Loved the Place and had good experience.

My waiter was amazing. My wife and I ordered the bucket of bones. He was super attentive,polite and very professional. Our food was a 9 but the ribs and fries were a 10. Wings cook just slightly a little too long. But again we had a super good experience.

Great time great food second visit

The salad I ordered was pretty good, however for the cost of the salad I would expect more chicken than I received. Pretty sure that was less than serving . The margarita was on point I definitely suggest those .

Today 08/19/24, I went to eat at 5:30 pm. Terrible attitude of the girl at the entrance. We were waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to pay the bill, I asked her if she could help us with the payment and she told me to go to my table, explaining that I was waiting for someone and they weren't coming and I didn't have anything else time to wait he turned around in a mocking manner and left. Total disrespect

This will be a little long, so bare with me. My family and I were really excited to eat here, as it had been 4 years since our last trip to a Fridays. We were seated within 5 minutes, so that wasn't too bad. Our server looked as though he didn't enjoy his job. I am limited to what I can order due to an allergy. He did check however, it seemed to annoy him slightly. Most of the drinks were prompt, which was good. I did have to flag down the hostess to get one of the drinks that never made it over, and our drinks did run dry. We placed our order, and that was the end of the promptness. The apps came out, which were okay. Queso was watery for whatever reason, but flavorful. Good thing we did order those apps, as it was an extended wait for our food. When the food finally made its way out, part of it was wrong, part was good, and mine in particular was a disaster. You'd think the easiest part of the meal wouldn't have had the most problems right?! WRONG! Not only was the salad I ordered warm, it also contained wilted lettuce, and brown avocado. The avocado is at least understandable, as it likely sat while they waited for the other food to be ready. Being in food service prior, I wouldn't have had it sitting out like that, but I digress. I spoke with the manager, and let him know about the quality issue, which he did try to rectify. Our server did seem a whole lot happier to be at work when we were leaving, which led me to believe he just wasn't happy to have us dine there, or he was vying for a big tip. Either way, it was a bit late for that. We did tip, it just wasn't the 30-40% we usually do. As much as we usually enjoy Fridays, we likely won't be back to this location. In closing, the particular item I am allergic to, is hidden in the queso dip, so if you have a garlic allergy, don't eat it like I unfortunately did.

Literally would have been a 5 because the food was amazing and the portions were very generous. We really enjoyed the mac and cheese. But there was a long wait to order and to recieve our order. The waitress was very apologetic and attentive, but the kitchen was running slow when the restaurant wasn't crowded. Otherwise, clean, affordable, easily accessible.

The service was wonderful, fast and very delicious.

The food here is always good. We always go to this location when we are going on a vacation, it’s nearby the MCO airport and it’s close to all the hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s always easy to get a table. The food is very tasty. The drinks are always cold and good! I recommend this place.

After satisfactory visits to another Fridays restaurant we tried this one, hoping for a similar experience. This was completely fulfilled! Excellent food, great service and the familiar fridays atmosphere.

Walking in we were immediately greeted with Jarred's smile and positivity as he instantly took care of our needs and brought out refills and everything we needed before we even realized we were in need. Jarred pays close attention to detail, keeps a positive, light hearted attitude, and because of Jarred this T.G.I.F closest to OIA has become our new dinner spot! All of the management need to know how phenomenal of an asset y'all have in Jarred. He is going places and I hope you all realize the diamond amongst stones that you have in your employee Jarred. Thank you again Jarred for being you and for making our dinner experience on Monday July 29th 2024 the best we've had in a long time. Also, Thank you for taking a few pictures for us! Jarred you're are the best!!! Our meal was the best too, everything was on point!!!

I hate to say it. The burger patties were burnt and the cheese had an almost plastic taste to it. The fries came with a whole bunch of salt…i ended up getting food poisoning, on my way to get medicine as im writing this. Server was nice at least.

The food is decent and the service is nice. It wasn't a busy night. Appetizers were good. We had loaded baked potato wedges and mozzarella sticks. We had the Mushroom Swiss burgers with fries for the main meal.

I was not asked if I was as part of a the rewards program so I didn’t know I could join. There are no prices on the menu for drinks which is highly suspicious and allows the restaurant to change prices at will. I’ll go to Carrabas and get food that actually has flavor and prices that are advertised as they should be. Edit - I was contacted by the corporate office once they saw the review and informed that the location would contact me within 3 - 5 days. That never happened which shows their level of customer service.

Big place. Food was great. Friendly staff.

