Staff here is always fast and friendly

Just had the best sandwich ever here. Carlo was great and made it amazing. Would definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s over others.

The girls that were working here tonight seemed so genuinely upset to be there and it was the most uninviting atmosphere. They also were really rude and talked down to the customers. So unless you want decent customer service, I wouldn’t come here.

The subs are still great but the service at this location has gone down hill fast. Takes sometimes 10-15 mins to get food.

Great sandwich store fast service

Red headed heavy set gentlemen treats minority customers poorly. The first time I received poor service, I gave him the benefit of doubt that maybe he's having a bad day. When it's now occurred a second and a third time, now I have to accept it for what it is. On this third visit I realized there are no minority employees. I suspect the gentleman is a manager/owner-operator as he is there everytime I go at the end of the sandwich line. Kinda sucks because it's close and convenient but mistreatment on 3 occasions cannot be ignored If they start hiring minorities, I suspect it'll be for closing shift i.e. mopping/cleaning bathrooms.

I alway love the tuna sandwich not so much this time Made sloppy with overly to much tuna and Mayo Missing the mustard I ordered 4 slices of provolone on one half of the Sandwich I guess they were in a hurry and didn’t care Mayo all over the outside of my bread Just a mess Ruined my craving for a sandwich while in bed sick

Food was good but when I dumped out my ice it looks like my coke had dirt or something like ashes in it. I wonder how many I drank and poured out if this was left behind. Won’t be going back to this location!!

Went through the drive thru. Order was incorrect. Didn't realize until I was home.. disappointing

Saturday June 17, 2023 We ventured to JJ’s again. Great choice! I purchased a different sub than before which was equally delicious 😋. My Dear Husband and son got their own. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Thanks again! I love salads over subs. But, this is an excellent exception. We ordered 2 #17’s and a J.J. Gargantuan for Thursdays lunch. A sub shop we’ve slept on. Wow, what an amazing sandwich, no kidding. I had a giant sized sandwich, which I cut in half. My son thought mine was his and ate it. Later on in the day while I was napping he asked Dad about the other sandwich. I woke up thinking of this sandwich lol. I found out I had nothing left. Until the next time.

The sandwiches. Espically, the bread is so fresh. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Very thin rolls and very thin meat. Not our favorite sandwich place at all.

Freaky fast... Freaky good. I like the #17 ultimate porker. +Pickles +pep They had a weird issue a few weeks back. They had no internet. Therefore they couldn't take credit cards... Uh I think you need a better business continuity plan. Who has cash?

Great food. Little pricey. Why is the drive thru window so far away? Poor design.

They don't have any hot Subs here. Went back to get my free sub and today I got the Country Club and it turned out to be excellent much better than the JJ BLT for me.

Plain. There is nothing and I mean nothing particular about this place. Want flavor then make it yourself.

Ordered drive through around 12:35pm 8/21 (sunday). Thank you to whoever has 2' long reddish blonde hair. Ruined a $30 order. We pulled out onto the veterans express way after recieving our order, took one bite into my giant slim 4 and had a very long hair INSIDE of the sub. It was partially in my mouth and still in the sub. Disgusting. Wear a hair net, cut your hair.

Love JJ's! Been eating at a Jimmy Johns since forever - love all the different sandwich options, their quickness and their app. Overall, the food is great for what I need it to be! The only downside is their delivery fee is honestly a rip off. Around ~$5.60 for one sandwich and ~$7.40 for a delivery fee for two sandwiches is crazy and that doesn't even include a tip for the driver. Thats literally almost the price of one sandwich. I would personally order ahead on the app and pick it up yourself.

They handled our group order so well. It was nice to allow each person to put their order in. JJ had it organized and labeled well - and correct. Thank you
