ordered a hot honey sandwich and they deadass just poured syrup??? all over the top bun? no mikes hot honey:( it was so so bad why u do that dunkin😔. made a girls day even worse

I just left there, I went through the drive thru and ordered iced caramel signature, but I wanted an extra shot of coffee, the attendant was super understanding and solved my problem in a super friendly way

Manger on duty didn't want to give me change back my coffe was ok I am a regular customer going to look for a new location

Get ready to get a wrong order. The chances are very high that they will mess up your order in this location. They give you what they want not what you ordered. Good luck on your long wait and NO customers service.

I love the munchkins and my new giant pink Dunkin cup! My chai latte stayed hot all day. Better than Yeti!

This staff is very quick and friendly, BUT a hugh recognition to Iris!! Incredibly sweet and always happy and very friendly!! I stopped going to this location awhile back because the staff was dry and rude, but since being greeted by Iris and new staff members, y'all have won us back! A big thank you to this location DD for always making our day!

We ordered half a dozen donuts through drive through on our way to Moss Park.

Iris was very enthusiastic and helpful. She served us with delight.

Donuts were great, but the chocolate milk we bought for my son was expired by almost a month. I tried calling to let the store know so they can check the drinks on the shelf but no one answered. Using this medium not as a way to discourage patrons from visiting, just advise to check the dates on the drink selection.

Guys, this is the way to prepare cappuccino , you feel the cup 3/4 with froth then the coffee, and then a little bit of milk. Right now they use too much milk pretty much. Not a dry cappuccino

This pumpkin drink was good, but the real star of the show were the two employees singing at the top of their lungs to their own music. They probably did not know my girlfriend and I were sitting in the corner and were the only people in the restaurant. Luckily, their voices were very good, so 5 stars.

By far one of the top 3 places I have ever been for service n food. This place iy used to be good before all about a year ago or so. . Now.....oh boy now.....NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. E.V.E.R ........ totally not worth ur money ....less and less inside the drinks and not even filled up........less flavor less of everything.....I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I always have been ordering the same thing....no joke...2 years every day and same order I definitely spend good amount of money here .... and they are telling me it's always been like this.....man u know what....f.u....k this place....never again I will order from you ....ever.....let the pic sp3ak for it self

Came here with my kids on a Sunday afternoon goodness this place location is filthy unclean floors and tables, the smell of the bathroom was so strong it lingered into the hall could not bare it and had to sit outside… horrible how the manager does not do anything about this.

This is by far one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Orlando area. The drive through speed time is amazing. I can see why they have an award for speed. Unlike the one in ChampionsGate, which when you pull up to the drive-through, they put you on hold and last time I was there I waited 27 minutes for coffee and a doughnut. if only all Dunkin’ Donuts can be like the one in Lake Nona

I have come to this place to have a coffee and eat something. really unpleasant to look at donuts full of flies. They should work on this as soon as possible.

Recently submitted a catering order for Nemours. Upon arrival the order was not started. We were 30 min late to an event for Nemours due to staff not preparing the order on time. This location is usually good for individual orders so giving 3 stars.

This place was horrible. They gave me tepid coffee that was supposed to be hot. And then argued with me about replacing it. The replacement was like warm. I asked for a specific bagel and they just gave me whatever they had. Charged me full price for the foolishness though

Drive thru was not busy for a change but the service wasn’t great. Took a long time to receive my drink. I was the only person in line. Also it did not taste like it’s supposed to but I didn’t want to ask for another and have something unwanted put into a new one.

Best crew, best donuts and coffee. Yet they are short staffed and the awesome kids that are there always go above and beyond. The owners need to add and retain more employees to help these kids.

Human decency is nonexistent here. Good luck being served if you go in the shop. The staff are so focused on to go orders they don't even say hello or acknowledge you. Was really shocked to be ignored for several minutes by 3 employees. Bad experience, would not go back even with a gift card! Not worth the frustration and disappointment.

I have decided today make it public! Since it"s happen several times, I have to say that at this place employees do not treat people in a good way. They do not say hello, they just put your bag on the counter and gave you their back side Very bad attention and very bad for Dunkin Donuts. Is huge better to hire well educated people than even university graduated when it comes to human quality.

