Pretty good food. Kind of an interesting mix of middle eastern and Latin food with some American thrown in. The hummus and pita chips are made in house and are excellent. Falafel and shawarma sandwiches are solid. Service is usually pretty fast, we did have to wait a little while for food at lunch time on a Sunday.

This place never disappoints! The food was incredible, and the staff was extremely nice and took great care of us.

We don't like the Giros, because the meat was very tough and the sauce was acidic.

As a vegan, I’m thrilled with the wide variety of tasty options they offer—everything from their flavorful salads to the mouthwatering hummus, which is a must-try! What’s even better is that my kids, who are not vegan, also love Cedar Grill. They rave about the burgers, and it’s great to find a place that can satisfy all our dietary preferences. I haven’t had the chance to visit the restaurant in person yet, but I’m planning to soon. I’ll be sure to update my review after I do. But based on my experience so far, Cedar Grill is a gem!

Gave me a fake $50 bill for change and refused to take it back even after showing proof.

Small portions. Way overpriced. Served overcooked cheap cuts of steak and chicken and told it was shawarma and "churrasco" lol.

Had a gyro and it was delicious! Was stacked full of thick slices of meat. My only complaint would be a little more onion and tomato would have been nice but still absolutely great gyro! Our server was very nice and quick to refill drinks. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious. We ordered the classic burger and a gyro sandwich. The burger came with a generously sized patty and fresh toppings. The gyro was seasoned extremely well with a generous helping of meat. The lady who helped us was extremely nice. It was our first visit, so she took her time telling us about the poplar dishes on the menu.I will definitely be back

There is only one word to describe how dang delicious the food here was and that is supercalafrajalisticespialadocious! Hopefully I spelled that right lol. Michelle you were amazing thank you so much for taking care of me and my family and making my daughter’s kindergarten graduation day special. And your recommendation of the cilantro sauce was the bomb! I want to eat everything with that! If you are thinking about eating here don’t think just do it and I promise it’ll be the best decision you make. Also everything is halal which is phenomenal! We tried a little bit of everything and ate till we were food wasted. I will be back for sure and cannot wait to try the rest of the menu. Until next time!

The vegan options weren't the best. My husband had to end up ordering a different dish the gyro sandwich and he liked that. The waitress was super sweet and interacted with our little so nicely. The falafel was very tasty and the pita bread

The amount of incompetence from the staff is staggering and the fact that they do not care about placing in orders correcting or apologizing for their mistakes is a slap in the face. I was told that I would speak to a manager about the mistake on the order as the new hire that was there claimed they didn’t know how to place a credit or place a refund for the order. The manager shows up and doesn’t call and when calling back they say the manager stepped out. This is not a “Karen “ situation. An order was placed for a chicken shawarma with pita bread and when we received the order we receive d hummus without chicken and without pita bread. So we called to see if it could get fixed politely and we were received with lies, disrespectful and down right rude behavior that cannot be colainas away as it was the customer’s fault. This is not how to run a business and honestly the food isn’t good enough to be treated in such a way. The name of the new hire was never provided and honestly I don’t believe they even mentioned this to a manager to begin as they might be hoping that customers will just ignore their mistake and eat whatever they think you should eat for a meal. That is not acceptable and this location should be reviewed and the staff should be retrained

Has a few options on their menu, not even salad or sides serves with the food. Food is pricey. I myself didn't enjoy any food in this restaurant.

It is sad to see how this new management is taking care of this place. I used to get the soup at this place every week it was very good, the old owners were very nice as well. Today I pay $16 for the most horrible soup I have ever had, meet was still frozen, the taste was bad, I had to put it in the garbage. People who answered the phone are horrible as well no customer service at all.

Chicken Gyros and tziki sauce lacked flavor. Tziki mostly tasted of sour cream. Tiny bit of tomato. Just not as good as I have had elsewhere. Lots of meat though.

Michelle was the server and was excellent! Made all the difference for us! Saw that the sun was in our eyes and came out with an umbrella! Helped my sister who has a disability. She thought of everything!

