There are not many or almost any good Chinese Restaurants in Orlando/Clermont area. CHINA STAR is a great one. After 5 yrs we have found a place worth having take out This place is very very good.

I really like the chicken with mixed veg

Horrible service. I ordered fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice and shrimp was totally burnt and inedible. Would not recommend.

The food is always hot and tasty. The service is very kind very sweet. This is my favorite place to pick up Chinese food in clermont.

Worst Bourbon Chicken I have ever had! Overcooked so much that you couldn't stick a fork in it. Maybe caught them on a bad night but Ill never know because I won't be trying again.

First time trying China Star, did the lunch special of Sha Sha Shrimp with fried rice. It was awful. First off, no vegetables, just a box full of sautéed onions and a few shrimp, just weird and the fried rice was yellow with hard peas, no flavor. I ended up throwing it out, that’s how bad it was! Never at any other Chinese restaurants have I ordered it and got all onions, guess they ran outta other veggies. Not going back. Wish I peeked into my take out box before going home! I’m sticking with #1 Wok! Always excellent and no surprises with your order!

Always do delivery. Everything gets here hot and excellent. I have certain house guests that when they visit they always want China Star.

The food and service was great, I definitely recommend! When I attended I was greeted by their kind souls. They made sure I felt like I was welcome and had a very pleasant experience. When you try out their restaurant make sure to ask for Tiffany to make your food.

The service attitude is very good. The milk tea is delicious. There are many flavors.

I was a loyal customer there and we ordered Uber eats , rice was bad and I order the special fry rice and there’s only one shrimp the taste was awful , wings overcooked so disappointed

The food was horrible, the chicken was Overcooked the shrimp fried rice was the worst shrimp Fried Rice, I have ever eaten. Whoever took over this Spot shrimp Fried Rice with no eggs. Are you serious? I tried to give it to my pitbull and he will not eat it. The new owners are whom ever is there. Need to step their game up or sell it back to the previous owners. Like really burnt chicken.

Disgusting food! How these people are in business is beyond me? Never tasted Chinese food this bad before. The chicken tasted cheap and rubbery, food had no seasoning , after a few bites we stopped eating and threw it away in the garbage. Complete waste of money this is food your dog won’t even eat. Literally I tried to give my dog a piece and he wouldn’t eat it lol… Never again !

Update your website. Menu lunch says all meals come with egg roll, soda, and fried rice. My order online came to 30.10 Get to the counter at the restaurant my order is 32.42. Won't get my business again!

Not sure what’s going on with their food but this is the second time I’ve had take out and the quality of the food has diminished. I don’t know what you guys changed but change it back . I’d like to keep giving you business but if the quality of the food remains the same I’ll be ordering somewhere else .

I usually always order from here, whoever took my order on the phone today was rude and took my order wrong after having me repeat myself 4x. I asked for no sugar in my mixed vegetables and all I got was sugar, she told me a item I have always ordered from them was not on the menu which is CHICKEN with MIXED VEGETABLES forcing me to order only mixed vegetables, with such an attitude,after ordering it last week. Dunno if it's new management or not. But whoever took this order should not be on the phone further.

Love their food! I used to go to the one in ocoee but I’m glad they have one in Clermont where I live now! They are great about fixing anything that might be wrong. But in 9 years, that’s happened once and they were very busy, but still accommodating

Food is always good, big portion sizes, fair prices, the people that work there are friendly. Great place to grab takeout. Food is always still hot by the time I get it home.

Best Chinese food I’ve had since moving from NYC to Clermont. Their Pork Lo Mein and pork fried rice are good. The egg rolls are average but the egg drop soup was very good and I must say the Roast Pork Egg Foo Yung was one of the best I’ve ever had. The jumbo shrimp in garlic sauce is also good. Shrimp are big and the sauce is tasty. Overall I would say it’s my new favorite place for Chinese take out.

We got delivery. The bourbon chicken meat was gross looking. The taste was okay. We also got sesame chicken not to good. The rice was decent. The egg roll was soaked in oil and flavor was off. Maybe just an off night for them. It’s so nice they deliver!

Took a lunch break here while from the dentist office. I would say it's been range as one of the best restaurants I've had is towards the villages area for Chinese. No salt and pepper or any sauces on the tables for dining in. I got my meal and was only given two soy sauce and two duck sauce for a whole meal and two egg rolls while dining in. The overall Taste of the food was not what I I'm used to so it wasn't as good as I was expecting. Staff service was up to par. I'll stick to my Shanghai in Mulberry Grove The Villages. I give it this rating because overall for the price not that bad I paid $13

I don't know what happened with all the haters' food on this review panel. This place makes some amazing cuisine. The Mei Fun was exquisite and loaded with curry. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. The egg rolls were an 11 on a scale of 10. I also ordered shrimp egg foo young. No fails. All success. Flavorgasm! This restaurant has a lot to offer!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. After working all day i decided to pick up food from here and found a LABEL in my rice. Extremely unprofessional business and they refused to fix their own mistake. Go anywhere else, instant ramen will treat you better

Really good variety of vegetable options. Good flavor, but was a tad greasy, for a vegetable dish.

Every time I go here, customer service is OK most of the time the lady takes my order and she have a nice attitude. As for my food, the flavor is very good 👍🏾. I've never had a bad experience when it comes to the or service. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from me.

Your pork fried rice is unlike any other, but those wings are hard and dry, overcooked or have been frozen way too long

I ordered delivery and everyone was very kind and nice my family is extremely low income and can not afford to eat out very often due to living paycheck to paycheck but the food I got was so good and perfectly cooked me and my wife agreed this is the place we will alway eat out from best I've had in years

My go to place for Chinese food. Usually ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Love the sweet and sour chicken, fried dumplings and the general tso.

Definitely my favorite spot to get chineese food that delivers. We usually order Singapore me fun noodles and its not too spicy but not too much curry which is perfect. Also order the chicken and broccoli and its taste so good. Always on time and customer service is great with no issues. I live in minneola so having it delivered here is awesome. Great place. Will recommend.

Wow we absolutely love this place. My husband and I were working out of town Staying at a hotel. We called China star! We had to wait a while for delivery because we were a little far away; but they let us know that ahead of time it would be an hour or so. We were so concerned that the food would be getting cold by the time our order came. Holy cow To our surprise it came piping hot and so delicious. We would absolutely recommend you guys to anyone around here. Thank you! We are ordering again tonight!

After reading all the comments, positive and negative I decided to give them a shot. I mean, I can't pass up the chance to add delivery to my dinner roster. That being said Im so glad I did try it. There's something they put in their lo mein sauce that I haven't seen at other local Chinese places. Not sure what it is, but I like it!

Was 5 star but lately their rice has been going down hill. Just not as flavor full as it use to be.

This is a great place for take out or even a quick dine in. I normally can't decide between moo goo gai pan, sesame chicken, and shrimp egg foo yung. If I'm in a group we order it all and split it up. Great amount of food for a very good price. Food is delicious and tastes fresh. The egg rolls are crunchy and stuffed. The rice is fluffy and the veggies are cooked well unlike other restaurants. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it gets very hot during the summer so avoid a dine in when it's hot.