Location Narcoossee and Moss Park Rd. Walk in counter staff awesome. Coffee and donuts fresh and good. This store makes their donuts fresh in store every day-makes a huge difference!

Young gentleman that served me went out of his way to brew fresh coffee. Service couldn’t have been better. Immaculate restaurant as well. Donuts tasted fresh.

Dunkin should have NEVER LEFT PUERTO RICO, It was great to stop by for a delicious cup of coffee with my favorite Coconut cover donut, as alway ALL their donuts are GREAT, consider going back!!!!

The drive through can vary from 20 minutes to 40 minutes for a coffee and a donut. Probably top ten worst Dunkin Donut Stores in Orlando regarding wait time.

I spent almost half an hour in the drive thru for just a coffee, Saturday 7:00 am today Nov 12 too slow!!!! and the worst that there were several employees.

This location has become horrible. Wrong and missing orders every time. Food still frozen.

I walked in and waited for about 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This was very frustrating. All i was getting was some donuts

Today I ordered from my app at 8:43am and I specified to have the order picked up walk-in because the drive-thru is usually terribly busy. I ordered an iced coffee, 2 sandwiches, 1 juice bottle and a couple of hash browns. When I walked into the establishment, I stood for my order in the corner for around 3 minutes before someone finally acknowledged that I was there, to tell me that unfortunately they had ran out of English Muffins and Croissants and asked me if I wanted a bagel instead for the sandwiches. I agreed to the bagels and kept to a corner to wait for my order to be dispatched. At 9:06am (23minutes) later, I asked for a manager. Josiah, who claimed to be the Manager, approached me and apologized for the delay. I pointed out that orders that had come after mines had been already dispatched, but Josiah flat out lied to me and told me that no order had been dispatched after mines, when clearly, I was the only one waiting for his order and there where 7 other tickets around mines at the moment I arrived at the restaurant. At this moment, Josiah put on some gloves and started making my order. Almost 26 minutes after placing the order the Manager was now making my order. Finally, I saw a cockroach crossing on the floor from the food prepping station to the coffee station and I had enough. I walked out because I was running late to take my daughter to school, and I wanted to save some time in the morning hence my order today. This is not the first time that I have had situations with this location, but today's really topped any other situation and I want to make people aware of this. I left without any food and wasted almost 30 minutes of my time in the morning with nothing to show for it.

Ordered a egg and cheese on croissant with a side of hash browns. As well as an egg and cheese on an English muffin. The cheese was not well melted on the croissant sandwich and they forgot my hash browns. Very disappointed.

They never have anything , asked for jelly donuts they are out of it and don’t sell the jelly munchkins either. I Asked for a mixed 50 count of munchkins they don’t advise me ahead that they only have two flavors. When I get my box I come to the surprise at home to find only glazed and chocolate. Please give these reps better training.

I have came to this Dunkin for quite some time and anytime the lady Mara is at the window she has a nasty attitude. Today she had my order wrong, I explained to the other girl at the window this is incorrect nicely and she said she will get it fixed for me. When the coffee came out correct this time Mara decided to show her face at the window and said next time you come here look at the screen and be sure your order is correct rudely. Horrible service from Mara she needs some training on how to talk to her customers.

We got our drinks when we pulled to the window. However, they didn't have our food ready yet (bagel bites) which is no problem. We pull up and wait and it took forever, ended up having to go in to ask for our food. Bad customer service when we asked for our food.

Cold brew Coffee was great. Donut was fresh. They make my coffee as per my order.

I have to constantly be calling customer service to get my money back/free beverage rewards from mobile. They do not follow the modifications made in my mobile order EVER. Always order small drink with just ONE CREAM. ALWAYS give me a drink like I’m ordering only cream, no coffee! If I order extra expresso, extra swirl, please pay attention to that too! Lately my cup isn’t even given full.

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts today after not stopping their for 2 years because of bad experiences previously. Nothing has changed!!! The tables were all dirty. Flies everywhere. The Bavarian donut and hash browns I ordered were not fresh and the atmosphere of the place is just really weird. Don’t waste your money going there.

