Noodles were not cooked,meatballs were cold.but hey,bread sticks were good

First, I haven't had a Valentino's pizza for more than 20 years. I live in Kansas, and we don't have any. The last one was in Lawrence KS back in my teenage years. My son wanted to try a pizza from a place that we don't have back home. We ordered the DUE SORELLE, and it was pretty good. If we are ever in the area again, we will get another pizza from you. :-)

Great pizza. Nice cozy little corner eat in or carryout place. Been eating valentinos for many years now. I try slow down when I bring a pizza home but then I look down and I have already ate 5 pieces.

Their pizza is awesome, a bit pricey but well worth it

I ordered for takeout, got caught in a LONG checkout line, and after awhile they called to check on me!

I get them each year for my birthday, since I was probably 10. My favorite is the lasagna with meat sauce!!!! Pizza is fantastic too!

We have ordered from this location several times and I'm afraid almost each time there has been some type of mistake, unfortunately. Typically not one to dismiss a restaurant over one or two, or in my case, several instances of bad customer service or mistakes. However, the final straw was being placed on hold this evening, immediately after pickup, to only wait 7+ minutes on hold. I eventually hung up and did not return the call. Instead pivoting and ordering ordering from the Springfield location. (Much much better) I have given this particular location chance after chance, but will no longer. Clearly from the reviews they are okay either being minimally staffed or lack a manager that can lead a team properly. It's business, I get it, times are tough. I'm simply choosing to take my business elsewhere until there is a marked improvement at that location.

Pretty small portion of lasagna. The container is not even half filled For 13.00 not worth it.

50$ for spaghetti and chicken alfredo....and a $10 pizza for a 2 year old because they have no kids meals. Kinda hard to deal with a meatball with flimsy plasticware from Dollar Tree. Offer Real flatware for dine in customers. Won't be back.

Good food, good prices. Only problem is delivery can take 2 hrs or more. Never dined in.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst Valentinos in the state of Nebraska, every time I order from here I think it's going to be different, it's not, I would rather drive 40 miles to another Valentinos then order from here again, I will 100% never refer or order anything from this place again

My wife and I got off work and decided to celebrate our anniversary dinner at Valentino's. The staff was so nice to us! They even gave us free dessert pizza to celebrate! Thank you so much, Valentino's staff!!!

Slower than desired service. Foods always good though.

The last 4 times we have ordered from this location our pizza has been severely over cooked and dry. When ordering for delivery our pizza has taken about an hour and a half to arrive after being told 45 minutes. I don’t like to complain, but the quality at this location has rapidly declined. We won’t be ordering from there in the future.

We love Valentino's. However this location has frequently put me on hold for long periods of time and I have to call back. After 5 minutes I decided I would order pizza somewhere else but stayed on the line out of curiosity. 20 minutes passed and still no one picked up the phone.

Our absolute favorite pizza. Always good. A nice fast lunch.

Cheese cheese cheese! Man, this place has some really good pizza, lasagna, and even breadsticks. They make a tasty sauce with their pizza and they don't short you. It was a very good dinner. I spent 50 dollars for pizza, lasagna, and breadsticks. If I am in this area I would definitely return for their food.

Pizza was just meh. Girl who answers the phone on Friday nights is incredibly snotty. Also delivery takes 2 hours. So plan accordingly, especially if you have hungry little mouths waiting.

We got a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, which I thought was fun and festive. I really think there should be more sauce, cheese, and toppings to balance how thick the crust is.

Za is excellent. Service is fast and friendly. If you are tired of the big 3 pizza moguls, then order some Valentino's.

My wife and I agree that Valention's pizza is always higher quality than Domino's or Pizza Hut.

Have loved Val's since college days!! Half-baked pizzas let you enjoy hot pizza right at home. Cinnamon sticks are wonderful but I need to do those at store. Staff was great!! Even on Christmas Eve!!

An AMAZING experience! We had a variety of Valentino's specialties and ALL were top notch, FRESH and unforgettable! Took us back to the first time we had Val's pizza at the original location in Lincoln. Thanks!

Our shared pasta bake needed salt, but it was tastey.

Never had a bad pizza! And after I thought I lost my punch card they held on to it and had it ready when I walked in. Love this place!

The best pizza I have ever had and amazing pasta. my family and I dined In twice and we had the most amazing waitress her name was Hope and it has been so many years since I have seen such amazing and excellent service. She was very sweet and kind always making sure we had everything we needed, checking on us making sure the food was ok which the food was outstanding and the people were very nice and professional even the managers were kind we truly loved everything but we truly loved our waitress if u ever dine in at this place you will be amazied with the customer service and if you have Hope as your server you will get the most excellent welcoming service you will ever have. She even had little bags of fun stuff for the kids while we waited for our food We have been to so many places and none of them can compare to this place it is family friendly and so welcoming and the food is so amazing this is the place to go everyone and even though they were busy they still gave us excellent service. My family and I will definitely be returning and everyone if you are looking for great food amazing customer service and dinner for your family this is the place to go.

Pizza tasted good. The pizza is way overpriced for the amount you received. Mini pizza is 4 inches round of pizza and cost $7.99. Medium pizza was $16.23 and isn't able to feed a 2 year old and 1 adault. I will not being going back anytime soon

We love the lasagna from Valentino's, if you've never had it try it you won't be disappointed it's the best! The staff has always been fantastic!

It was nice eating there, and the waitress was nice to my company and me during my little party/get together. Though I personally didn't find the pizzas good.
