Menu is limited and it changes too often and I probably won't return

Great time with friends. Fantastic food, was very surprised how well everything was cooked. Great job kitchen staff!!

Took over 40 min. To get our food, some items didn't get brought. Food was seriously dry. Manger came to the table because our server ( unknown to us) asked them to; the manager was very odd and seemed to have zero clue of her surroundings. This was our "2nd chance" visit after several years of knowing better. We will NEVEr visit another Chillis🌶 again.

I just had the best meal of my life.

Good food and service. Was there for Father’s Day. That is my little cutie pie, the middle one. Right one is my Daughter (in-law). Left is my Son.

Nice atmosphere. Server was friendly. The wait for our food was extremely long. Someone's order was wrong and it took forever to be corrected. No real apology and then added both the wrong item and the correct item to the bill.

It's the first time here in Omaha. My son wanted to have dinner there for his birthday and to our surprise we loved it, starting with the excellent attention of the waitress at all times from the beginning to the end that we were there without leaving behind the good food at all times. aspects in time and quality we had a very good dinner, keep up the good service that very few places can find today ;) It is the first time here in Omaha. I'm done with Chili's for good. I order take out frequently and the service is just awful. The food is ok but I'm tired of being treated like my business isn't appropriated.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience on a solo lunch. I was seated immediately. The restaurant was quite busy and my waitress was very attentive. I ordered got my food and My food was absolutely perfect.

Took time to get seated took forever to get a waiter to take out order came here to try it spur of the moment won’t come back weren’t busy just the wait staff just wasn’t attentive hard to get the server to out table was avoided

04/30/24... Think I'm done eating here. Food was so-so for the price, loaded mashed potatoes were loaded with everything but moisture, those were some dry potatoes. Broccoli was air dried, not steamed like they say. A bucket of gravy may have helped. Grandkids had Mac and Fries, well... the dozen... yes I counted... a dozen fries came out about 5 minutes after the kids were done eating their Mac. This use to be good, but not anymore. I'm out.

I've eaten here plenty of times and never had an issue. The salsa is simple, which I like, and the chips are warm, thin, and salty. I usually share a rib/tender platter with someone since it's a nice variety and plenty of food.

Finally made it in to the new building which looks pretty nice on the inside but the exterior is a little confusing. The front of the restaurant faces Giles Road and there is no parking in the front. The side parking is all for people who are picking up their to-go orders so you have to park in the lot in front of Starbucks and the front entrance is difficult to find-most people try to enter through the carry-out only door. Not sure why they built it like this. I got carry out today and my cheeseburger was horrible. The patty was overcooked and dry and for some reason was cut in half and the lettuce was wilted.

Our waitress - Trinity was outstanding! She made our dining experience so enjoyable and we enjoyed her attentiveness, how helpful she was, her conversation, and how down to earth she was. We will be back to see her again!

Serena at the bar was so fun! Thank you for your energy while making our to go margaritas & the Mexican candy shots to celebrate our anniversary. I hope you are able to try it and recommend to everyone! We walked out even happier than we walked in.

I have not been to this place in a long time so thought to give it a try. The southwest egg rolls for appetizer was good but the burger I ordered was not good at all. It was very dry and frankly tasted a lot more soybeans than beef. The service was OK but we had to wait a long time to get our food after the appetizer. Overall I found the place to be very average.

I had the sirloin steak with asparagus and the steak was cooked wrong. I asked for medium and they cooked it medium well. It was tough and dry. The worst steak I’ve ever had. The asparagus was really skinny and shriveled. I waited close to 30 minutes for my food. Waitress didn’t stop by my table to ask how my food was and it wasn’t crowded so poor service too. I will NEVER go back here! Terrible food!

Went here for dinner and we both got the appetizer pick 3 option. Loved the southwest eggrolls with zesty ranch! We also split the chocolate lava cake 🎂 overall, pretty good food for decent prices.

The food and service is great....they need to turn the heat off of 85. The last three times we have been in its been 85 degrees.

There were probably just as many servers as there were people in there, but it took 10 minutes for anyone to even greet us and then it was super slow service. They were all acting like it was slammed but it wasn’t. The food was not very good, especially for how expensive it is. I’d expect better food and service for the prices.

Our family goes here once a month or more. The service is great. The same is consistently good and it's always clean.