The morning staff Monday to Friday needs a how to treat customers class

The drive thru was busy so I deduced to walk in to order my coffee and 2 dozen of donuts, and I was shocked by the quantity of flies on the counter, I did ask to the associate, why you guys have so Many flies here at the store? her answer got me more frustrated “ because it’s summer”, I’m assuming that I’ll wait until fall season to order from this place again.

Super quick and employees are very nice

I usually enjoy Dunkin very much but at this particular location the breakfast sandwich was not toasted as it was supposed to be, and there were green finger prints (assuming avocado or pesto) all over our food items, which did not include those ingredients. Change gloves and don't skip toasting the bread; even if you are in a hurry I would have been happy to wait for an order that was carefully and accurately prepared.

The iced coffee always tastes different despite my order being exactly the same every time. If it was good the first time, it’ll be bad the next. No one’s lucky enough to get good iced coffee twice in a row, that’s just fact.

Love this place! Fast, efficient, and have never gotten an order wrong. I visit frequently on my way to work, even if there's a long line they work efficiently enough that it never takes longer than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

How hard is it to check the order before you give it to a customer at the drive-through the receipt says what you ordered the screen says what you ordered and they give you something completely different this Hass to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country

NEVER GIVING THIS LOCATION MY MONEY AGAIN! I spend over $500 x month on coffee at this Dunkin’. The service is usually hit or miss. However, it’s rapidly declining. Today the woman on the order speaker was rude. I pulled up to the window and asked to add an item to my Order & was shut down (although there was no one on line behind me). The manager Liam indifferently confirmed that it is store policy that you cannot add additional items at the window- instead you must drive all the way back around to place a new order , even if no one else is waiting. I ridiculously drove back around to order a 2nd item 🤦🏼‍♀️. I explained to Liam how awful of a client experience that was considering I was not inconveniencing anyone (IT WAS EMPTY) but he couldn’t care less about what I thought good customer service was. For being in such a high end area this Dunkin’ is trash! Rather go to Starbucks and be treated like my business matters.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. We have given this specific location so many chances. However, this time was horrible. When we pulled to order our drinks in the drive through, the lady taking our order sounded rude. Once we got to the window, the place looked dirty and the attendant at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered some hot drinks and a muffin, and the person that was dispatching my order took the payment, but without washing her hands or using gloves she grabbed my muffin, which is highly unsanitary especially during Covid. We got our drinks and left. Not to my surprise based on the experience earlier, found a long blonde hair in the hot chocolate. None of my family members have blonde hair, but the lady that was preparing the drinks did. If you want hairy drinks and contaminated food, then this is the place to go!

Come every other Saturday w my son and usually a great experience. This morning they were short staffed, which I understand happens, and as I approached the door with no signs on it a lady claimed they were closed inside and drive thru only because of short staff. Meanwhile there were other people inside and the tone and rudeness she handled it with is why it upset me. Called to speak w a manager and young girl that answered said why? Totally lost my business and glad there is another up the road that will now get my business.

Always super clean bathrooms. Greatly appreciated. Breakfast sandwiches usually are flimsy if not cold, but when I ask them (while ordering) to toast it well, they are on point. I realized they charge almost half a dollar for a cup of water because of my last receipt, so basically I had been spending money on cups of water -from the fountain-for months without realizing so. I’d be great if you could inform that to customers since it isn’t really common to charge for water cups. Besides that, they have quick and good service!

This is the superior dunkin in the area, their drive thru is faster and they get your order correctly. I pick this over "Tragore" which has a much slower drive thru.

Unfortunately this is the closest location to me. I only go for the bagels, and they serioisly have no taste. I went this time asking for toasted everything bagel and cream cheese, but asked of can add a sprinkle of everything seasoning atop cream cheese; get told "No the bagel already has seasoning, we don't do that..." Like seriously, where is the accountability. It would have been great service and little extra positive to my morning to have someone say "you know what we can do that for you!" Instead of "Nope we don't do that!" Like the old "thats not my job" attitude! Ugh, poor customer service, attitude, and to top it off the bagel was so bland. 😔😪

Saturday was the 1st time in a long time I had ventured out to get coffee. There was quite a line outside. I knew it would go pretty fast, but I went inside anyway. The staff and guests were all adhering to safety protocols. The staff was very friendly and my Chocolate Stout Cold Brew and avocado toast came out quickly. What a treat! I will be back! Thank you!
