This place is THE spot to go to if you're looking for a cold treat on a hot Texas day... or even a cold Texas day! This place has wonderful pre-curated milkshakes to enjoy, or you can make your own! The atmosphere is so chill (no pun intended), and we've had friends over at this place many a time. After-school runs, birthday runs, late-night runs, you name it, Chill is the subject of all yummy sweet treat runs. My family doesn't live in the area anymore, but in our new area of residence we are still on the lookout for a "Chill replacement", that's how good this place is! I'm not sure if it's on the menu anymore, but my mom's favorite milkshake from here is called the Snowball. If you're feeling adventurous one day, I suggest you ask about it and give it a try :)

I enjoy Chill for the variety and the games. They aren't the greatest games, but they have games to play. The milkshake options are limitless, but they aren't particularly cheap either. I recommend the fruity flavors more than the chocolate flavors here.

If you want real tasty deserts I recommend this place. The staff is very professional and nice rather it's slow or fast paced, and everything is so yummy .

Had Blueberry Shake with walnuts. Good. Had Walnut bits well-blended.

I wish I got to try their milkshakes but when I walked in. No one was present, so my thought was maybe they had to go to the bathroom and they're the only ones working because there was milk left out on the counter and whipped cream bottle. I stood there for a good while looked at the menu. Kind of walked up and down. Looked at the menu again and then left because still no one showed up. There was no bell to ring and the door didn't have a bell to alert anyone that someone was coming or going. That's a good idea to have for the times people are working by themselves and no one is at the counter.

The service was horrible. My friend didn’t get her food for 45 minutes when she and the blonde lady was a whitch

Beyond the incredible milkshakes and huge variety (not even counting custom ones), this place is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, the table games are fun, the food is delicious, and it just feels nice to be there. We've lived in the area 15+ years and only started going here within the last year. This is the only place we go for shakes at all anymore since everywhere else feels disappointing now. Whenever I try to tell anyone about it and that they should go, it feels like they think I'm dumb for not knowing about it sooner. I think I might agree with them.

Disappointing experience at Chill Milkshake Bar on Louetta. Arrived around 8:27 PM with my kids for a quick outing, assured we had enough time as they closed in 30 mins. Despite finding an open table, we were asked to put chairs back because the table ‘was closed’ after being cleaned. Ironically, the same lady had initially told us we could sit at the bar. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming vibe continued as we waited almost nine minutes without any acknowledgment or service. As a frequent visitor, this was a stark difference from previous visits. Sadly, I left after over 12 minutes without being served, feeling like this treatment might be based on my identity as a woman of color. Hope management addresses these issues for a more inclusive and welcoming environment.

Joined gym nearby, & been wanting to try this place since seeing it while driving by. Came yesterday(Sunday 12/10) & was disappointed to see that they're closed on Sundays. Took a quick photo of the open/close hours displayed on front window, & was looking forward to tasting this ice cream today. Pulled up 15 minutes early (Sign & Google says open Mon-Thurs 12pm -9pm. Well, it's 12:16 now, and still no one has arrived to open up. Won't count them out just yet tho. Will look forward to catching them at the right time, & change this one star review to a five. OKAY! So, I finally made it in, & here's my update. Bought the Snickers shake, & it was basic as hell. Most certainly not worth the $8.00 they're charging. Think I'm gonna chill on Chill.(Smh)

Amazing atmosphere, staff very friendly and everybody happy. There are also games to play there while you wait with very clean bathrooms, great service. The food is heavenly, packed with all your desires, although it might a lot of sugar depending on what you get.

It was good but one of the employees raised her voice at my boyfriend for forgetting a piece of paper on the counter. The whole store heard and it embarrassed the both of us. I understand that picking up after yourself is important but raising your voice at someone who forgot a small piece of paper on the counter was uncalled for and embarrassing

My daughter has a nut allergy and the care that Rachel (Raquel) took to ensure that there was no cross contamination was so awesome. She even stopped to call someone to make sure she was following the steps right. Thank you sooo much!

This was a delicious find! I have to say this has got to be the friendliest staff I’ve seen in a very long time!! Everyone was so happy and they definitely put a smile on my face just watching them work. Now the shakes. We opted for the The Salted Caramel topped with bits of Heath candy bars and we also got the Banana Cream Pie Shake topped with vanilla wafers. These were shakes made to perfection topped with whipped cream and a cherry. It’s a drive for us but we will definitely be going back.

A hidden gem in Spring,Tx that is 😋. The ice cream here has a homemade taste. That day a cinnamon toast shake was ordered and it was superb.Also the banana pudding ice cream scoop was delicious. The ice cream has real vanilla wafers and banana to it. I will be back . The place also has motivational quotes all over to inspire. Like it here...

This place is open until late so it works out perfect. The staff is trained and managed very well to meet the customer service needs.

My first time there, great service. I had the strawberry shake with vanilla wafers and fresh strawberries 🍓. I ate off of it 3 times. Soooo good!!!

I was here Saturday evening on 1/7, and this place was slammed! A huge group of people had decided to show up seemingly without calling ahead and those three employees were hustling. They were calm and efficient despite the chaotic conditions and I was impressed with their professionalism. They definitely deserve a bonus for being put in that situation! Always great service and delicious milkshakes.