First I would like to start with we waited 5 minutes for someone to come and seat us and the way we were greeted was sad. The young kid didn’t say anything to us expect for asking how many. He seated us, didn’t say who would be our server or that someone would be right over. After sitting there for 20 minutes, with multiple servers looking in our direction and just putting their head down and turning away. Acting as if we weren’t even there. We left and no one even batted an eye as we walked out the door. Poor service and I will for sure never be back. I should also add that they had plenty of staff, at least 5-6 servers and it was not busy.

The food was good and we had the sweetest little waitress very happy to make sure we were comfortable and happy with what we ordered most definitely will be returning

The food was a big surprise my wife had appetizers, and I had the bacon ranch burger it was awesome. 2 patties and about 8 slices of bacon

Bad experience. The hosts are not even at the front and we have to wait for a while to wait for them to sit us. They shouldn’t do that!

The soups were outstanding! The waitress did a great job. There were no busboys to help out. And the sandwiches were decent so we're the salads.

Love this location in La Vista! Go there all the time!

I know it has been a while, but loving the new digs after the renovation

The grilled shrimp were a little too spicy for me but that is because I have a very low tolerance for spicy foods. We asked for shrimp with no seasoning but the manager said they had all been marinated already. She took the shrimp off the bill which wasn't necessary because we took them home for those who had a higher tolerance for spices. The white caso was not spicy and was so delicious. All in all, a delightful, delicious meal.

The location of the front door is a little odd (but makes sense). We sat at the bar. Our waitress/bartender was on top of it. If you like mixed drinks try the Mexican Hot Candy shot. Our food was hot and delicious.

Grabbed an Old fashioned burger. Waitress left with out passing us on to next server.

Waitress didn't know what she was doing. She messed up the final bill.

It's a pretty new facility. Nice place, great service and the meal I ordered was outstanding. Would recommend it to family and friends

Nathan was just the silliest little host. He asked me what was doing afterwards and I thought that was a little forward for my taste. I would prefer he wined and dined me first, but this is Chili’s so no amount of cheap margaritas was going to wash away the sin!

This used to be one of my favorite places to order from. But today, I placed an online order and my card was charged and I got the confirmation email. I get to the restaurant to pick up my food and I open the app to click ‘I’m here’ as the instruction say. I clicked it and then the app closed and would no longer show anything upon reboot. I call the store and inform them I have an order for pick up but the app wasn’t allowing me to say I’m here. A gentleman comes out and says they can’t seem to find my order in the system. I showed him the email as well as my bank account with the charge on there. He says, “I’m going to grab a manager”. (I would’ve gone inside to handle this except I had my dog with me and will not leave her alone in the car). The manager comes out and I show her all the same information. She goes inside and comes back out several minutes later and says that she’s checked both systems and the order isn’t in there. She said, “I can submit a ticket for a refund”. I say, we’ll I don’t mind paying for the food, I just want to get the food. She says, “well, I’m confident that charge wont stay on your account. But I’m happy to make the food”. I knew what she was saying was, “I’ll make you the food but I’m gonna have to charge you again”. Which, by the end of a very frustrating conversation, was indeed what she was saying. I told her I’ve already paid as my card was charged and this seems to be an error on their end. She offered no actual solution other than have $100 withdrawn from my account instead of $50. I, like most people, barely make ends meet. And I’m not going to give more money and then have to return to the store and get a refund whenever it MIGHT be approved. This was always my special treat to myself within my budget and yet, their error would cost me double for my food. I have worked in the restaurant business and never, have I ever had or seen something handled so poorly at the fault of the restaurant. And no, I didn’t leave with food.

The food has always been right, wait staff nice. We haven't had to wait for seating since they renovated. But whoever designed where the door goes has apparently never been to a restaurant before. It's a bizarre set up.

Ok, it was blah, not much new appeal.

Food was delicious but the service tanked the whole experience. Our server who doubled as the bartender gave a rebuttal to every order we tried to make with a “better option”. I ordered a side Caesar salad and got a house salad and rather than offering to bring the right salad I was asked “if I was good with it”. It took multiple asks to get napkins and plates for our appetizer. Toward the end of our dining experience we wanted to place and order to go and again there was a rebuttal to “wait until later because the order would get cold”. So when we got our entrees and the waiter didn’t ask about the to-go order we placed it online and it was ready as we were getting ready to leave. The only bright spot to our visit was the young man who was host and food runner who was helpful to grab extra sauces and whatever we needed. Takeout only from now on.

