stuffed crust pizza was really good and reminded me of back when it first came out when i was a little kid. It was good and much better than the last pizza hut i tried.

We were craving for chicken wings and we decided to order Chicken wings online and picked it from the store. We ordered classic chicken wings with garlic parmesan spicy sauce. The order was ready in 15 minutes and we picked up the order. The wings were hot and delicious. We loved the wings.

I came in as a walk-in and Ashley got my order quickly to me so fresh so hot so yummy!! And she made me smile after a really rough day what a great employee thank you!!!!

The pizza was just awful tonight! By the time it was delivered it was cold and everything had to be heated back up. But, the manager Ashley made it right for us. She apologized due to staff shortage because of COVID. She was very professional and kind.

I was looking for cheese pizza and all that was on there was ulimate cheese. So I ordered it to find out it was .50 more. It was a bait and switch as I see it since it never showed me the increase till I got to the store.

ASHLEY needs a raise! I have been to this location multiple times now. Ashley is so wonderful I can’t say enough about her. Very accommodating, and WOW so friendly and professional as well! Ashley is back and getting back to business. This location has had many up's and downs. Give them another chance and ask for Ashley as she goes the extra mile to serve every client to the highest level of satisfaction. I recently ordered last week. Delivery was 40 minutes long, when pizza arrived it looked like it went to war. I went up to the store and Ashley personally help and made it right making a fresh new pizza. Pizza and wings were good. Curbside does not work if u can't see the sign when u r parked in the handicap spot. First time at curbside. I have One leg on crutches and the dude asked if I wanted help with the large pizza and wings. He ignored me when he delivered a pizza to the car next to me. Lol

My favorite pizza but the one near Collier Parkway will not deliver to me they say im in the delivery zone of the one on 54 and 54 says the same about them so unfortunately I have to give my business to the other pizza chains that will deliver to me.

I am so happy you finally have some good employees. I have had bad experiences in the past, others telling me the order would be here sooner and it not coming till way later or the order being wrong but this order and the last few have been spot on. It took a while but Austin was up front that they were busy he helped me find the best way to order informing me on specials and when the food arrived it was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back. I have mixed feeling about this Pizza Hut. The young lady at the front counter was outstanding, friendly, funny and good then things go wrong. The food was great, we had pizza and bread sticks. That being said, when we arrived our pizza was missing. When found they said a delivery man had taken it by mistake. We were told he was at the light a block away from the store. 10 to 15 minutes later he showed up. One of our two pizzas was not hot and the bread sticks looked like they had been upside down at some point. They handed them to us and thought we would take them. We said no and they made new ones. The food was great.