The montecristo was made with cheese, a thin slice of ham, and a lot of jam. It just tasted like an excessively sweet jam sandwichch. Plus many of the customers sounded sick. Not just tiny coughs. One coughed directly on our food as we were picking it up. I'm not sure what the owners can do about that, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to try this place! Super cute atmosphere, I noticed there were plenty of board games to play and tables to sit at. There are so many milkshake options to choose from, there's even a build your own option. The biggest surprise of all is that they offer grilled cheese sandwiches! I can't wait to bring my mom next time.

Super cute and "chill" milkshake place. The milkshakes are huge and they have endless options. The crew working behind the counter was super friendly and helpful filling up the shake orders that they give you at the start. We were first-timers and they took the time to show us how everything worked. There is plenty of room to sit in or out and they also have board games for a fun date night.

I do not normally do reviews, but Chill is incredible! The staff is incredibly friendly, the environment is very clean and welcoming, and the milkshakes are hands down amongst the best shakes I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend making Chill part of your visit!

Absolutley fantastic shakes!! Saw the sign on the road that says #1 shake in Texas and I disbelieved.... will I disbelieve no more. My family got three shakes: butterbeer, I love chocolate, and pumpkin pie and everyone was very happy. Great summer treat for anyone!!

No store awareness stood so long at the register I sat down. Store manager was playing tag with employee and talking about ordering pizza and throwing stuff back and forth. Four employees. One customer. We sat down and waiting for one of the four to finally acknowledge us after being inside the store standing at the register literally feet away for ten minutes! Your shakes are great but service STINKS! We come in once a week, I believe this will be our last visit!

The owners and staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and professional. The aura given off was so happy and genuine; from entering the front door all the way to finishing our shakes and leaving. The shakes, well, I have been only twice thus far but will go every week to try every flavor on the menu. Extraordinary service, phenomenal tasting shakes within an uplifting atmosphere. Trust the great reviews, Chill will not disappoint!

This is one of my favorite places to go. I was having a rough day and came by for my birthday to get a milkshake. And I was greeted with a smile, and the person that took my order went above and beyond helping me make a milkshake I would like and added an extra touch to it that made me love it. The place is always an enjoyable environment and awesome, especially for a family-friendly environment.

Chill...The Milkshake Today, May 2nd, 2022, stopped in for a quick ice cream cone. The moment I walked in I could easily observe they were in a deep cleaning mode. The management and the young girls were all happy, talking and having a good time while they worked very happidlily. Ordered two scoops of Pralines N Cream in a cup, nice big scoops. Hit the spot. Chill also serves all sorts of waffles and other desserts. Give them a try, anytime, even before dinner. Thanks, Chill, on Louetta in Spring Texas.

Fun little place for sure. Went in with high hopes and the customers there I talked to raved about the shakes and waffles. Ordered a shake, but didn't think it was anything special. Kind of pricey for an average tasting shake.

Fantastic Shakes, but Better People! With nearly 60 specialty shakes and literally thousands of customizable possibilities, Chill is a delicious place to try something new, or become a milkshake craftsman, your only limits are your creativity. The fact that they use Blue Bell ice cream was enough for me, but it’s what they can do with it that will have you coming back again and again. From shakes, to gourmet waffle and grilled cheese options, this is truly a Mecca of snacking and desserts. The owners are also great people who are committed to making a difference in the community. We had a great chat with them on our first visit, this trip is my second. Today we got the Ladybug and Ricky Road shakes, but we have also tried the Butterbeer, The Wardle (think Almond Joy in a shake) & the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. If you want a great shake in an inviting and fun atmosphere, grab the kids, your friends, or whoever and get yourself to Chill. You can’t possibly regret it.

My brother-in-law had told me all about Chill and how great it was. My wife and I were on a date and decided to stop in! We didn't spend much time inside, but I noticed that there were dirty tables and chairs were not straightened up nicely. The bathroom was clean and well cared for. We got a Coffee-Toffee and S'mocha. Both were quite tasty and we did enjoy them. I didn't look at pricing so didn't know what to expect, but two shakes and tax came out to be over $15 and I was shocked!

Wonderful milkshakes with lots of fun flavors and mix-ins. I would like to go back for the waffles! I heard they are amazing. It was neat talking with the staff. I learned they are also the owners. They were fun, warm and kind.

The place was clean, no too crowded. The staff was ok. It was my first time and I did fast instructions so I supposed he was alone in the store. The milkshake I purchased was good and the Texas sandwich too. I like the concept of the store ( they have board games) so you can enjoy your ice cream or milkshake and have fun with your friends. I will have to go back to see if we can improve and get a more flavor/crazy milkshake :)

Ordered the cookie jar specialty milkshake. Nothing special about it. Taste’s decent, but for a specialty milkshake it was plain. Just whipped cream on top? I understand that you pick the toppings but why have a specialty drink if you still have to go through the customization process. A bit overpriced as well.

Very friendly staff! Walked in and immediately was asked if we'd been in before... since we hadn't, she explained the menu options to us and quickly made our order. Great little snack/ dessert place! They also have tons of games if you want to play. 😁

I LOVE these milkshakes! They even have one based off of my old high school (from growing up in the area) which is super neat! The menu is fully customizable and interchangeable with all the toppings that they have and ice cream. They also offer waffles with toppings and ice cream!

The milkshake was good, and has stuff around to make an atmosphere,but they are overpriced for there stuff and make the atmosphere feel generic. It is so unique but has not lived up to it for us. We have only tried it one time and will try it one more maybe around spring or summer hoping it was a fluke.

Nice little place to bring the kiddos and enjoy some fresh made shakes and ice cream. We had a Montecristo and grilled cheese both were a pretty good little snack to go along with our shakes. I love that they have board games for the kids to play.