Their new building is so nice inside. They do need a little more parking but everything else is great

I usually order the Cajun chicken pasta with no hiccups but wanted to try something new. I decided to try a steak here which was a mistake on my part as I ordered my steak medium but received it very well done. The potatoes on the side were just inedible for me. I still give this Chilis a 4 stars because I haven’t had problems before with my food and this may have just been a preference issue! The manager insisted on taking off my meal for free and even offered to make another meal for me. Next time, I’ll just stick to my pasta!

For fathers day we went to Chillis. The food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was Immaculate. I do recommend this place.

Not the greatest experience for my wife and I. It took about 20 min for our server to show up, to get our drinks. The appetizers did come fairly quickly. Then we checked on and served at different points by multiple different servers. I ordered the chililis Philly, which is a good concept for a Philly but poorly executed. My sandwich was so mushy I couldn't hold it, I had to cut it with a fork and knife, however, it was served on a paper sheet so I wound up with paper for supper too. My wife did enjoy her cheeseburgers though which is a plus. We may or may not go back.

Great food and our server Gary was amazing at his job. Very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed. Way to go above and beyond Gary!

They changed the menu but failed to tell the customers so we could order something different. The waitress never came back to our table after she told us we could only have 1 side instead of the usual 2 just poor customer service. Won't be going back.

Went through their big production of the drive up, pick up section of parking. And was told that we entered the order pick up door. Thanks man! Didn't see any other way to enter. Maybe this place is wanting to be drive up service? That's why you got to hunt for the main door? Just an wasn't obvious entry. Food was great. About 5 young teens were walking in as we were. They forgot to let a woman in first till one of the group but told the other to let her in (me). Very nice. Considering a lot has been lost now a days on how to treat women and older generations. Most of the kids left but about 2 or 3 Stayed and walked around and even entered the kitchen area. The staff said his mom works there. The lady that finished up serving us was very nice. So, it was an OK experience.

Kind servers with efficient service. Average food (what you'd expect from a Chili's) but personally find better than Applebees. Always in and out within 30 minutes but could definitely stay and chat over appetizers or drinks for way longer - just be sure to tip well if you do :)

Great wings! Nicer look to it than Applebee's. Bit understaffed. The service suffers because of it.

Waitress was kind but forgetful.

Beyond rude. I had three employees walk past me. I was door dashing and another lady walked and got helped immediately. The only difference was our skin tone. I've been here before and never had this experience. So I'll blame the employees that worked that day not the establishment.

Chadwick was a top notch conscientious waiter. My husband got ribs and I got shrimp fajitas! Delicious!

I did not enjoy the scaled back version of this restaurant.. It's a WHOLE lot smaller.. it feels very claustrophobic.. The food was meh.. Service was pretty decent..

Ordered fajitas for me and my friend and didn't get what I ordered and by thee time my food was brought out to the table my friend's food was cold. This is the second time I have had an issue. Last time my food came out over cooked and was completely dry. By the time I received my food my family was already done eating and ended up having to take it home.

Food is never right, servicebis mediocre at best, and the quality of their food has gone way down since they moved to this new location. Also the new location seems cramped and has very poor arrangement of the tables.

This is a newly rebuild or remodeled Chili's with very modern and clean atmosphere. As with every Chili's I've been too, all over the country, the food was good and consistent with what I expect. In general, Chili's is a great place for guaranteed good food.

Very friendly staff. Great deals and appetizers. Good place to go for whole families, definitely something for everybody.

The food was bland. I asked for no tomatoes and lettuce on my mushroom and swiss but got both. The only flavor on the burger was the tomatoes. The waitress was nice but took a while to try and get a refill. I didn't even attempt to get a second refill on my drink. Was not impressed and would not recommend this location for food.

Who in the heck laid out this new location? It's terrible. Most of the parking is on the north side of the building, the parking on the south side is awful because it's basically part of the Starbucks line. The restaurant entrance is on the west side. You have to walk down a sidewalk on busy 84th Street and then down a steep hill through grass if you park on the north.

Good place to eat. Hard to find the front door though.

Very nice building. The appetizers and food was delicious. Took a little long for the food to come out but overall a good experience.
