Allie is the dream bartender. The food was perfect. I've been coming for years. This spot is amazing.

This has become my go to Chili's. The food is always on point and the staff is very attentive. Kendall served us the last time there and she made sure everything was taken care of for the whole family. No pictures this time because the food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. I forget my phone exists here. Everything is great!

The restaurant is an older model, feels a bit outdated. Food was as expected. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Can't beat the Choose 3 for $10. Best deal right now for this economy.

Most of the food was salty, but the lava cake my little brother got from here was AMAZING. Our server was so kind and patient.

Melissa our server went above and beyond to give us excellent service! She was so friendly and helpful when our classic nachos were burnt and seemed more like quesadillas than nachos. Sorry we had no pics but they were odd for sure. She got the nachos taken off our bill and got my daughter some chicken strips so fast and with a smile. Thanks so much for taking such great care of us! The molten chocolate cake was absolutely wonderful and a great finish to share after our meal.

There is always a lot of noise in all the Chilis.

Had a great time eating here today. Service was on point. Food came out fresh and fast, and they accomodated my family right away.

Went on a Saturday, music was cranked up. Kinda hard to talk at the table.

Our server, Melissa, was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and kind to our party. She helped us get the most out of our experience and did everything in her power to make our experience great.

Went at a busy time. Took awhile to get our food. Food was worth the wait and 7 orders filled correctly.

We ordered the skillet queso, big mouth burger bites, and a skillet cookie with ice cream. The skillet queso was very meh, not even totally hot all the way. The big mouth burger bites and skillet cookie were delicious. Our server was sweet and very attentive, just busy. The restaurant itself was dirty. We sat at a window seat, and the window sill was filthy. Dead bugs and all. Great that we could walk to it from our hotel, but overall mid.

The chili was salti, dark brown, tasted bitter, and burnt. I changed the soup and got the chicken enchilada soup. I also ordered the shrimp pasta. I got sick in the morning when I woke up. I went to the bathroom 4 times and threw up 5 times with stomach cramps. I had to take medication to relieve my pain.

Food was good and the service also was great.

It's a Chili's with a smaller menu, but at the airport. They were kind and didn't mind all my luggage. I spent more than usual because I wanted an extra drink before boarding the plane.

Chili's is great, but not at this location! The food here is disgusting. I would give zero stars if I could. This is the fourth time I've been here, and it's always the same issue. I tried giving them multiple chances, but they keep messing up. I won't be coming back. I can't order from here anymore without risking my health.

Stopped by this location after a flight and received great service. Menu items were hot and fast. Chili's table checkout allows for an expedient exit plus games while you wait.

The food was very tasty. The server we had was also very kind.

Foods always good and fresh. We always sit in bar area. Servers,bartenders are always attentive and provide excellent service.

Everything was awesome! The food is always delicious. Outstanding service, we had Ashley as our waitress, and she is so awesome, very courteous, prompt, and polite. The host, sorry I didn't get his name, but he was great. At the moment that he saw that we were soaked for the rain, he made sure to sit us on a table away from the air conditioner so we didn't get cold. Thank you so much for thinking about our health and comfort. We will definitely come back. Of course, we made sure to let the manager know about the excellent customer service that we received from the host and Ashley. I totally recommend this Chili's location.

Those who serve are super arrogant

Excellent service despite not speaking English 🫢 they helped me with everything and the food was super delicious. I ordered a mushroom burger and for my daughter a pepperoni pizza. A salad for my wife. The taste was great. We arrived late and were still able to get in at 11:30 PM even though they closed at 12 PM

Our server Reggina made our dine in experience pleasant. Not only is she an excellent sever, she has a nice personality And is so accommodating. The food and drinks were good. This is the best dining experience I've had in a while. Thank you Reggina

So...its been ten years or so that I entered a chili's. Back then it was great. Things have far changed. Like every other place the charge for everything including chips and salsa. That's ok.. but there food establishment and service was well below satisfactory. Fact is it is horrible. They will all be shut down soon....

The food was excellent. The pictures and video speak for themselves. Especially the way that cheese oozes out of that appetizer mozzarella ball thing. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was excellent. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely be back.