I sat down and ordered the hummus with lamb, which is really good, as well as the chips. I've never eaten hummus before, so it was a good experience! It was so good that I forgot to pay and almost made it to my truck before the woman yelling asked if I was gonna pay🤦‍♂️😂 yes of course, I turned around and paid, haha.

Wow, this little hole in the wall is really lovely. Got the hummus appetizer with lamb (the lamb was out of this world good). The lentil soup was filling, but not a lot of flavor. But everything else packed a punch. Winner, for sure, was the chicken shawarma sandwich. Get it, you won't be disappointed!

Dude making my food was on his phone with his gloves on after making another order. Dude goes to his screen, starts taping on the screen to see a door dash order, then goes back to HANDLING THE FOOD that he's making for me. He didn't change his gloves, he didn't wipe his gloves. It's obvious they don't care about food safety. I would never go here regardless of how good the food is. Customer health is important. Phones should not be near a handling station where you are handling RAW ingredients, nor should you be touching screens without changing your gloves. It takes two seconds to do so. I work in a market full of food vendors, I've never seen someone do so many things without changing Thier gloves. To the guy with darker hair and a beard. You need to be retrained. Absurd.

Delicious Cuisine & Friendly Service

The staff is so nice, I loved the chicken shawarma sandwich, they are generous with the amount of chicken they put in the sandwich and the bread tasted amazing. The only issue is that it seemed to me there was barely any garlic sauce in the sandwich, I would have loved it if there was more sauce or at least the sauce was served separately in a container for dipping, in case they are trying to be accommodating for people who don't like sauce.

Good stop for a late lunch today. Good hummus, best since moving to Florida. Superb service, she was helpful and very attentive. Comments for gyro - put inside pita thin slices of onion, tomato and cucumber and drizzle with Tzatziki. There was a bit too much meat for my liking. Also, pita should be soft and warm, it was a bit hard. Baklava is not house made, it was acceptable. Husband ordered what he thought was going to be a shishkabob, but came as a grilled flattened sandwich with meat. Great fries here. Will be back to try other things.

When I get my craving for Detroit coney dogs, this is the place. Chili cheese fries, chili cheese hot dogs and a nap afterward. SO GOOD! *** It's a year later, restaurant has changed hands. People are friendly and food is still good but they've increased their prices to almost double! Detroit coney dog went from $5 to $9!!! That is just for the sandwich, no fries or other side. Spent $13 for coney hot dog & fries. A bit too much for my returning.

Vinimos especialmente para que mi esposa y mi suegra probaran el sancocho, y para mi un sándwich árabe. El sancocho es muy bueno y el sándwich triple, falafel, pollo y carne exquisito. Todo es preparado al momento. Nada de congelados ni procesados excesivos. El local es amplio, cómodo, no te dejes llevar por la apariencia del local, que para alguien pudiera ser menos moderno. Tiene mesas en el interior y en el exterior. Hay suficiente espacio en los baños para que una persona con movilidad reducida o use andadera o silla de ruedas pueda usarlos con comodidad. Los precios están bien. Para nada lo considero caro para la calidad de la comida y el tamaño de las porciones. Nos fuimos encantados con las atenciones. Seguro volveremos. Gracias! Fue un placer conocerlos y descubrirlos. Visítenlos, no se van a arrepentir.

First visit to Cedar Grill and absolutely the last!! Sat at a table that was sticky and had crumbs all over it yet there were fresh placemats. Other tables were the same. Time for new tables and someone who takes the times to actually clean the table thoroughly. Our server was the only bright spot. She was a solo for the dine-on restaurant plus answering phones and servicing takeout. She was cheerful and kept a smile on her face. What a gem. The food was less than mediocre!!! My salad had bitter parts of the lettuce that I had to pick out. My husband’s lentil soup was beyond bland and no amount of pepper or salt gave it much flavor. I ordered falafel and it was so over fried it broke apart and was absolutely flavorless and gritty. The gyro meat was flavorful but again over cooked and charred. The fries are about the only thing that was okay. There are too many other good choices in the area…get it together or never again.