It's has that musty smell in the place . Just felt dirty. However the bartender was nice and the food was mixed. The mot stocks were famously delicious. The meatballs were horrendous. The food menu looks really expensive. Not sure if it's tourist pricing since by the airport or what but all the entres were like $20+ . I thought Fridays was like chili's

This Friday's has a manger that actually cares about their customers. The wings are amazing, great food, and great service. I highly recommend this location.

Waitress did not have time for us and was forgetful. My food was cold. I wasted $30 and could have gotten fast-food or eaten crackers instead. We had been traveling all day and it was close to the airport. Never wasting my time or money at another TGI Fridays again.

Hadn't been to a TGI Fridays for many years. This was walking distance from my hotel. Was not expecting anything but average, but was pleasantly surprised. Their fish and chips was way better than expected. It wasn't crowded, sat at bar and got fast, good service. Price more than reasonable. For a chain restaurant, this location gets a thumbs up.

Enjoyed lunch with our kids. Food was very good. Service was great.

This TGI is the best one we've been to in Florida... also happens to be our last meal before flying home.

I picked from the menu an 8oz sirloin steak and when it came was a smaller version probably not even 4oz. The manager came and she make a bad jibe about my complain. They are deceiving customers. Don’t sponsor this poor service.

We were staying in Orlando before returning home. So TGI Friday was convenient. Food okay, drinks okay, Waitress was fun. We sat on the patio, nice breeze 😎. TGI FRIDAYS Quality has changed. I was looking forward to it, since all the restaurants closed in KcMo. Now not so much.

Great location if you're staying at one of the hotels north of the airport. Our server was friendly and attentive and the food was good.

Great service by our server. We were a party of 8 and she was very attentive. I had the sampler and it was a lot of food and shareable.

Was looking forward to having dinner here but the service was so poor .We entered and there was no one there to acknowledge or seat us for minutes . After we got sat, we were seated for 13 minutes and no one came to our table to even greet us or offer to take our order considering we were one of the only four tables in the entire restaurant at the time. There was a table that came in minutes after us and we sat and watched as they were greeted by a server and yet still no one came to our table . We eventually just walked out and even then no one even noticed. Really disappointed as we travelled over 6 hours and this was the service or lack there of we received .

I used to love Fridays, but I had a really lousy experience on my birthday. My wife told the waiter that It was my birthday and him was like meh... al was down from that moment. I don't think I'll be back to that place again. Really bad service.

I always stop by when I'm in the area (usually after a flight in because it's so close to MCO). Great food thats always fresh plus great prices and the staff are friendly. The whisky glazed ribs are my go to and their fries and mashed potatoes are always fresh and tasty! My boys love the mac and cheese and chicken tenders.

At Frydays, the experience was decent overall. The pasta I ordered was okay, although it arrived somewhat cold. The burger was tasty, and the ribs were particularly delicious. It's a decent option, especially since it stays open late, making it a convenient choice for a late-night meal.

Tables dirty and too much time for the food , I think he forgot

Boneless wings were brick hard; nothing but breading. The potato skins were dry. It was just a VERY bad experience.

Food was great, we came from NY and we had a party of 12. The waiter did wonderful and all our food came out spectacular!!!

Perhaps it's because it was Saturday and the place was somewhat busy, but the serving staff at this place are awful. If I hadn't tipped before I went to collect my food I would not have tipped at all. I went to the side entrance to pick up my order as instructed and at least 7 different serving staff members just walked right past me and completely ignored my attempts to get their attention. It wasn't until the manager came over and asked whether I had been served that I was able to pick up my order. Of course by the time he was able to bring it out from the kitchen it was no longer hot. Completely turned off.

I havent seen one of these in a few years. Was immediately greeted at the door and seated. Server was very attentive, friendly and quick. Bartender was on point with drinks. The food was just as good as I remember. Absolutely delicious. Dessert was also fantastic.

Needed somewhere to wait for an arriving flight. Late night happy hour specials were great and the barkeeper was terrific and very attentive with all her guests.

Today I leave dissatisfied with the attention they gave me in my favorite place. I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday, and have them sing his birthday, which they told me was NOT possible. Also a bit cumbersome to choose a table and the place was practically empty. Surely I won't stop coming, or maybe I'll change locations, but I needed to say it. The flavor of the food has changed and the meat did not feel exquisite like on other occasions. I hope they can improve it 🙌🏻

Great place to eat right after arriving to the airport. Maybe a 7 min drive. Nice outside patio to enjoy eating and conversation.I had a burger med rare and was just as I liked it.juicy and tasty.food and service was great. Reasonably priced great atmosphere.