First time here in Florida and they definitely set the tone in terms of service ! Extremely friendly servers and bartenders. Food was great and came out quick. The vibe is great as well. Definitely will be coming back when I’m around !

I ordered delivery via the Chili's app which was delivered by DoorDash. I hadn't had chili's in a while TikTok made me want to order some food from there again lol. I got the chicken bacon quesadilla and the triple dipper. Good was good I enjoyed my meal. Overall delivery was great my food came during the expected time I was told. The DoorDash driver didn't quite follow directions but he delivered with care.

They have a new Watermelon Margarita. I ain't really into "girly" drinks, but the flavor of this thing is amazing!! And, my addiction here is: CHICKEN N SHRIMP CAJUN PASTA W EXTRA TOAST! js 💪💯🤦‍♂️🤣

The host with the red hair was sitting up front on her phone with her back to us and dirty tables. The server forgot a couple things and was slow. And our burgers were burnt. No manager insight A bad experience overall. Disappointing

She went above and beyond to make our evening special with her exceptional care, swift service, and keen ability to assess our needs. Stopped in after work and had a great dinner. Our waitress Melissa was awesome, fabulous service was very attentive and on point! Food was amazing and I am hard to please but we left fully satisfied and will definitely be back!

Ordered drink & wings @ bar. Bar tender hustled for patrons. Wings meal served with no napkins. Bartender busy, hostess on her phone. Counted about 8 employees in kitchen, most standing, talking on way to wash up. Finally got a server who sent someone else with napkins.

The ribs were dry, and the nachos were burnt. The food tasted and looked as it had been seating somewhere for a while and they suddenly remembered that we were waiting for it... The experience was very disappointing. We are not coming back to this Chili's.

Our server was just wonderful. We came in with a larger group on a Tuesday. She got all our orders right and was friendly.

Probably the worst chilis experience we've had. The bathrooms and dining room needed cleaning. Food was subpar and delayed side items, fries finally arrived 10min after we finished eating and pointed it out to the waitress. My triple dipper was wrong twice but decided to just take what I could get and eat it. The waitress seemed stressed and annoyed that my order was incorrect. I know what I ordered because I order the same way each visit. The waitress started off strong but once a large party arrived and took all her attention, we felt forgotten. She was doing the best she could. We saw other staff standing around looking grumpy, not sure why they couldn't help, at least with drink refills. Also, the hostess was unprofessional and cared more about her phone than greeting customers. I know its a chilis and should not have high expectations but this location needs some help. Hopefully, it was just a bad night for the staff and you'll have a more pleasant experience.

Avoid this location! Super slow service, the order was incorrect, and they seem to be short on waiters. Waiters seemed overwhelmed.

Chili’s is our go to for a quick meal whenever we are traveling. I don’t usually write reviews often but I feel like people rarely write good reviews and I definitely felt the need to give a shoutout to our server Melissa ! My husband and I were debating on bringing our kids into the restaurant because they were cranky from traveling all day but we needed to get a good meal instead of fast food. Melissa was not only very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our meals she was amazing with getting our kids out of their crankiness and making our dinner experience so enjoyable.

my service was so bad here. my waiter forgot to put in or food after 40 minutes it finally came and we had no silverware or plates. everything was super greasy and unenjoyable. fountain drinks were super watered down and my waiter kept passing our table to assist other tables without checking on us for 10-15 mins at a time. we ended up getting the appetizers for free for the inconvenience but i ended up just boxing up my food because sitting at an empty table for so long watching other people eat made me lose my appetite. will not be going to this location again

I was surprised by this place, was expecting poor quality, but the food was fresh and taste was pretty good. The margaritas were some of the best I ever had, but we live in Melbourne so take that as an advisory.

We got to the store walk in nobody received us. Then I ask a waitress who was socializing with other customers. She ignored me keep talking. So we left to eat at Texas Roadhouse. Chili’s has the worse customer service ever.

Hello everyone, you have to go to Chilis and eat their delicious chicken quesadillas, they are wonderful and the strawberry lemonade is spectacular!

