My wife and I recently moved to Tampa and wanted to explore Ybor and the farmers market (also very cool!). Unsurprisingly, given it is July, we need cool refreshment. Lo and behold, around the bend and down the street, gleamed an ice cream parlor! After basking in the AC and salivating over the flavors, we went for a key lime pie ice cream. It tasted EXACTLY like you’d hope your best key lime pie turned ice cream would. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back!

Cute and fun little shop. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The shop is clean with plenty of seating and merch to choose from. The ice cream is endless and so unique. I tried one with honey in it and it was heavenly.

A must visit ice cream shop with rotating, unique flavors. Our favorites are Bees Knees, Malty Millionare, Oatmeal Cookie, and Brown Butter Praline Pecan.

Their cookies are good and I enjoyed the s’mores ice cream but I don’t think that 1 cookie and 1 cup of ice cream should cost $10 with them also asking for a tip.

The ice cream is so delicious but the customer service received by that female from yesterday 6/3/24 was RIDICULOUS!! She acted like we came in there begging for FREE ice cream!

Cute place we stopped at after dinner.. the sample version of mint chocolate chip was awesome but I was too full.. kiddo got strawberry which was delicious and pistachio which was also yummy. Def will be back if we are in the area

Nice chill spot for ice cream. Little pricier than you'd want to spend on ice cream, but the quality is excellent and the unique flavors were really good.

Amazing ice cream. WOW! I got the cafe con leche flavor and went amazing with the waffle cone! I got the gluten free waffle cone and it was incredible! If you want one scoop (like I did) you can do half and half and get two flavors (like I did). I loved this idea because they have too many wonderful flavors to choose just one! The strawberry was probably the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had, it was made from real strawberries. My boyfriend got the Bees Knees and the Multi Millionaire with the waffle cone, and stated that it was “the best ice cream he has ever had” Will definitely visit this place again. The store was very clean and beautiful.

It says they have milkshakes online. Once I arrived I was told that they don’t sell milkshakes

We went to chill Brothers in ybor City with a couple of friends early in the afternoon on Thursday. It was surprisingly steady. I expected it to be pretty slow. The person at the counter was helpful and friendly. The ice cream is simply spectacular. Is a bit expensive. Two bowls of ice cream or just under $15 for single scoops. The scoops are large and you can split a scoop into two flavors. If you're going there with a number of people who you don't mind sharing cooties with, you can get the ice cream flight which is six scoops for like $15 or something like that. Overall excellent, but pricey. Again you want really good stuff sometimes it ain't cheap!

My favorite ice cream in all of Tampa! It is a mandatory stop in Ybor City. They have unique flavors and it shows that they use quality products. My favorite is the Tampa Banana and my husband's is the passion fruit (vegan). The staff is always very friendly and the place clean.

This place is my favorite I am always there and I have recommended a lot of people because is great but before it was a lot better then now for example the cone used to be more thicker and they serve less ice cream now and the price is almost $9. I hope the team works on that because I really love ans enjoy this place, thanks!

Good ice cream. You get a choice of scoops in a cup or in our case we asked for the plate or in the waffle cone. You are also able to taste the various flavors they have available.

When in Ybor City for dinner we stopped at Chill Bros Scoop Shop for ice cream and man was it so gooooooood. The flavours on offer were delicious, (I had the Chronic Popcorn and Guava Pastelito), and the 2 scoop cup was a good generous portion and worth the $8.50 it cost. I was tempted by 3 scoops as that is just $10 but I figured it would not be great for my waistline!! Amazing ice-cream in Ybor, Tampa.

This Chill Bros. Ice cream is the best I’ve ever had! Bar none! And I’ve been eating ice cream for about 70 years. I was fortunate enough to have their Brown Butter Praline Pecan. (Thanks Amy!)

The Bee’s Knees revolutionized my taste buds. The bits of honeycomb? I dream of that crunch. We go into one of their locations weekly to buy pints full. Only downside, servers could be more friendly. Check them out!

My kids (all adults) love this ice cream! My daughter who is vegan and lactose intolerant loves that there's good quality ice cream for her as well. The portions are generous (we had to pull over on the ride back to the Airbnb because everyone's ice cream was overflowing). We went 2x on our recent 9-day visit to Tampa.

Absolutely delicious vegan ice cream! I've tried a lot of vegan options since becoming lactose free and this tastes like the real deal. The vegan Candy Cane Forest was amazing, and my friend loved her Rocky Road (contains lactose). The staff was friendly and helpful too, and the shop is clean and cute!

I just broke my ankle and have to have surgery and the only thing I can think of that will make me feel better is Chill Bros ice cream. Our first time to visit - a friend recommended. I for some reason thought there would be more flavors, but was pleasantly surprised at how many unique flavors they had. I ended up with Tampa Banana - basically Banana Foster in ice cream. It was very good. Caution, like all of Ibor City, parking can be rough.

Best ice cream in town! The strawberry is the most natural tasting strawberry ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s like frozen berries with cream, nothing artificial at all. The milk and cookies ice cream is also amazing and has big chunks of cookie in it.

Honestly the best milk shake in the greater Tampa area. Especially if you ask them to make it thick. They know what they’re doing and all of the flavors I’ve tried are top notch. Employees are always very nice and will actually engage in conversation which seems to be a rather foreign concept nowadays.

This spot is absolutely delicious. We tried the flight of 6 mini scoops. Trust me, they aren’t mini - it’s a plateful of ice cream enough for three people to share.

I don’t even like ice cream - but I LOVE ChillBros! The scoops are huge, so I prefer taking home a pint (or three) so I can enjoy it longer. Always fresh, always delicious!

This place is a must try. The flavors are far from typical or standard and the ice cream quality and homemade cones are exquisite.

I’ve been here many times and I always bring ppl who visit from out of state by the shop. There was one time I asked about cones and was told they had to be made (I guess they were too busy to make it at the time).. I could’ve waited but I didn’t get an expected timeline so I kept it pushing. The pistachio ice cream is easily the best ice cream I’ve had in life. It tastes so good almost like there’s salted brown butter along with the pistachios. Love it.

Ybor City was an unplanned stop but definitely glad we searched out this area. After an afternoon of walking around, Chill Bros was just the place to be at. We choose the Flight and we extremely happy we did! 6 scoops of some amazing flavors hit the spot and their waffle cones added a nice touch.

This was the first time we came to this ice cream place, and it was a friend’s recommendation. The ice cream was worth the trip, we ended up getting two flavors: Blueberry Buckle and Belgian Brownie. The Blueberry Buckle tasted like blueberry cheesecake with delicious pieces of crumble inside. The Belgian Brownie came with lots of chunks of brownie, our favorite part. Staff was very friendly, they let us try these flavors beforehand. Stay Chill🍨🥶