Service was super slow, and it was not busy at all. Food was barely warm. Quite a crowd soliciting in front of entrance smoking and swearing.

Great place to have some drinks & dinner when staying near the airport. Great atmosphere & Lissa behind the bar displays 100% customer service!!!

When we first arrived at the restaurant the hostess and waitress were very polite. We ordered our food with our drinks but it still took 40 minutes for us to get our food. When our food finally did come, it wasn’t hot or even warm. Throughout our visit we were only checked on about 3 times in the 2 hour time span we were there. After we told our server our issues with the food, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her to bring the check and correct the receipt. I’m not a very patient person but I always try to be respectful to food service workers because I know the job is hard.

It took a while for the server to show up then, she said she was busy and would be back. We were tired, so we waited for 15 minutes for her to return. Food was good. It was hot and correct. I dont know if I would go back to this location. It was 3:30 and the place only had 4 filled tables.

Was waiting by the Orlando airport needed somewhere to wait to pick up my girlfriend. My brother and I thought that we would stop eat, get something to drink but we sat out side for a good 10 minutes. No one even came to us. The waitresses had been serving other people so we got left. Don't even know what their food was like. A service seemed maybe not so good, but they were busy

Had a wonderful experience! Had been years since getting to visit a TGI Fridays so was happy to see one close to the hotel in Orlando. Sat at the bar, had a drink and food. Sent was pleasant and efficient. Things up!

Service was very good. I had the million dollar salad. It was really good but way to much.

The wings were hard and over cooked . Please seemed dirty and run down . We asked for refills on our drinks but never received them. I will not be back

We stopped here on our way to the airport for a quick lunch snack before our flight. The service was very good and the appetizers were tasty. I would guess dinner might be better since also we ordered was simple bites.

My wife & I stopped in for a light appetizer lunch. While the food was okay, it was incredibly high-priced for what little we ordered.

Great experience, amazing food and prompt service.

Walked to TGIF from our hotel (LaQuinta) and was able to get a booth. Server was very friendly and attentive. Food was decent - just had an appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip and shared a plate of chicken fingers. Served with a delicate mustard sauce, fries and cole slaw. Ordered a decaffeinated coffee which is served in a huge round cup. Also ordered a side salad and lemonade-both very good. A nice affordable late night dinner after a flight.

Came from the MCO airport, 11pm nice crowd was still there. Got to meet a WWE former wrestler.

As a former Restaurant employee myself - this chain needs to get rid of the old "Oracle" system from the dinosaur age, it's 2024!!!

This restaurant is mediocre at best. Atmosphere, service and food all a 5/10. I am not sure if this is a franchise issue or a management issue.

Didn't make it passed the entrance. The hand sanitizer pump was caked with dirt. Even the stand holding the sanitizer was nasty. The entrance smelled like a dirty laundry mat. I can't imagine what the rest of the place looked like or the kitchen. Ugh. Didn't take the time to snap a picture. We just wanted to leave. Maybe they will read this and clean it before you try it. Otherwise, save yourself the possibility of food poisoning and go across the street to Sonny's BBQ.

The Cobb salad looked like a regular house salad. My black and salmon was about the size of 4 to 6 ounces. We ask for butter. Oh my got it after asking the second time we had finish with our dinner by the time it came.

Food was yummy but found a hair after I finished eating. Mentioned it to the waiter, nothing such as an apology or visit from the manager occurred. 😕

Was placing an order over the phone, they wanted me pay before I got my food, also noticed that after placing my order and waiting the ice container that they get fresh ice from was open the whole 15mins that I was there and one of the servers dumped a half glass what appeared to be a used cup over the open fresh ice container, I wondering what else are they careless about. That was truly cross contamination! Very nasty

Service was fine, waitress was friendly. We had small children so they showed patience with them, causing a little chaos while we waited for food. Sign outside advertised a playground. This must be an old sign. There was no playground or play area. They did not know of one. They did direct us to another company outside called Kidiverse, which has nothing to do with TGI and you have to stay with the children. It’s a typical indoor play area. The food was not to our taste. The children’s chicken fingers were dry and hard. The whiskey burger was dripping with sauce, the bread was very soggy and you could squeeze out the juice. (Like I said, not to my liking). The rice bowl was ok, lacking flavour. The potato skins were very dry. Based on the food I don’t think I would return to a TGI’s to quickly.

Before we dropped my mother in law off at her hotel we decided to get dinner and we had the most attentive server we have had in years! Hunter was absolutely fantastic! It is a travesty that she is not at the corporate level teaching other servers how to be more like her. That is how it should be done everywhere every time!