Food was good. Service was not. We had to hunt down our waitress to get drink refills. Also the music is way too loud.

W ewere in Orlando for a cruise, and on the way back, we stayed in Orlando for a night before flying to Houston, so we had desert at Chili's that was close to the hotel. We ordered coffee and cheese cake, but the waitress came in only once to intrudoce herself and to bring water, bit she didnt bother to come back to take our order, and then ignored us for the next 25 minutes! She wouldn't look at us, we couldn't call her, or wave for her because she never looked!!. My husband had to go to another waitress to place an order, and when she was there standing next to the cashier, she barely apologized with no explanation.

This is not far from the Orlando Airport. Avoid this location. Wasn't clean, and the service is pretty bad.

We went and waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table to ask for our drinks or food orders. We ended up walking out and leaving. While leaving we saw the server for the section standing on his phone. We ended up coming back and our server was horrible. We never got our drinks refilled and she told us the chips weren't bottomless, even though every other Chili's gives bottomless chips. We won't be coming back here because of these 2 experiences. The service is terrible.

Terrible service, wrong food, no manager could ve bothered to even stop by.

When we first walked in, my husband and I gave that "should we turn around and leave" look. But we gave it a chance. The atmosphere was chaotic. Several of the waitresses were pacing the floor look lost. When we were finally seated by one, a few of the empty tables we walked by had dishes piled on them as a "collection table," the waitress referred to it as. We were then sat adjacent to on of the said tables, which was dirty and full of large crumbs on the table and booth i had to ask the server to clean it. We then watched more servers move things from table to table rather than clearing and putting away from the customers' views. Our order was finally taken and later all the food arrived but never by our waitress we also had to clear dishes and put them on the booth divider to make room for our main dishes. The food was OK, nothing to write home about my husband said his pasta wasn't very warm. We then waited and waited and waited and waited.... and waited for our server or even any of the lost waitresses wandering by who we tried getting their attention to bring us a bill. My husband and I would never walk out on a table, but if there was a time to do it... it would have been here. So now that our server is back and cashing us out with the table service iPad things she proceeded to stand there as we paid with our cc, it was very awkward to have her stand over us as we paid almost like she was trying to ensure she would get a tip. I'm not saying she was horrible, but the overall experience was lacking and felt like a waist of our time and money that we regretted. We hate complaining, but I can see why the rating of Hooters next door was better than this Chili's. I hope this was just an off night for them.

Fantastic service and wonderful food.

Chilli's-S Semoran food was phenomenal. We made it to our table right before Saturday's rush hour and yet we never missed someone to help us, if needed. I asked for Mac&Cheese, I got fries, instead but I'm not even mad. Their wine selection is not the best, that's the only negative I've found.

It was a little loud. Service was good, despite a busy night. Only real issue was the pasta meal wasn't very hot. We didn't send it back because we were hungry. It was just warm. The salad was good!

The waitress with the tattoos on her hand, she had a horrible attitude towards to my friend who is a deaf. My deaf friend gave her a paper to communicate with her and the waitress gave her nasty attitude. I don’t appreciate that at all. Also, my other friend who was trying to make a order for a drink and already ordered and wanted to make sure she get the right order but the waitress said “I heard you” like this is ridiculous. We told the waitress to keep her nasty attitude toward to herself.

All the food was delicious but the burger was out of this world! Really juicy and everything tasted perfect! Very good service and atmosphere! 10/10

My worst Chilis experience by far. I had waitress Reggina. At first everything was great, drinks and appetizers came out and everything was fine. I ordered the Carne Asada (3 for Me) with steamed broccoli and the new Loaded Mac and Cheese. My Carne Asada was almost rare and chewy. My broccoli was so over-steamed it was dry and flavorless and my loaded Mac and cheese came with zero bacon or green onions, but with broccoli instead with cheese on it. Reggina was too busy to refill our drinks or check to see if our food came out good. By the time she came around I had mostly finished my food. Reggina did offer to remake it, but I was full. The only reason this review is getting two stars was because the chips and salsa and enchilada soup were fantastic as always.