Just finished eating lunch here with my daughter. Server was nice but food was just bland. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich which was a wrap and I had to cover it with ketchup. Dry and bland. The pickles were overwhelming in an unpleasant way. Probably wouldn’t give it another shot.

Gyro with lamb was amazing. You order at the counter then they serve you at the table and refill your drinks for you. I say this so people tip accordingly. I thought this was more like a fast food pick up.

Everything that came out to our table was delicious! Started with the hummus (the warm pita was amazing with it) and the beef empanadas. Then we had the gyros. The meat and tatziki were packed full of flavor. Prices were reasonable too. The staff was super friendly and attentive as well. Definitely a hidden gem.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, you can go up and order to go, or seat yourself for dine in service. The customer service was fantastic, and the food tasted so great, I wanted to shake the chefs hand! We shared a baba ghanoush appetizer, which is just incredible. My first time having chicken shawarma, and I love the combo of flavors, my partner had the falafel wrap, which was also very tasty! We can't wait to go back to try their desserts, & more!

Great food. Friendly staff Very reasonable prices. I think the check for 2 adults was about $27. Left a decent tip and still came out under $35 a fair price for two full and happy tummys.

My family and I Waited for over half an hour when the hostess said it would be 15-20 minutes. I don't have a problem waiting. However for the food quality , and taste it wasn't worth the cost or the wait. I gave it 3 stars because the staff was pleasant , the atmosphere was in the middle like not bad but not great.

A little skeptical upon arriving, since the outside looks so plain Jane .. but the food did NOT disappoint. They have a great selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. We got 2 entrees, a kids' meal, and an extra side for $45. Not bad pricing if you ask me. I absolutely love chicken shawarma! I'm used to eating it on a pita, but the wrap they use was even better! The chicken was so full of flavor, and the pickles were just the right touch. Don't forget the Tzitki sauce on the side. I highly recommend this place. Delicious food and such great staff. All had a smile on their faces and just super friendly. They also had some 2010 pop music on and took me back a bit, lol. Definitely coming back!!

Omg!!! Delicious food. I'm a tough critic and I rate my Gyro a 8.75 which is very tough for me to give out. BUT very similar to eating a gyro in Greece. They have this chicken platter and OMG juicey and fresh food. Comes to find out its a family owned business and all the food is fresh nothing frozen and freshly cut that morning. I have been coming here for 3 yrs and mostly order uber eats but came today to dine in and so glad I did. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Must come and dine here!!!

The food was great, and so was the service. We have been door dashing their food for a few months and finally decided to do an eat-in. I had a traditional gyro, and my boyfriend had the chicken gyro. They have the best gyros in town! And sometimes we buy larger quantities and ask them to not to “make” them and keep the ingredients separate so that we can reheat it later and it even taste great the next day! Actually everything I’ve gotten there is delicious! The staff is always been nice to us to. We do always get takeout!

My partner John and I and a friend ate at the cedar grill on Saturday. Our friend had chicken gyro. My partner and I had lamb gyro. We both had diarrhea for two days after eating the lamb gyros. We will not be coming back to the cedar grill

Giving the fact they advertise hotdogs in huge letters I expected a bigger hotdog than what I got. Honestly the hotdogs were one of the smallest hotdogs I ever ate and not juicy at all. The soup was horrible too but it was my first time trying that kind of soup so it might be good to others. Needless to say I won’t be back. Ballpark hotdogs are way better and bigger so I’ll just make my own lol

This place was AMAZING!!!! We went last Sunday and it was such an awesome surprise. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. My daughter who is the pickiest water, had a burger and ate the whole thing and literally said it was the best restaurant ever. I forgot what everyone else ordered but everything was great. Our server (a Hispanic lady) was the sweetest and did a great job. Will for sure be back and bring our friends and family and recommend it

A flavorful meaty lamb gyro with a well spiced sauce ! Freshly fried fries with prompt service makes this a 5 star place. Clean and a computer screen has some upbeat messages for your entertainment pleasure. Check out the lunch special- we did and added the baklava which was freshly made with flaky phyllo crust!
